They were extremely helpful & quick might I add. Bonus is they're 24/7, only thing is the owner is expecting a new addition to the family and I could tell he's excited about his granddaughter! With that being said he is a family oriented gentleman that wants to spend time with his family but also will get the job done! I love that
My good friend’s tire basically exploded on her way home from work today and she needed help. We called these guys and they showed up quickly, in about 40 minutes and towed her to a tire store on a flatbed tow truck. 5/5 would use again. Very nice, fast, professional.
I was in an accident today and R&D tow my vehicle. His customer service was excellent. David went out of his way by taking me to the rental car place. This makes his service to me extra ordinary which I throughly appreciated. Thank you much David.
I have worked with quite a few tow companies to transport my vehicles. I was in a pinch, and no one else could tow my vehicle from HSV to BHAM on the weekend so late at night and so close to Christmas. I decided to take a chance on B&D 24HR Towing and was not disappointed in the least. I'm not sure what to make of the other reviews, because my experience was completely different. There was no damage to my car. I rode behind them the entire way there and their driving was safe and courteous. They even moved over lanes to give extra space to semis, cars, and police on the shoulder of the road. They were careful of road hazards, potholes, bumps, and other drivers. He took care of my vehicle in both loading and unloading. I have watched a hundred tow truck drivers load and unload dozens of my cars (import trader) and nothing he did would have caused damage. David was very kind and courteous to me the entire time. He was clear on price. We had established the to-and-from, mileage, and what was being towed (it was a long distance haul). B&D 24HR Towing is Owner-Operator. David puts his everything into his business and runs his own truck, pays for his own repairs, and takes pride in his business. Small-time, owner-operator towing companies trying to make it in the swell of larger commercial towing companies will always get my support when they go the extra mile like David does. They're good folk, who bring honesty, skill, and experience to the table to make their living. I hope to do continued business with them in the future. Thank you for everything, David!
Car towing after accident. Don't let the look of the lot fool you. Good people. They followed up with me on their own accord and were very respectful and responsive. Helped out a lot. Police called them.

Very dangerous drivers! This business tailgated my car with children in it. I would not trust this business if this is how it's employees are going to behave!
Do not trust this man. I tried to buy a tow truck from him, i drove 9 hours after 2 weeks of talking and negotiating on the truck. Once I arrived i noticed a oil leak, he tried to cover up the crack in timing cover with flex tape. Royce finally admitted it does leak around 5 gallons of oil on a average work week. He knew I was driving 9 hours one way to make this purchase. I wouldn't trust him with anything.
DAVID IS NOT LIKE MOST GUYS THAT COME OUT TO TOW YOUR CAR. YOU KNOW WHAT I MEAN. HE PROVIDES QUICK SERVICE AND NOT ONCE HAVE WE HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH HIM, AND HE TOWS QUITE A FEW CARS FOR US.
Excellent service - this company was a lifesaver when my car suddenly stopped working unexpectedly. Very courteous, fast, and trustworthy with fair pricing.
