Someone needed a tow and when the tow truck started trying to load the vehicle, they caused more damage than what was already there. All the tow truck driver said was oh well and drove away without waiting on someone to follow him to their destination and once they got to the location he tried to double the price he already agreed to.This company is shady and will cause more damage to your property.
Exceptional service! The weren’t any trucks available when I called but the phone operator ensured me a driver would return my call when a truck became available and he really did call back. With his 25+ years of expertise in this industry, he was able to apply methods to provide service to a BMW that was completely disable due to an electrical system shutdown. He was even thoughtful enough to offer phone recharging during the trip for drop off because he assumed my cell phone was low on battery from waiting on his arrival in my vehicle with no power. I am disappointed that my sister was involved in a car accident and unable to retrieve her belongings. Upon arriving at the scene, I attempted to collect her personal items, but I was asked to move by a tow truck operator, who I found to be very rude. After complying with his request, I asked if I could retrieve her belongings once he had loaded the car onto the tow truck. He declined at first and stated that he would not unload the car and questioned why my sister had not collected her belongings earlier. I pointed out that she had just been involved in an accident, and he walked away, continuing to sweep. I just hopped on anyway and got her belongings. I wouldn’t recommend this towing company for nothing in the world.
Decent cost, very direct communication. Took a moment to get to me, but it was late Sunday evening, so that's totally fair. Overall great experience with a good professional company.
As a plus, where they dropped it off, the car they towed was perfectly parked and lined up in our driveway!

I don’t remember the guys name but him and his wife were both very pleasant full. They were nice and quick to get the job done. You can pay cash or with card they’ll bring their card machine wherever you are to pay. I will definitely use this company and only this company in the far future. It was 100$ from Huntsville to Madison btw.

My car died while driving last night and I pulled over on the transition ramp between 565E and 231S and started making phone calls. Lappdog Towing was able to get to me a full hour and a half before anyone else! When the driver got there, I never saw an operator move as speedily as he did! He got the job done and was very professional. I highly recommend!
10/10 service and definitely knew what he was doing, surely won’t be the last time we use them as for the price was definitely affordable! Thank you Mike for your help especially for being late at night!

This company is exceptionally horrible I used them before and they towed my car to get it serviced.I’m a disabled veteran 22years so I’m covered by USAA .I used this company before and USAA covered the expenses so I didn’t have to pay a dime. I called this time because I used them before and the guys they sent to me didn’t know how to by pass my battery in my Mercedes to jump the car so I did. I took his cable did it myself and I drove my car to the mechanic to have it serviced so Micheal the owner want a to charge me 70 dollars for the jump he’s guy didn’t know what to do so he threatened to call the police cool. Paid him not I told him I’m gonna get my attorney involved cause you want me to pay for services not rendered this company is a fraud and it’s truly a lap dog a low down racists dog soon as he heard I was black and Latino and driving a Mercedes his whole demeanor changed so typical Alabamian this company is a scam don’t use them you will be sorry….

Very friendly staff on the phone. Charged half as much as everyone else I called that day. The driver was very friendly and quick. Made a bad day a little better.
Had a wheel bearing go bad on my truck on a HOT Saturday afternoon. Called around to a few companies that said it would be several hours. Lappdog said about an hour, Will with the flatbed was there in about 30 minutes! Riding in the flatbed on the way to the shop was fun, you can see a lot more of Huntsville sitting up that high! HIGHLY recommend Lappdog!!!!!
What to thank Lappdog Towing and Mike for coming out at such a late hour and unlocking my niece’s boyfriend’s car. They were stranded and had called his insurance company for help with no shows from 2 different companies “set” by the insurance roadside assistance. Y’all are always my go to Tow company! Quick response (less than 30 mins) and driver let me know when he picked the car up, dropped it off at the dealership and even his thoughts on what could possibly be wrong with it based on what he saw from the vehicle during the process of towing it. Would definitely recommend!
Lappdag was really helpful. They were very fast and very reasonably priced. They towed an old non-running car and carefully unloaded it thru a gate. The driver was hard working and courteous. He went above and beyond. Great job.
I ran across this business while looking for another tow company. I previously had triple A service and they gave me the run around and made me wait 2 hours late at night due to drivers denying their job request. I am done with triple A and will be using this service from now on. Quick and friendly service!!. Prices are affordable and the driver was very professional and treated my car with great care. VERY PROFESSIONAL! I wish I had gotten the driver's name but he had "Big Dog" on his door. It was 5 o'clock bottleneck traffic on 565 at the Greenbriar exit when I broke down. Somehow they got to me in like 20 minutes!!! Thank you so much!!!! Also he backed my car in my CRAZY crooked driveway that has big ditches on both sides. Very impressive!!!
Service took a little while (about 45 minutes) to reach me when they were near by. Otherwise, the driver was courteous and helpful. The lady at the office was incredibly rude though. She alone kept the rating from being 4 stars. I will say that if you have to deal with her at the office, then you should go somewhere else. Besides that, the towing service was good.
These guys are great! They're reasonably priced, quick to respond, and they care about you like one of their own. Give them a call if you're stranded on the road and need a tow. We use them regularly for our business's fleet.
