My truck has 395,000 miles on it. This water pump only had 40,000 miles on it.
AAA tow was 4hrs out.

We were stuck in the middle of nowhere about 45 miles away and they delivered the part we needed to get back on the road. Friendly fast and amazing service!! Definitely recommend! Thank you guys!!!!
Very rude my husband and I went to O'Reilly's to get a part see if they had one of what we needed. They didn’t have it in stock so O'Reilly's called Carquest to ask if they have the part and if they could price match they said yes. When we went there my husband went in and they told him no sorry we're not going to price match and was very rude. Never going there or going to recommend them. I'll stay with O'Reilly's or anybody else but them.
If it werent for the amazing people at this store myself, partner and two autistic kids would be sitting in an oriellys parking lot stuck for the holiday. Instead we get to be with our family. A massive thank you to Kathy, (i think thats your name i cant remember lol). I called in search of a transmission pulley for a 2000 toyota tundra. The one they had was not the right size. They went box by box finding a pulley that was the correct diameter to get us back to SLC. and not only that but then they DELIVERED it to us down the street, and spent 30 minutes after they were already closed helping us. We clearly drove to the incorrect auto store in that town (oriellys) And this store came to our rescue instead!!!! Thank you so much to the amazing people at this store. You have no idea how much your kindness meant to this family. Happy thanksgiving and we are so thankful for you!
Needed to make a stop on a road trip. The customer service was phenomenal. Both young men working were very helpful and great at explaining what I needed without being condescending. I was very glad we chose to stop here!
I realize brick and mortar stores need to make a profit and offer the benefit of on-hand stock or next day delivery from a nearby store but a Gates 26222 was $45 on Amazon with 4 day delivery and Car quest had 2 day delivery but was asking $116 for the same part. That's just crazy. I want to support my local store but can't see paying 3x....EVER.
Wouldn't go anywhere else to get my parts. All the staff here is great, friendly, and very professional and will do whatever they have to to find the parts you are needing. They provide a vast array of parts for me at WYDOT and keep those plows on the road! Give them a try, you won't be disappointed.
I ran into car problems with my brakes going out while towing a camper in Casper, WY. After contacting all 11 auto part stores there, none of them had the brake pads I needed or could get them before 3 days. I had a campground reservation in Rawlins so out of desperation I called Rawlins CarQuest 2 minutes before they closed. Not only did they have the brakes, but they had multiple options! I ended out coasting without touching the brakes for 115 miles to Rawlins and at 7AM the next morning I limped my minivan to CarQuest.
Jeff was extremely nice and helpful, he found the brake pads that were set aside for me with a note, and even let me change the brake pads right in front of the shop, which usually is frowned upon by car shops. CarQuest was quite literally a lifesaver. I can't stress how super nice and helpful everyone was there. I just made it home from my 5000 mile roadtrip and had to give some props to CarQuest in Rawlins. Than you!!
The young lady that runs this place in the early morning is a rock star. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. She had her young daughter there (probably 4 years old), who was polite and was helping with organizing tools. It was adorable. I'm glad to see a young mother (and daughter) working hard in a workplace where old grumpy men usually dominate. Props to Carquest for getting quality employees like that.
Very rude and unprofessional. The attitude I got was unacceptable. Will never go there or recommend anyone to go there. I would rather wait for parts to be shipped in from elsewhere than down any money in this establishment.
Alex from Carquest saved our bacon! We were driving through and our car broke down Friday evening. With the nature of the issue, it was looking like we would be staying in Casper into the next week! With Alex's help we were able to get back on the road the next day. So glad we went to Carquest and met Alex.
As being one of the only two parts places in town, I do like this place better than O'Riley. I'm not sure if the other guys deliver parts or not, but these guys do. Umm...I guess that's all I got.
