I am so impressed by this company. They were there fast and the tow driver knew it wasn't just my battery that was the issue. I wanted to thank him and tell him he did a great job. I stopped in after finding a nail in my tire, and the service was amazing. The woman in the office was so friendly both on the phone and when I arrived. They got me in right away and had the tire repaired in no time. Fast, cost- effective, honest, and excellent customer service—highly recommend!
J&M Towimg and Service SAVED THE DAY! Our car battery died within minutes of leaving our house on our trip to Rhinelander. J&M responded quickly with a jump start so we could drive a few blocks to their shop to get a new battery installed immediately. Just can't say enough about the great customer service and their employees! We were good to go in record time and on the road! Support local businesses because they are there when you need them!

Great service, professionalism, and character! I needed my vehicle towed to my preferred mechanic and J&M Towing is who my warranty company picked for towing services. I called and spoke with Connie at J&M, who communicated with me fluently about the details, after I didn’t get to talk to a real person with the warranty company. I met Brandon at my vehicle and he took it from there! Highly recommend!
J&M Towing & Service not only fixed my car, but unlike any other shop in the area they were looking to get to the root cause versus applying a band-aid. I will only use this shop moving forward for any of my vehicle issues. The communication was great and they really move at the customers pace. I am very happy with the outcome and will only use this shop moving forward. The first impression is the best impression.

It's hard to find a trustworthy repair shop nowadays. Hate to even tell people because they can see you quickly. Jobs are always done correctly and with care. Customer service is beyond top notch and you feel more like family then a customer. Dont forget to pet their dogs when you come in.
Excellent staff let me know a bolt seized to get the alignment done so it took a little bit longer but definitely worth it. Very reasonable price and amazing dogs running the shop.When something else needs to be done for my charger I'll definitely be BK with treats or pup cups for the bosses.thanks again crew
Called about towing fifteen minutes to close, given estimate of fee with repair, tow and fix. In morning they called to tell problem different than thought gave fix time two hours later, but called in one. Very fast, and even gave a ride to pick up and pay bill as only few minutes away.
Great friendly service. Thoroughly went over the vehicle to make sure everything was in order. Made recommendations and found best options to save money while fixing problems.
I know J&M since 2001 they have fixed our cars. I am very satisfied with this last repair of my van. I feel tons of confidence in the services and prices, they are excellent. They are nice and polite. They put on the road my old car for at least 3 year more of life. Thanks a lot J&M!!!
J&M Towing and service did a great job. My daughter's car would not start and she was broke down. We tried to get it towed using aaa but they never showed up. Being from Ohio and going to college in Fond du lac she was very stressed. We call J&M Towing and Service. They towed the car to their shop and fixed the car in less that two day. As a parent 500 miles away I could not ask for better service. The price of the repair and Towing was very reasonable too.
I called for a tow, and it arrived very quickly! The driver was personable and knowledgeable, and Connie in the office was absolutely fantastic!! She talked me through my options, and they were able to diagnose and fix my problem the same day. Would 1000% recommend!!

Everything with them was super easy. Filled out an appointment online. Got a text to confirm and they picked up, towed, and serviced my car for an INCREDIBLE price. They discussed everything with me and made it was easy to understand exactly what happened. They were so nice and friendly, I will not be taking my car anywhere else ever again. J&M is AMAZING. I don't have enough positive words to describe my experience. Long story short, I was traveling to Milwaukee, and got two flats, needed a tow, and help w the flats.
Everyone eased my nerves, Jess was amazing w chatting and letting me know what was going on, and the guys were amazing as well.
Thinking I'd have to pay for the tow, and new tires didn't set well w me, but w a used tire, a tow, and a couple patches in my other tire, it was VERY affordable and convenient. Thank you so much Jess and team :)
They were able to get me in in a very timely manner, girls who answered phone were very personable, price was extremely reasonable. I have breathing issues so instead of having to walk there to pick my car up, they dropped it off at my house. Excellent customer service.
They sold me my new car also they did a lot of work for my last car and gave me a great deal on both. If you need a tow or work done on a Toyota call John he'll hook you up.
