I stopped in to see if O'Reilly had a oil cap for my car. I had dropped mine and could not reach it. The team worked diligently until they were able to retrieve my cap. They went above and beyond to make sure I was back on the road as quickly as possible.

There was a young black lady, Sarita, who helped me and my husband with the selections for his truck that he is having an engine put in. Her knowledge was impeccable, and she was truly helpful with the entire transaction. That woman needs a raise. We were highly impressed and appreciative. ?
Guy at the counter was very nice and respectful. I'm a older lady an I didn't know which head light was out so he came outside and checked for me and then he was so nice to put the bulb in for me. Saved me a mechanic's fee. I don't remember your name but thank you so very much for your help.
The absolute nicest people!! I came in needing a new battery and all the workers were friendly, including the nice man who changed my battery in the pouring rain. I fully expected having to deal with people being rude or condescending, but it was quite possibly the most helpful and pleasant workers I have ever encountered.
Cade was awesome ! Assisted us in determine the issue with the check engine light and installing our new battery and got us on our way. Great customer service and very friendly .

A pretty good place to go for auto parts and accessories. Sometimes however the person behind the register doesn't know the information they should about parts. I recommend you know all you need to about what you need and are getting before you go.
I've been here many many times, and overall this is my go-to parts house. They don't always have the lowest prices, but the folks here are not only well mannered and eager to help... But Ive literally never had anything less than an exceptional shopping experience here. Mike is the best, give him a call and tell him whatcha need and he'll have it ready for you when you get there. ??
The gentleman Mr Cade waited on me was such a nice kid. I'd recommend O'Reilly's to anybody. Mr Cade needs a raise he was real polite and never hollered about putting my battery in thank you
I love to eat here!!! the burgers and bolts taste good with oil and grease! definitely recommend the dumpster food too!! Looks just like a real dump from someones thick cheeks!!
I love this place. I know nothing about parts but they don't mind the questions and almost always have an answer for me. Especially since my husband always sends me...lol

Great place for all of your automotive needs. Very courteous and helpful employees. Bill really went out of his way to help me find what I needed and then came out and installed the blades for me. Two thumbs up, O'Reilly's. Thanks for making it easier for women to shop there, too.
