I had a blow out and needed towing to tire place. I was given a 30 minute time for them to come to me. Todd called to say he was stuck in traffic due to a wreck. When he arrived he was very professional and kind. If I need a tow again I will call you guys and recommend you to all my friends

I called about towing a lowered car that has an axle that has slipped out on the back. The lady was nice and said it would be 30-45 minutes. The guy was supposed to call me when he was headed to look at it to see if he could tow it so i could meet him there with the key. An hour and a half later I called and talked to a guy. He automatically said "We ain't gonna be able to tow that. It lowered and its got a broke axle?".So instead of actually going to look and/or calling me back to just say that, they caused me to waste time. I would not recommend this wrecker. Their communication is terrible.
Fast, friendly and affordable. Dispatcher was great, and driver was here within 30 minutes to tow my husband's truck to tire shop. Both very professional. I recommend. Thank you Mayhall's Towing! I hope we don't need you again anytime soon, but know who to call if so.
I didn't choose to use them. They were expensive, but that's not why I didn't use them when I needed a tow. I didn't use them because, the lady on the phone was rude and hateful.
I pay for parking. I called them because someone is in my parking spot the whole weekend. I called them at 0705hrs. It's now 1145 and the car is still parked. I don't know how fast they are with picking up people with broken down vehicles, but I hope they are faster than this. I give them 2 stars because they answered the phone. The missing 3 are for the missing service. When they show up, I'll update the score.. Depending on how long it takes.
My car died and needed to be jumped, and towed to the dealership. Mayhall's Towing was recommended to me for being a really good service so I called them. They were very responsive and immediate to my needs.
They towed my car from a Walmart parking lot after leaving it for about 4 hours. It was in the parking lot from around 7pm-11pm.
Had to go to their office and pay first before even taking a look at my car. The whole office and lot was very sketchy. There was no negotiating with them and they charged me $300 to get my vehicle back.
They very much seem like a business just out to get people.
Customer service both over the phone and in person was excellent. Both people I spoke with were very polite and helpful. I didn't have to wait too long and service was quick and efficient.
Only towing service I will use. I have had family members use other popular tow companies and was appalled at how much more they charge especially when they have the customer over a Barrel. They are dependable and pricing stays the same no matter how bad a situation you are in.
Prompt courteous professional service. Considering the way prices are going up in 2022 I thought the $85 consent tow price was reasonable seeing as how he had to transport the vehicle about 12 miles. Will definitely use them again if needed.
Don't let the police officer or insurance company handle the tow. Call in the tow and direct where it will be taken. Preferably straight to repair or where ever you want to sell the wreck. I don't recommend selling your wreck here.
The position I found myself in by not understanding the above and only liability coverage was over the barrel. I took a bad deal offloading the wreck because I had little choice.
Customer Service: More like Insurance charge sheep chute.
The lady would not listen or answer my questions directly. I had to get stern and short to prevent my time being wasted.
They helped me haul my stingray and went way beyond what I expected them to do. The brakes were out so he stayed after to help me get it all the way down my steep driveway safely. Definitely using them in the future!
I have nothing but praise for Mayhall’s and especially Rod, the tow truck driver who came to my rescue after sundown in 20-something degree weather. He was courteous and friendly and showed more kindness to a perfect stranger in need than anyone I’ve ever known.
When the tire center locked its door and turned off the lights as we arrived (10 minutes before closing time), Rod could have dropped me and my car there and left me to find a way home. But instead, he was kind enough to offer to drive me home, and I accepted. I can never thank him enough for his kindness and I already have contacted his employer to express my gratitude.
I will use Mayhall’s again if I ever need them and I will recommend this company to everyone I know. Definitely an asset to Huntsville and Madison County!
Kyle and Amber came out to help me while I was stuck in a ditch, with a trailer attached. They helped me to stay calm and pulled the trailer out with no issues at all. Kyle even helped haul the trailer back to the shop all in a short period of time. I am so happy and grateful that Kyle and Amber were both there to help me in my time of need and unexpected circumstances. They both get 5 stars from me.

The professionalism and friendliness of the driver that was sent to our location would have made this a 5++ star rating even if we had not received such a prompt, professional response from the company. We had a unique towing situation that could not be accessed by a flatbed, and they were able to get us the right truck very quickly. We would definitely use this company again.
These guys are AWESOME. From dispatch to drop off. Not too many heavy duty towing companies will give a sh%t enough to cut the little guys a break. Not only were they on time upfront and genuinely good people the recognized the tight spot I was in and helped me out. Early morning On 11/13/19, my truck started overheating in Huntsville AL @ my doctors office. I could not risk driving it to my home because it could further damage the engine.
So I called multiple tow truck companies in my area and they all said it would be a few hours before they could help me.
When I called Mayhalls, the woman that answered the phone was very polite and helpful. Expecting her to say it would be a few hours (like the other wrecker companies), I was delighted to here her say that it would be nowhere near that long for them to help me. She said they can be there within the hour, which was good to hear.
I could not stay with the truck and had to get home so I told her where to find the key, and the address to bring it to. And true to their word, they showed up with my truck within the hour.
I couldn’t be happier with their services. In the past, I used Monrovia wrecker service and a few others.
But from now on, I will be using Mayhalls!!

I would highly recommend Mayhall's Towing. Karen on the phone was most helpful and the tow truck arrived in a very short time. Juliette the tow truck driver was excellent. Very, very knowledgeable about my toyota vehicle (and I believe she would be on many brands of vehicles). Juliette was able to get my vehicle started and not have to tow it (we had been working since the evening before to get it started due to the anti theft system being in locked mode). This was excellent considering it is a front wheel drive and would have been complicated to tow from the position the car was sitting without possibly damaging the vehicle. This will definitely be the tow company we use in the future if the need arises. I'd give them 10 Stars if possible!
I was quoted one price by dispatch and then quoted another price by the driver. The driver was very unprofessional and he act like he was mad the whole time. Then he just dropped the car off and left didn't say thank you, good bye, or nothing. Just rude, but never again and I mean never!!!!!!! Not all drivers that I have had ever been this rude and I have used them several of times and so have my friends but this one tonight was a deal breaker for me.
I have used Mayhall Wrecker Service for over 20 years. I have always been treated with respect. They handle my car with care and I will continue to use them. If I ever had a problem I know that Mike would accommodate my request or handle my need. Very reasonable prices..
Car issues coming back from Chattanooga left me stranded on 72. Mayhall Towing had a truck out within 15 minutes to my location with relatively little instruction. The driver was friendly, the truck was clean, and aside from the obvious state of my car; I'd say it was a pleasant experience.

I have used their service twice. The first time was when I was broke down and stranded at night. They assured me they would be there as quickly as possible and much to my surprise and relief, they were there within 30 minutes! The driver was exceptional at handling my vehicle and very professional. He even explained I could take my receipt and possibly get reimbursed for the service through my insurance company! Which I did! :) The 2nd time I used them was more recent when my tire went flat on my way to work. They again, showed up very quickly and the driver was very nice! He even let me sit in his truck to stay warm while he changed my tire! The price was very reasonable and I will ALWAYS recommend Mayhall Wrecker Service to anyone I find in need of a towing service!
I had to call on Christmas day. Someone came out with 10 minutes. The employee (Steven) was absolutely helpful. He was actually able to get my car started instead of having it towed. My overall experience with Mayhall Wrecker Service was outstanding. Everyone was very respectful and I felt like I was their only priority, both over the phone and when I came to pick up my car. The receptionist was very helpful and polite when I called and when the driver came out to meet me at my vehicle he was such a pleasure and handled my car with care as if it was his own. I couldnt have asked for a better experience with the situation I was in. They will definately be the only Wrecker Service I use from now on if I ever have any problems. A special thanks to the receptionist and the wrecker driver and Mike Mayhall himself for being a good business owner and having his employees take such good care of their customers.
