TIRED OF BEING TREATED LIKE MY BUISSNESS DOESNT MATTER TO JACK METALS!!! I’ll gladly. Take my. 20,000 lbs of. Scrap metal every two weeks else where!!!! I been driving. 27 miles. Out of the way to take my Metals. To jack!!!! But no more!!!!!! You don’t value my time! Or work ethic! I will not line your pockets anymore. Then I already have!!!! GOOD LUCK WITH ALL THE LEGAL LOOPS YOUR. GOING TO RUN INTO!!!! Sorry not sorry!
Been coming here for 10 years or more, from day 1 til now always have had a great experience. Friendly employees/staff. They also have a pretty good “system” set up, from the scales you drive on to weigh out steel,white goods, and other bigger metals, to the digital scales for the more “precious” metals, batteries, and cans ect. My only complaint is there have been several times when I bring in wire, and they group it all together as “computer” wire, when there is 18 gauge and bigger gauges wire that should be a diff price and I have to point it out to them.. everytime and I have lost money bc of it.-!: that is usually 90% of what I bring (wire) I know it’s not their fault but ever since the law passed for no burnt wire it has been chaotic and not accurate assessment of the wire. And 1 last thing, they do have some of the better prices(by cents pennies) but I can go to dothan to panhandle and get waaay better prices(that’s where jack takes their metals and sell to panhandle is what I’ve been told) but unless I have a very big load where the price difference matters I go to jack bc I’ll use 15$ in gas to get to panhandle vs. less than 8$ to go to jack. Other than that it’s a great scrap yard highly recommended
