Went through ford roadside assistance and explicitly explained that a flatbed tow truck will not work because of where my vehicle is And we could not get the car in neutral. First tow company came out and was like yeah I’m sorry but we can’t help you need a dolly truck which we asked for the first time. Called roadside assistance again and requested another tow truck which was even longer wait time but she shows in the notes in all caps that a dolly truck was in need. Rocket towing calls me and my first question is are you a dolly or a flatbed he would not answer the question and told us that they are rocket towing and that they are all 5* reviews and never had a problem and was very confident he can do it. Wouldn’t tell me if he was a flatbed or not. After waiting 2 hours he shows up and within 5 minutes he is leaving without my car.
Basically wasted my time and to the point where ford closed 1 minute after he left and I couldn’t get help. It really frustrated me how cocky he is and through it all he wasn’t going to be able to do anything and all he did was waste my time. Now I’m stuck and won’t be able to get another tow truck until the morning.
I wish I knew the gentleman’s name so I could blast him but unfortunately I was already so upset the minute I saw him pull up with that flatbed.
Rocket towing do better and actually read in the notes before accepting the job in addition make sure your drivers are competent and less cocky.
I was referred to Rocket City Towing and Recovery by my insurance company USAA. The person that came to assist me was Brenton Humphrey. Brenton called when he was 10 minutes away and was here right as expected. He was very customer service oriented and hilarious. He knows his job very well and provided excellent service with a smile and laughter. I would recommend this service and especially Brenton as your service technician. I will use this company again in the future because of Brenton
I locked myself out of my car and Rocket Towing and Recovery sent someone so fast to help me out. Brenton had excellent customer service and was quick, and professional. He literally had my door open in less then a minute!!! I would definitely recommend them if you get into a bind like I did!

Professional and polite. It didn't take them long to get me either. Maybe thirty minutes total from placing the call and giving information. He took some pictures before he started, while my Silverado just sitting in a puddle of fix-a-flat , he hooked it up quick and got me to a tire place. I hope i never need them again but IF I DO, I know who to call. O yea it was $95 , I can't complain.

Tim was so kind and professional. He was at the collision center within minutes and had the car towed right away. I was not able to be there in person so he really helped me out by listening to detailed instructions and making sure he got the keys and car over to my mechanic with no issue. He ensured to really take care of all of my concerns
The best tow company in the area. My insurance company had sent another company out and after a 3 hour wait we finally had them send out another company and it happened to be Rocket Towing. The gentleman Tim that showed up was an awesome human being. He got there in less than 30 minutes after getting the call and was nothing but kind and professional and you could tell really just wanted to get us off the road. Hands down the best tow company out there. Fast, reliable, honest, and friendly. They won my business over for sure.
I had to get a vehicle towed this morning and these guys were on it immediately when I called. The driver Tim called me right after I got off the phone with the office, he got to the location quickly and sent me a picture to let me know it was on its way to me, and he got the vehicle to me fast. The whole thing went as quickly and smoothly as I could have hoped for.
Needed a tow when my SUV tire went flat and off the rim. Gal that answered when I called was courteous and efficient. Tow truck was able to make it to us in about 30 mins and towed it to the tire place. Driver was great to work with and efficient. Couldn't have asked for better service and really appreciate them!!!

My truck ran hot near Dug Hill road & 431 halfway up the mountain. USAA scheduled a tow company that had an arrival time of up to 3 hours. I immediately called Rocket City Towing & explained my predicament. The dispatcher was very understanding & said he would do his best to get someone out asap because I was in a dangerous situation. DJ arrived soon after and was very polite in explaining what he needed me to do. After making sure I was safe in the tow truck, he loaded my truck up in a timely manner taking care not to damage it. His supervisor even used his vehicle to force the traffic to move over. WOW! Thank God we arrived to my destination safely. DJ did an outstanding job and I’ll definitely request Rocket City Towing time and time again. I highly recommend them!
Rocket city towing was sent out to retrieve my car after I was told the brakes were gone. I had to wait until the next day to get the services performed but had a car full of equipment and needed it at home with me. When the toll was requested I was told that it would be an hour and a half maybe 2 hours before I could be taking care of, but DJ who was wrapping up his shift took my call and was there within 20 minutes. I will be using rocket City towing myself from here on out as well as referring them to anyone in need of a tow. DJ was very professional courteous and generous in getting me where I needed to be, Wich just so happened to be letting my car down in a very tight Alley.

Unbeknownst to us, our 2014 Chevy Tahoe had a none operational battery, and would not keep a charge. We had to get it towed last minute, as we're in the process of moving, and Paul from Rocket City Towing came through. He communicated thoroughly throughout the process. My insurance company arranged for Rocket Towing and Recovery to be used to tow my car after my granddaughters’ accident. Rocket sent DJ out to pick up the car very quickly. DJ called me to say he was on his way and gave updates along the way and was very professional and friendly. DJ took all the necessary pictures, had my car loaded and secured very quickly. It was not long before I received a message from the repair company saying that DJ had delivered my car to them safely.

I can’t give enough praise to Rocket Towing and Recovery . I was traveling on I65 when our Dually started having serious issues and not safe to drive I live over an hour and a half away , about 100 miles from where I was broke down . I reached out to a dear friend who is familiar and knows the owner of Rocket Towing and their. precise work . My friend called Bill at Rocket Towing and Recovery .Bill immediately called me and assured me that he would take care of us . Bill was very professional , friendly and helpful . It’s a terrible feeling being at the mercy of a business that you know nothing about , plus I am very peculiar about my vehicle . It’ only had 15,000 miles on it so I was already beside myself . The wrecker driver (Daniel) sent me an ETA and he was right on time , very polite and professional . Daniel even sent us a picture and notification when he dropped of our Dodge at the dealership . It’s easy to see why this company has such high ratings , they go above and beyond to help people out of stressful situations .
