If your vehicle is taken and you don’t know why, contact local law enforcement to confirm whether it was towed and request documentation from Goodyear Towing immediately. That will give you your answers. If their answers dont line up, file a complaint in Civil Court. (It's easier than you think, and you can file it with an affidavit of hardship which makes it free if you qualify and most probably do) Its called a motion of replevin and it usually stops the sale of your vehicle until you go to court. Thats not legal advice, im just stating what I did. If you can afford an attorney, get one.

Goodyear Towing seized my vehicles while we were moving out of our home and then refused to provide any documentation explaining the legal basis for the tow. I was told I had to pay first before I could even see paperwork. When I asked basic questions—who authorized the tow and under what authority—I was met with vague, inconsistent answers.
At different times, I was told the tow was authorized by the Enterprise Police Department and also by Community HOA Solutions. When I attempted to verify those claims, they did not hold up, which only added to the confusion about what actually justified taking my property.
To make matters worse, these vehicles were taken from public streets, not from private property, which raised serious questions about who had authority to have them removed in the first place. Despite actively trying to retrieve them, I was warned that I could be arrested for trespassing if I came to get my own vehicles.
The situation only escalated from there. The vehicles were later treated as “abandoned” and ultimately sold, along with the loss of the tools and equipment inside them that I relied on to make a living.
This wasn’t just an inconvenience. These vehicles were essential to my small business and my ability to work. Losing them caused immediate financial damage, shut down our business, and ultimately led to us losing nearly everything. The impact on our lives was devastating.
What makes this even more concerning is the lack of transparency and accountability throughout the entire process. Instead of clear answers, I received conflicting explanations and no meaningful documentation when it mattered most.

Keep records of every interaction

This company is the best!! The tow driver (Shannon White) treated me with respect and was very professional! They have lower fees than most and was there so very quick that I didn’t have to sit beside the road for long! I will definitely be using them in the future!
Tried giving them a shot but the dispatcher on the phones wasnt from Troy she didnt know where Hamilton crossroads or Charlie Bundys was at and she said I had to get the exact addresses before she could even give me a price or a eta even though its less than a 20 mile tow. Very unprofessional they need locals answering those phones.
If there's ever any question as to who to call for any towing needs it's Kevin. His team is top notch. First time dealing with the Troy yard and what an amazing team. When my old farm truck broke down in the middle of nowhere they came out in the rain and handled business. Getting to my property and my barn is a bit tight and they handled it perfectly. This is why Kevin's team is my only call.

I appreciate them coming out relatively quickly, and giving me a tow. They were both fairly friendly on the phone and the driver was pretty helpful in addition to that. He gave me some idea what might be wrong with my car and helped me get it back home. I didn't love the cost ($120+) for just going down the street, but I understand it and still very much appreciate the help. Absolutely would call again if need be/can afford it.
I was 7 hours from home when the alternator went out in my van. My family and I had already been waiting on the FL interstate for 3 hours for another tow company our insurance was suppose to be sending... when they finally backed out and Kevin Goodyear Towing got the call, they came quickly. Troy was great. He was extremely helping in getting my family and are van off the side of the interstate. Would beyond recommend this company...especially if all their drivers are like Troy.
I’m only giving this 3 stars because the driver/tower (Brian) was very sweet, informative, and pleasant. I don’t have enough good things to say about him. On the other hand, the dispatcher i spoke on the phone with was extremely rude. She acted like she didn’t want to answer any of my questions and was very snappy. People who call this company, especially late at night are 9/10 already on the verge of having a mental break down. Especially a young female who is worried about her safety. If it wasn’t for Brian i would give this experience NO stars. Learn how to talk to customers.
I placed a service call at 9am for a driver who was 28 miles away. Their dispatch told me it should be no more than 45 mins. Technician showed up 2.5 hrs later for a 30 min job. Once the repair was completed they then tried to charge me more than $500. They only replaced one air line and attempted to charge me the parts cost of both lines and a 3hr labor fee. Literally highway robbery.
This company is great! Very professional and on time service. The driver Rich was awesome! I used them for a vehicle lock out and was very pleased with them.

My company used Goodyear towing to come get my tractor trailer that was stuck in a hole outside of Troy Ala on a poring down rain Saturday night at midnight. They were there in about and hour and the operator knew exactly what he was doing and didn’t let my load overturn in a mud hole. There charges were more that reasonable for the work they did.will definitely be using them again company wide when in need in the area.
