I wait him from 8AM he came 10:20AM.20 minut 30 minut im on my way,just waste time.after coming charge me 592$ for just checking coolant leak 3 hrs labor which one takes 30 minute no 3 hrs.also he don't know about semi trucks,always call someone ask something.DONT COME HERE.save your time money and nervous
And this my experience. Please be aware of this roadside. Very unprofessional, Rudeness and dismissal, Lack of responsiveness. This guy is promising that he is coming to fix your truck but that is not true. Please do not waste your time like I already did. I called him for road service on Friday morning and he was okay to go pick up my ordered parts and then go to the truck and replace them. After like 3 hours he was telling me I am done with my previous job and ready to go. Then I was asking him to update me when you are heading to pick up parts but after like 2 hours of waiting he never replies, never answers the phone calls, or replies to the text messages. So I waited 5 hours and the driver sitting on the interstate shoulder was not fixed. Then I had no choice but to look for another service and finally I found another really good roadside service, and these guys helped me right away with lies. On Monday morning I decided to call them again and find out what happened on Friday and why they never called me back or texted me back. But the phone call did not go through because they blocked my phone number. That's strange. I called them from the other line office main line and they answered. The driver was waiting for you. I was asking what was the reason for ignoring me and not answering my phone calls. I told him that I don't want to leave bad reviews for you but then he went crazy and started yelling at me even though he started to threaten me for finding me. Then he was telling me angrily that he went to buy engine oil for the truck before picking up parts and then suddenly the driver whose truck needed to be fixed texted him that he is canceling road service. That does not make sense at all. That was the road service The Diesel Doctor 24/hr Roadside Repair lame excuse. I was asking him to send me a screenshot of all this cancelation but he was not able to do it cuz he was lying and by the way the driver whose truck needed to be fixed confirmed that he had no info at all related to these guys, the driver just wanted to be fixed ASAP and leave because he was sitting there the whole day. Yet, the story is not over. Then this really unprofessional guy called back to my company and was asking to pay for canceled road service but once he was asked to provide proof of cancellation a screenshot of the text message he never responded. Very Dissapointed of this kind of attidue and how he was acting to my phone call on Monday.
This was my experience. Pulled in because A/C was not working on freightliner cascadia. Jermery fixed that correctly and still blowing cold. Upon fixing that he noticed a hose that was about to rub in two and fixed that and I was grateful he found that. He also noticed my fuel pump ticking and sent a video. Fuel pump was bad and diagnosed by metal shavings in filters. Jermery changed fuel pump and fixed a problem with my egr. We pull out the shop and drove 1 hour down the road and shut down for the night and truck would not start the next morning. Tried calling and texting jermery with no response. Paid someone else to come prime and start truck. Went to their shop and on the way my truck derated. At their shop they found a loose air clamp that was taken off during repair and a parameter not set right on computer. As far as starting issue they gave me several options of what it could be but I opted to prime truck again and get it home for my mechanic to diagnose. Also while in that shop they also noticed my coolant had oil in it probably from jermery adding coolant from a contaminated bucket so I will have to flush that also. During all this I tried to contact him several times for him to make this right even shooting him a text message from the beginning telling him my truck would not start. Still 3 days later no response. He seems very knowledgeable but unreliable and seems to have missed some details.
Very knowledgeable, correctly diagnosed the issue with the alternator and repaired in a timely manner. Jeremy went out of the way to make sure I got back on the road safely. Thanks and good luck!
Jeremy really helped us out with the trailer that was dropped on one of our Amazon facilities, dealt with it wast and was giving prompt updates. Recommend it!
I would like to thank Jeremy and his assistant for the fast service and attention to detail in getting my 18-wheeler back on the road when Speedco and Love's did not have any available mechanics scheduled to help get me back rolling. I had picked up a load of Steel in Birmingham and was heading west for a Monday delivery and decided to get off at exit 100 off of 20 and go take a shower at Petro and get ready for the 900 and something mile trip. When I got off at the exit right before I got to the traffic light my truck stops right there on the road and I knew I was screwed. I made several calls like any other truck driver to some of the above mentioned major truck stops and nobody seem to have a answer except for a kind gentleman at Love's gave me the business number for Jeremy and said that they recommend his company and I'm going to tell you I am mighty happy that the Lord worked it out like he did because he and his assistant were Johnny on the spot and got me back rollingand knew exactly what was going on when I first called and got me fixed. I might also add at a bargain price as well much better than you would get at some of the truck stops so if I was any of you out there and you're in the area of Tuscaloosa or Birmingham area I highly recommend this company. Amazing service!! We tried 3 different mobile repair services in the area but had no luck getting our old starter out because the bolts were stuck tight. We were just about to tow it when a shop in the area that was closing told us to call here. Best mechanic we've ever worked with! He got there very fast and got all the bolts out, put the new starter in, checked everything for our driver, and had our truck up and running at a great rate.
Came out to fix our truck during regular business hour, then charged us an extra $200 for AFTER HOURS. But to be fair they did work on it a while, but clearly it wasn’t fixed! The problem came right back and we asked if he could come take a look, which he wanted to charge additional fees to come look at the same problem they were suppose to have fixed in the first place. Ended up spending almost $2,000 and truck is still not running properly!
Good , honest mechanic who knows what they are doing ! Maintaining communication from the initial phone call. Not like others who keep you waiting and wondering where they are at for hours . DIESEL DOCTOR was able to get truck back on the road . Excellent service!

Jeremy answered the phone, immediately let me know about his previous call and gave me an estimated time of arrival based on my location. He even let me text him photos of where I thought the problem was.
Literally less than an hour, Jeremy was at the Pilot in McCalla waiting for me to arrive. He got RIGHT to work. He explained to me his thoughts right away, and told me his plan. I asked him if I had time for a shower, he said yes and by the time I got out he was done. Literally, he was done. After all of that, he added everything up and literally gave me the most Old School Good Hearted American price ever. So many companies drag you and charge astronomical prices and when you are just trying to make a living and he absolutely did not make me feel that way at all.
