As hot as it is today and not wanting to search for the BMW part anymore today I came upon 1st choice and my gut feeling was to go with the feeling and sure enough not only did they have what I needed , it was in the best shape possible next to NEW .the help I was given as mind blowing and my total overall experience will be remembered for years to come. This guy is going places with this business he has and the perfect attitude to go with it. I recommend to any fellow BMW/ Mercedes owners. This is your dude if ever your needing a part...

Ordered air bags from a guy name Ben he assured me that the parts should be delivered possibly on a Saturday maybe for sure Monday I said well I’m gonna have the truck here so you better have them here and you showed me well. I’m gonna talk to my shipping team and X expedite your delivery Monday comes no parts. Tuesday comes no parts. Wednesday comes no parts and it’s Thursday no parts this place is the worst place. I mean I’ve been in business for 24 years and if I operated my business like this place, I’d be out of business. these people are horrible and maybe it’s coincidence. Maybe they had a bad day but you don’t want. I’m gonna make it worse because that was uncalled for making me look bad to my customers horrible place to do business with.
