If I could give 0 I would , this guy and his wife have been the worst people I’ve ever worked with from having to return parts to entire cars . They will tell you you have guarantees for money back but he does not want to give me my money back for a Nissan I bought that didn’t turn on after the first night parked outside my house

Trying to frame me just makes it worse, what you’ve done to me and others is wrong yet you still fail to take accountability for your actions . I deeply regret doing business with Jesus and Cass, the owners of HDZ parts . I sent my daughter to pick up a motor I had negotiated for over the phone with Jesus, and it has turned into a complete nightmare. The motor they sold me was completely faulty, and when we tried to get in touch to resolve the issue, we were met with nothing but silence. The place has been closed for over a month, and no one answers the phone despite their wife, Cass, being responsive when I was negotiating the sale.
I paid $850 for what was supposed to be a working motor and an installation, but what I got was a broken motor. I’m now out $1,000 with no way to get a refund or replacement. During the negotiations, Jesus claimed they were going through a difficult family situation, which I understand, but this is just an excuse to avoid accountability. When I first called, they answered immediately, but now that I’m trying to fix their mistake, they’ve gone completely radio silent.
To make matters worse, the way my daughter was treated when picking up the motor was downright disrespectful. They threw the motor onto the truck like it was just a piece of junk, showing no care or professionalism. It’s clear they don’t value their customers at all. I’m extremely disappointed and heartbroken over this entire situation, and I would advise anyone considering this business to steer clear. These people are cold-hearted, unprofessional, and untrustworthy, and I would hate for anyone else to go through the same stress and financial loss that I’m facing right now.

I regret to say that my experience with Jesus and his wife from HDZ was nothing short of a scam. My husband bought a car from these people, and it was promised to be in a much better condition than what we received. The car was not as described, and to make matters worse, the title was not signed correctly, meaning we cannot even transfer it to our name.
The worst part of this whole experience was the blatant disrespect we encountered. The man and his wife were rude and condescending from the start. They made several cruel jokes at my husband's expense, calling him names like "little hands" just because he wasn’t as knowledgeable about cars. They laughed and mocked us while scheming to take advantage of us. At the time, we thought it was all in good fun, but now we realize they were mocking us as part of their manipulation.
Now, after the sale, they have completely stopped responding to us. Their shop is hardly ever open, and the man goes around telling people that he’s sick, trying to elicit sympathy, but this is just another lie to cover up the fact that he’s running a shady business. It’s clear they have no intention of fixing the problems with the car or honoring their promises.
We are now stuck with a car that cannot be legally transferred into our name, and the seller is nowhere to be found. I want to warn others: do not trust this business. They are dishonest, disrespectful, and will do everything they can to take advantage of you.

I’ve also heard from other customers who’ve had similar issues, with some even reporting being sold defective transmissions. This is not a business that seems to care about their customers. I’m out of money and stuck with a car that’s still not running, all because this shop failed to deliver on what was promised.
I would strongly advise anyone to steer clear of this place. I’ve been robbed of my money, and now I’m in a worse situation than before. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere
Terrible customer service from jesus and his wife both are in on it , they sold me a car and even gave me a better deal if I paid cash claiming it's better for taxes . Well the car had a bad motor, I was sure of it when seeing it but they sadly convinced me claiming I'd have warrantee and such . the shop is never open and they do not answer the phone whatsoever I hope people can see this review and save themselves from getting scammed by these sorry people
Purchased a used engine from them, so far no issues with how its running.
The customer service wasn't anything to complain about and they were very communicative but It would be nice if they had some form of a receipt they could give you for anything purchased through them. Overall it was an easy transaction, and they held up to there end of the deal
Purchased a transmission and went back to get my $150 core charge back. The lady in the office is dodging my calls and now blocked my number! Thanks for screwing my hard working 17 year old son!

Excellent service here honest and reliable i had a 2017 nissan frontier and nissan dealer was trying to charge me 275 for just putting a button back that wasnt broken and hdz helped put the button back in and was honest great experience here all around
I am a very reasonable person and understanding that I am purchasing a used part however I purchased an electric fan assembly for $130 and 2 days later I received a circuit code which long story short was diagnosed to being a bad fan control module, I was told that there was a warranty over the phone before I purchased this part when I called to ask about a replacement part I was told now that there is no Warranty on electrical and that they will not be giving me my money back or replacing it .
Great experience, went to get 2015 equinox front fender, they helped me a lot by communicating with me thru the hole process. They had one listed online but when I got there it was sold already, so they got me a primed one and even pained the color I needed. Great people to deal with…. I’ll definitely go back. Thank you HDZ, great job…
I picked up some hard to find parts for my Tacoma, they were beyond helpful and were able to send pictures as they pulled to make sure each piece was what I was expecting.
I can’t wait to do business with them again!
found these guys on facebook marketplace, they responded fast, gave me a time and a place, when i got there i was a little lost and the lady was very patient with me when i kept calling her
when i bought the transmission for a fair price ($650 with a $150 core) they brought it out and showed me everything was on there, and put it in my truck for me, ive had it installed for almost a week and it has been running good
great customer service and i will be coming back if i ever need something
