The business runs a mafia like grip on downtown parking locations where you are fooled to think weekend parking isn't enforced. I found they have employed a spotter at the location who must be taking a cut reporting cars that mistakenly park in the spaces. We were there for 1 hour and in that space of time were immediately towed in a lot with at least 50 empty spaces. IF downtown Businesses want business, they had better get together with the city and outlaw this type of behavior. We will NOT be returning to downtown .

My son car was towed from apartment complex and he didn’t realize it was gone until he was getting ready to leave for school, it was said do to illegal parking.Got info to contact tow pro, my son and I contacted them around a little after 10 a.m spoke with the owner was informed it was a charge of $200 cash because they don’t take debit or credit cards (she was very rude and unprofessional) and she asked me to write a statement and send id for registration purposes via email (sent). Son got there and was informed she didn’t receive info, my son had proof that email was sent and I also was still on the call while he was there with the cash and to make sure she had all info so, I send it again she requested for me to send to her phone which I don’t like sending personal info to a person personal phone (sent). She then asked for registration and insurance card to the car which she did not say she needed over the phone and why would she need all that when she received what she asked for which was a statement and my id. Then told my son friend the one who took him to pick up his vehicle that he couldn’t park in the front of the building he had to move his car. She didn’t even have the car that long and charged $200.
We were towed by tow pro today and were so impressed. Thank you guys for your kindness and how quickly you guys were there to pick up my brother’s truck. We’ll always use you guys!
I see why they barely have three stars. The owner is a 70 year old toddler and her son yells from the garage to tell her to shut up every 5 minutes. As soon as you come to the door there’s a humongous dog waiting to bite you. Would not recommend.
James was able to help me out in a tight pinch with very little warning, he was professional and polite through the entire time he was assisting us even on a sunday afternoon, He's gained my business for life!
To have to pay 300+ dollars for a repo that has not been there for 24hrs yet is INSANE. It’s so much wrong in this country when people choose to be purposely greedy is just sad…Although I was very respectful to these people I can’t get past the fact that this is the highest I have ever paid or witnessed a tow fee in my lifetime.
Could not recommend this company enough. I would give them 10 stars if I could. We were stuck in the mud and no other towing company would even come. James and his brother came to my rescue. It was late at night and came to my rescue in a field. Will never call anyone else but tow pro. Y’all have gained a customer for life.
I had the misfortune of breaking down in the middle of downtown Huntsville. I was referred to this company by a Good Samaritan, and I'm so glad I was. My driver was quick, courteous, kind, and professional. I even learned something about my vehicle that I did not previously know, that came in quite handy. The ride home also was not at all awkward, as it can often be when stuck in a vehicle with someone you don't know. The driver immediately put me at ease, and I felt safe, which is an increasingly rare thing in this world. If I ever need towing services again, I will absolutely call them. They made the whole process easy and comfortable. I just wish I'd thought to get the gentleman's name.
Absolutely terrible customer service , I called in regard’s to a possible towing issue & instead of being helped , I was disrespected by whoever the lady is that took my call . My mother was mentioned in a derogatory manner and this is unacceptable .
First time customer and former tow man here and these folks didn't know me from Adam, they went out of their way and above and beyond what any other company I think would have done to help me out in a tight situation.
I highly recommend this company for anybody needing a tow and they will be my go-to towing company from here on out.
These people are crooks. Not only did they try to charge me $450 for a tow that should have never taken place, but they damaged my car in the process!! The whole front is scratched and gouged!! I would give ZERO stars if I could have

Crashed my car and had it towed by these nice people. They helped me out when Copart tried to take the car before I'd had a chance to get my things out of it. Good, trustworthy folk.
If there was a lower rating that still allowed comments, I would have chosen it. There are questionable practices with no accountability at this establishment. They also do not allow payments by debit card. Make sure you have cash. Common courtesies (listening without interruption) are forgotten, especially by the woman who works the desk during the day. She starts answering things you did not ask, as if she has predetermined how the conversation is going to play out. So far, all we know for sure is that someone is lying. We may never prove who, but that's ok. God knows.

These people have no regard for human life and will continuously tow your vehicle at your place of residence. They were just paid a large some of money to retrieve my vehicle, for them to tow it again within a month.
This business truck driver was driving down 565 into Decatur. Sped passed me and my got over in front of the truck in front of us. However, as he was passing us something black flew off the back of his truck. Hit my moms window. We followed the driver as he got off 565 to go toward Athens. We got his tag number and got beside him to take pictures of who the company was. The guy driving rolled the window down and said it’s not my fault. My dad tried to call the office and the lady was very rude. The owner needs to do something about the people working for him. I would not want people rude like that working for me.
Excellent experience’ Our truck was stuck in the snow in the side of a hill and William Tow Pro rescued us with ease. We called AAA, but they failed to assist. Tow Pro rose to the occasion and made it happen! Thank you William for your professionalism, expertise and willingness to assist!
My car was towed from a private property while I was at work at the Huntsville Hospital. I called tow pro to verify that my car was there around 6:20pm at which the off site rep(a woman) quoted me $200. I was forced to wait until I got off at 10:00pm and arrived at tow pro at 10:30pm. Upon arrival I was met with the truck driver who was already there working. I called the off site rep to tell her of my arrival which she then charged me an additional $50 “gate fee(a fee charged to have a worker open the gate for me after hours) totaling $250. I disputed the charge informing her that a worker was already there and that there should be no need to charge me extra. I was forced to pay the $250 after being explained that they will continue to charge me day by day additional storage fees. While paying the over priced fee of $250 I asked the worked to explain to me their price point and simple inquiries about the price and regulations of towing companies, he then threatened me with addition storage fees for asking question stating that “the reason they charge so much for retrieving impounded cars is for people like me who get agitated and ask questions.” I was forced to essentially keep my mouth closed for fear of not getting my car back without having additional fees added. He did not provide me with information of their prices and refused to Itemize my receipt. I feel over charged by far and belittled having to pay for a Nonconsensual Towing fee without an explanation of prices.
Absolute 5 star service! Dan arrived promptly at our home to pick up a vehicle and was very polite and friendly! He loaded up the vehicle and traveled into town with my husband following! He handled a very rude employee at the drop off with total class and got my husband set up and taken care of! So glad we found this service and they sent us Dan! We will always use this company in future! Thanks for the incredible service yall!
