went with a family member to retrieve there car and after a average wait, they pulled the vehicle around, there was a big cardboard box inside, interior of car looked clean, got home and box was full of garbage, old food spilled drinks and had ruined the good items that was in there, who ever cleans them out should have put trash in a dumpster instead of mixing it up, pretty well organized business other than that issue
I drive 250 miles Friday to pickup 2 vehicles. I'm ten minutes past closings but the office is still full of people that refuse to allow me to pickup my vehicles. I had to lay over the entire weekend.
I could understand that if they had already locked up but I walk rite in the office full of people and there were workers still all over the yard. I think they could've showed some customer courtesy and gave up 5 minutes to serve us especially seeing how they were still hanging around another 30 or so minutes after turning us away.
I'm Just saying.
Don't buy cars without key especially the ones from "progressive insurance" they removes key on purpose cause car already have bad motor, progressive are greedy people.
Good auction. The cars are lined up in order. Usually not hard to find. They are, however, close enough to touch each other. This can damage both vehicles. Makes them difficult or impossible to thoroughly inspect. Fork drivers do enough damage underneath. I've spent money on fork dmg for years. But bumping cars together is totally avoidable. They are breaking ground to enlarge facility so I expect this to help w room. Office personnel are great. But I used to get titles day of sale, now they arrive in mail days later. Auctioneer does good job. I appreciate biscuits & coffee. And cold bottles of water always available. I also like 9:30 start time.
Bought Ford Focus 2017 at that location. There was 2 keys, car was run and drive - look photo. They loost it. Paid 1900 for it. 2 new keys are 600 bucks. Manager told me that they are not resposible for the keys. Nightmare - 5 days on phone to talk to manager.
