I had a great experience, they came out at 1 am and they got the job done quick. They weren't annoyed or upset about the time, I was very worried about the time. Talked about racing and such for a moment and went on our way, if I could give a 10/5 I would, would recommend and if I ever have a problem I cannot tend to myself, I will call Bradfords in the future.
Do not trust that company!!! We did a service with them for winch out. Deal was for 1500$ what is a lot. But still not enough for them. After service they send invoice for 1575$. 75$ extra just fee for nothing.... I paid with efs, but they won't remove fee.We told to lady from offie that deal for 1500$, but she don't care...BE CAREFULL WITH THEM!!! 0 STARS FOR THEM!!!
We requested a repair on our 2000 Fleetwood RV concerning the air bags not lifting. The tech came out and said he fixed the rear airbags and felt that we had gotten a defected dump valve for the front air bags problem. The tech said he felt 100% it would fix the front air bags. We ordered the replacement part and it shipped the next day. After my husband having to replace it for the second time …my husband let the rv down to get it off the jacks to see if both rear and front air bags would raise.
They still not working!
I called them back and explained to them the situation and they wanted to charged me AGAIN for a $195.00 service charge and $50.00 surge charges for a repair that they didn’t fix the first time. Along with the rate of $195.00 hour labor fee. I didn’t think this was very fair on our part or very professional and understanding on their’s !
My husband is 71 years old he has disabilities in having to do mechanical work on the ground and under the rv. That is the reason I called this business so he would not have to get under the rv. Due to Bradford’s not wanting to be reasonable and fair about coming back to do the repair that they suppose to do the first time … my husband had to continue to fix the rv himself. He also noticed that the tech had switched the lines which caused more problems. We are so disappointed being charged with such a hefty service call, fees and labor bill, that didn’t even fix our problems ! $871.50

Do not engage with this company under any circumstances! Their unprofessionalism and dishonesty are glaringly evident. Protect your time and money by choosing a more competent option. They clearly lack the necessary skills for the job and resort to YouTube tutorials to get by. This level of service is completely unacceptable!
I took my 18 wheeler in because trailer lights wouldn't come on . First I ask to hook it up to the computer. Him say no!!!. So 3hrs later he hook it up , to tell me he can't fix the problem. Ok 3hrs wasted that I was willing to pay. But here goes the good part . Y he pull my fuses and put them in the wrong place . So I make it down the road to end up on the side of the road waiting on a tow to southland smh!!!. Be safe out here they just want your money

Needed my truck towed and it started pouring rain and a tornado warning got sent out for the area. I got a phone call that my driver was still on the way. Extremely helpful and reliable. I would absolutely recommend these guys
Hi! I am Stephanie Payne and Bradford's Truck and Trailer Repair towed my car out of the yard in the the rain and mud. It was a bad day for me, and a terrible day to work in the weather. Justin was very patient and even linked chains together so they would reach my car across the grass to my car to pull the thing out from being stuck. He didn't complain and was quick and efficient. Horrendous experience!!!! WOLVES in SHEEPS CLOTHING. Our courier could not start the engine after doing a delivery. We call roadside assistance and this is the company that took he the call. They came to jump the vehicle and said it would need batteries. I spoke with the technician, he told me it would be cheaper for us to go get our own batteries. I thought this was kind......However, with out a vehicle that was not the easy answer. He then went to get the batteries and came back installed and determined that we needed a starter. He told us he would need to pay him to drive 2 hours (each way)to pick up a starter. At the mercy of their help, we agreed. The starter price after coming back then went from $900+ to +1700. He installed the starte and determined that our vehicle burnt out the new starter.
We then contacted another hopefully honest company to help tow the car to their shop and take car of it. BRADFORDS held OUR KEY HOSTAGE UNTIL WE paid him $3527.51 and he also then ran our car without approval for another $131.25.
THE VEHICLE IS STILL NOT FIXED.
I needed both a jump start and a tow for an EV and these guys were fast and creative. It was parked in parking garage at a charging station so it was a bit tricky but they figured it out and made it work. Very helpful. Also good communication throughout.
DO NOT USE THIS WRECKER SERVICE. My car would not start, and I asked this wrecker service to tow my truck to the dealership. 1st they told me they could not reach my vehicle unless I drove it down the hill. They already knew I couldn’t start my car. I had already paid them 100 dollars to tow my vehicle to a dealership. The tow truck driver asked me if I wanted it jumped off, I said sure. We jump my car off and I drive my car down the hill. Tow truck driver drives off. Once he got to the dealership, BRADFORD’S Wrecker Service told me that they would not drop my vehicle off unless I paid for the jumpstart. I had 3 options, they could bring my vehicle to their shop, charge me an additional $100 dollars to bring it back to my home, or pay an additional $100 dollars to jumpstart my car. Just ridiculous.

Great service and a reasonable price . We had one of our trucks break down on the way to Florida Daniel sent a guy out and put us a brake chamber on. It was fast and very reasonable. :)
Used this company to perform a winch out for a tractor-trailer. Was told that they had 2 calls ahead of us, which was fine until we received our bill. We were charged 3x the usual amount for this type of service, and charged for the time from the call to completion. In my opinion this included the time they performed the other services, and should be considered price gouging.
FIND ANOTHER SHOP…. If you are needing work done on a semi truck or trailer steer clear. This company is highway robbery.. Charge $195 per hour 2 hour minimum, fuel surcharge fee of $50, a convenience fee for $31.

I take this opportunity to recognize Kenny Price for his exceptional "beyond the call-of-duty" work ethic. Upon arrival after an accident, Kenny pick up my car and immediately worked to pry a fender off of a tire to minimize further damage. Recognizing my wife and I are aged (75 and 79, respectively) and confused as to how we'd get back home, he took sympathy, and call his wife to drive us home. What other towing company or individual would do that? He was amazing! As a senior retired Army officer, I've seldom witness a greater sense of duty and unselfishness than Kenny Price. I applaud his professionalism and exceptional work ethic. He is a credit to any organization and recommended for advanced to senior management. His grasp of doing the right thing is a credit to Bradford and especially to his sound work ethic.
Tyler was a great service to me and my sister. Towed her Tesla and jumped it off which we didn’t think was possible. He stayed with us until we got everything figured out. A GREAT WORKER !!!
Replaced an rv tire fairly quickly and kept me calm. Very respectful although Wendy told me if I kept calling around she was going to cancel my dispatched lol. I stopped calling and glad I did. Thanks for helping us & being patient with us and sending someone quickly!
