I learned my lesson to charge my car to 100% today, but I am super thankful for Jacks Towing! Very kind and timely! Thank you for making sure I made it safely to a charging station.

Dave went above and beyond to recover my vehicle, get me to a repair shop, and make sure I was able to get home. The team at Jacks Towing are great people and extremely skilled at what they do.

Excellent service. Got to us within minutes of calling and towed both our truck, which failed to start after refilling at the pump, and our 33 ft 5th wheel that we were towing. They took our truck to the shop and our RV to a campground where we could stay until the truck was repaired. Super nice drivers and extremely good at what they do.

This company is awful!!!!! Called in at 10P and the guy I spoke with was extremely rude and unprofessional. It was obvious that he did not want to work or be bothered. Mind you this is at 10p and they are listed as 24 hours. He told he was 68 and didn't know anything about sending something as simple as an email to send the bill to us after service so we could pay them. He then just told me he was not waiting around afterwards to get paid. When I replied to him that his rudeness and unprofessionalism was unnecessary and totally not called for he told me I could take the company off the call list and call some one else. Please do not waste your time with this company they don't seem to want or appreciate your business!!!

Just got a tow from Jack’s. The driver arrived quickly and was extremely courteous. I would definitely recommend them.

Jack’s team went above and beyond the call of duty rescuing our totally destroyed truck and trailer, a victim of the insanely cold and windy Wyoming weather on interstate 80 west of Rawlins, Wy. (Like so many others this time of year) They spent several hours at the crash site and managed to rescue a substantial amount of our personal possessions including some very important items and we are forever in their debt. They are hard workers, great Americans and do an honest and thoroughly professional job. My wife and I heartily recommend their services

Needed a quick fix to get my bumper back on before driving back to the East Coast… I showed up and immediately was helped, bumper secured for my drive in 15 minutes! Super friendly guys who got the job done in record time. Definitely recommend!

They were at my truck within 5 minutes, got it going and were super nice. My son was in love with the big truck. And the man that helped us was very sweet with him, would totally recommend his services to everyone!!

We broke down on the side of the highway just past Rawling, Wyoming. We called Jack's as recommended by the repair shop that happened to be open on Saturday. As we waited for our tow truck the county sheriff pulled up to check on our situation. He gave us a thumbs up when we told him which tow company was coming. That helped reassure us that we were in good hands. "GOOD" is an understatement. Dave rolled up in a very timely manner. He was friendly, accommodating, informative and helpful. His truck was clean and comfortable to hitch a ride in, and as a woman I felt at ease with this perfect gentleman. And as the cherry on top, his pricing was more than fair. Come to find out we were lucky. Apparently there has been some shifty tow companies charging rediculous rates so do your due diligence. Dave, you are remarkable!

I called 5 different tow companies in Rawlins after sliding into the ditch on I80. I was 15 miles west of town and only needed a winch out of a small suv. One company had a 4 hour wait, and another (maps)wanted $1,000!!! 🤬 Dave saved the day, and charged a fraction of what others wanted. Use Dave for your towing needs!!

Had him tow me 5 miles and it was 200. Takes advantage of you if you are from out of town. Did he gave me a deal and didn’t even charge for mileage.

Eric is a great person, knows his craft, and takes pride in his work.

This place is ridiculous very rude and obviously didnt want our business that's fine there's other body shops that do want our business he can just keep this filthy place

DO NOT LET THEM TAKE YOU TO TAYLOR'S AUTO REPAIR!!!! Did a good job. Covered by my USAA insurance so I am unsure of pricing. I only gave 4 stars because driver Sean suggested I go to Taylor's Auto Repair (Please read their review) which turned out to be one of the biggest shams I've ever had. I think the owners of Taylor's and Jack's are buddies? Other than bad advice, seems like a good company.
