James helped me with a tow over the mountain to my home after overheating at Walmart . Made it to me in a timely manner , offered me water with me being hot from standing outside. Truck is cooled so my experience has been 10/10 and would recommend to everyone needing a tow . Inspected tow points before hooking me up and was carful to get the job done quickly , and safely .
Marina T&R is exceptional. James came ahead of schedule, thoroughly checked my truck out before putting it up on the flatbed and got me to the shop quickly.

I did not get our drivers name today, but he was very helpful and very kind. He really helped the family and I when we were stranded on the side of the road, in a terrible spot, in a rental car with no spare tire.
Highly recommend Marina’s towing. I called her after my truck needed to be towed to the repair shop. She gave me an estimate time of arrival and got there much faster! She called me to let me know she’d be there sooner than anticipated. Great communication from her! She will definitely be my first choice if I ever need a tow!
Customer service is not a priority for Marina Towing & Recovery and neither is respect! Marina Towing was called (not by me) to tow my vehicle after a wreck and Jose was the person dispatched out. He was very disrespectful and rude when speaking to me and had zero respect for the customer. He also quoted a ridiculous amount ($300) to tow my vehicle 10 miles up the road instead of towing it to the tow yard. Marina Towing would not be my choice when needing a tow company.
