Went by the Bessemer Recycling Center to drop off some broken down cardboard boxes. I called before going by, but wasn't informed, until I got there, that they only take small (very small) boxes. They were nice enough to tell me that I could take large boxes to MC. The office lady that greeted me was very nice and helpful. I did have to unload the boxes by myself, but that was okay. I am thankful that I found a place to recycle the boxes rather than having them go to the landfill!
I call this company. Truck E17 driving down the freeway. Reckless dangerous storm wraps all over the highway. When I called this company, they would not help me at all. Told me to call the police of my insurance happening to get in touch with them about him. Throwing rocks and blocking my window unprofessional, when you call. Just trying to find out who can help me. The people in the office says nothing. They can do about a broken window.
I paid over 2 weeks ago now and every time i call to see when they're gonna bring me my dumpster they say it's being delivered that day hut never shows up.Its happened at least 3 times now
We would usually give them a five star rating!! This is our first issue with this company. Our garage dumpster was never emptied on Tuesday!! We pay for the bi-weekly pickup for $105/Month. We expect this company to do their job as we agreed upon several months ago!! I called this Morning and was told the driver for our route went home sick that day ( we understand that and don't have any complaints about our usual driver). Our complaint is the with sub driver who took over the route! According to the nice woman I spoke with the sub driver apparently didn't bother to finish the routes for Tuesday nor did he let the company know that he left customers in a bind with over flowing garbage!! Now we are left with a over flowing dumpster till Tuesday bc the sub didn't want to do his job!!! This sub driver guy needs to be fired immediately!!
Customer service was nice and informed me when I called that the GPS says the driver was there Friday morning; however, My neighbors and I are evidently having issues with the person time stamping that they’ve been to our place which makes it look like they’ve taken our trash but my neighbors and I can see our trash from over a week ago. Customer service was nice and checked the time stamp but I’m not sure what his deal is because Friday will be three weeks since our trash has been emptied. Him showing up here is irrelevant if the trash isn’t emptied ??♀️
I hate this place because I tried to call them and they say they don't take out garbage and they supposed to be a garbage company don't come to this place
I done a clean out called and got a dumpster, the staff was kind and courteous and I got rid of the junk that I’ve been wanting to get rid of. Happy, happy happy ?
Moore Coal came to our rescue after a long and bumpy relationship with Republic. Moore Coal is so easy to work with and their customer service is the best.
UPDATE: AFTER REPORTING TO BBB, I RECIEVED A FULL REFUND AND THEY PICKED UP THEIR DUMPSTER.....ALL THIS COULD HAVE BEEN AVOIDED WITH A $20 CREDIT!!! I have a dumpster at the river and i pay ti get it dumped once a week, and i have to call all the time because it dont get dumped......then i ask for a 20 dollar credit ....20 dollars and the ownerJudy said No .....and i said i am a business owner and i give my customers credit and she said....yeah and i could go out of business too.....REALLY MAYBE YOU SHOULD GO OUT OF BUSINESS!!!!!! NEVER AGAIN RUDE JUST PLAIN RUDE AND SO FULL OF EXCUSES!! UPDATE: REMOVE IT !!!!!!! YOU ARE VERY RUDE AND I HOPE YOU DO GO OUT OF BUSINESS, YOUR NOT THE ONLY TRASH PICKUP IN TOWN!!!!
Didnt like it the works that get paid to unload ur truck one was on the phone an the other got a few thing off the truck an then told my husband to get out an help so he got out to help the guy just stood by the truck an let him do it well the lady in the office was nice but the guys get paid to do there job not my husband didnt like it wont go back
