I had a blow out and needed towing to tire place. I was given a 30 minute time for them to come to me. Todd called to say he was stuck in traffic due to a wreck. When he arrived he was very professional and kind. If I need a tow again I will call you guys and recommend you to all my friends Thank you very much Patricia Draper
I called about towing a lowered car that has an axle that has slipped out on the back. The lady was nice and said it would be 30-45 minutes. The guy was supposed to call me when he was headed to look at it to see if he could tow it so i could meet him there with the key. An hour and a half later I called and talked to a guy. He automatically said "We ain't gonna be able to tow that. It lowered and its got a broke axle?".So instead of actually going to look and/or calling me back to just say that, they caused me to waste time. I would not recommend this wrecker. Their communication is terrible.
Fast, friendly and affordable. Dispatcher was great, and driver was here within 30 minutes to tow my husband's truck to tire shop. Both very professional. I recommend. Thank you Mayhall's Towing! I hope we don't need you again anytime soon, but know who to call if so.
