I wanted to give these people a huge shout out! Yes my truck was towed on the arsenal. No I was not driving my truck when this event took place with no insurance and out dated tag! Yes big boys towing did NOT know me from a hole in a wall! And they still gave me the benifit of the doubt and helped best they could! I can hope these guys here can exceed thier business expectations and grow bigger and better as they go along! These guys are great people they called me and informed me of things they did not need to. And helped me get my truck back quicker. They did NOT have to do that but they did! This is why I am giving them this 5 star they deserve it the owner and his wife are great people and I appreciate that very very much you guys thank you!
I used Big boys a couple of years ago when I needed my porch hauled that I had bought and I had a time-line of the same day to have it removed and Big boys came right out and went beyond my expectations, I will recommend these guys for anyone needing something towed, they are very helpful and hard working guys and they didn't charge a whole lot either, I give them 5 stars!
This “Family Owned” Small Business is one that EVERYONE SHOULD use if you find yourself in need of a tow! I was unfortunately involved in a automobile crash that left my car completely totaled…, and the EXCELLENT SERVICE along with the AMAZINGLY FRIENDLY, CARING personality of the Wife of the owner? (maybe co-owner) of this establishment made my day of cleaning my personal belongings so much brighter!! Thanks so much for your kindness!!
You said you were going to show up at 1 p.m. at your shop, 130 some random guy showed up and a tow truck. He let me clear my things out as he fixed a water leak that happened well b4 I got there. They will charge you an impound fee even if there is a 'State of emergency' $30 a day even if you can't get there and they don't open that day. The only way you can get your possessions from your vehicle is if you signed it over! RUN don't walk from Big Boys
Fantastic experience with Big Boys during a stressful time. Family owned business that treats you like an actual human being which is becoming very rare these days. Will be my go to from now on for recovery and other services. Thanks again for your patience and compassion.
This company is running a racket! Do not use them! Just a warning. The men who we communicated with were rude and did not know what they were talking about. They charge a lot to tow and charge you to get your belongings out of the car. DON’T GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS!
