Stranded on 41 long after dark and an hour from home is a terrible thing. We called half a dozen outfits before we got a "sure!" from Whealon. Ronnie was quick, professional and brought us all the way north to New London. We didn't get home 'til midnight, but we were safe and sound, and the vehicle was dropped where it could be serviced next day, all on account of the good folks at Whealon. Great outfit, earning our hearty 5-star rating.

Super amazing and totally went above and beyond to help. This was my first time being stuck on the side of the road and I am so grateful I called them. They helped me through the entire process and didn't make fun of me for thinking my coolant leak was transmission fluid (it was red, not green 🤣😂🤣). Really went above and beyond!! Anywho, watch out for darn racoons, but call them if you are ever in need. 100% recommend!!!

I had a roadside emergency when stuff broke on my #10,000 boat and trailer load over an hours drive north of Fond du Lac, almost to Green Bay. Getting dark, no Green Bay towing business would accept the complex tow job. Even not knowing who I was, one call to Whealon Towing is all it took. The owner of Whealon Towing plus an employee got into their rig and headed my direction. They used a winch, then slowly and careful pulled my boat and trailer onto their flatbed, secured it, then brought it to a marina where they removed my load with a special crane called a marine travel lift. I’m happy to report my boat and truck had zero damage, and my trailer has been professionally repaired. Thank you Whealon. Also, thank you to the state trooper who parked behind us, turned on his vehicle’s flashing lights, and stood roadside with a bright flashlight to give the Whealon workers a safer work area. Whealon, you came through for me in my time of need when everyone else stayed home. Thank you Whealon Towing.

It was ok, I remember that company a little more friendly. My car got towed there because of a breakdown on 41. Seemed as I was treated less than because of it. Maybe everyone had an "off" day. I would still use them and recommend them, soon as the sour taste leaves my mouth..

We had just hit a deer, and they showed up promptly and put ours minds at ease. They were also very friendly in the office when we came to clean out our totaled vehicle. Thanks!

needed a tow in the snow the other day and i can not say enough amazing things about the service at Whelans…. they got my car out and made sure that i knew what to do next, and made sure i felt comfortable. i felt like they truly cared which was so sweet in a scary situation!!! thank you so much!!!

I'm so impressed! A senior with a dead car. Josh came to my rescue. He was so patient when I wasn't sure how to direct him to my location. He jump-started my car, and offered to move my car to its location around the block. It was a godsend that he did since my car died again before we made it 1/2 a block. We quickly made it to its location and he even parked it for me. What a fantastic end to an icky beginning! Thank you Josh and Whealon Towing and Service, Inc.!

Wheaton provided terrific service for my flat tire today. I couldn’t free the jack from my car and would have been stuck without them. Courteous, quick and effective service got me back on the road. Can’t recommend them highly enough!

Dispatch very nice. Ronnie the tow driver was amazing. Got me loaded and back to the shop. They looked over my van got my spare on and got me back on the road. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Reasonable pricing. Shop is very clean and well maintained.

Amazing service! I was upset my car needed a tow, but when they arrived, they put me at ease. I had my 6 yr old son with me and took the time to show him what was going on... putting him at ease too! Thank you Josh!

The dispatch guy was really efficient. He taught me how to find my location using “find my” on an iPhone because I happened to blow a tire where there were no markings on the highway. When the you d man came he had no tools. How do you come to change a tire & not bring a jack. Thank God I had one for him to use, then he didn’t know how to use it and refused my help. I finally told him I was going to help him because I needed to get home. After paying I exited the vehicle and noticed my spare was flat. He said he didn’t have air. I said well how I’m I going to make it home. He said they normally have all this stuff but someone must have taking it out of the truck. He got on the phone with someone who told him where he can find the hose and hook it up in the truck.

I'm a dummy. These guys where there with in 15 minutes of calling and some how got me outta the ditch/culvert with my car in one piece. Excellent experience in what was a rather embarrassing situation. Thank you so much for the save!!

Every time I have an issue with one of my exotic cars (which happens a lot 😅) Whealon always do an incredible job. While most tow companies avoid cars like mine Whealon seem unphased by them. They are properly equipped and know what they are doing. I can't recommend them enough.

Polite drivers, fast response time, and made me feel at ease! Helped me with finding local mechanics in area , I blew a motor & was from out of town .

If you are concerned about care and quality of work from a company you won't have to worry about that with these guys. I had my vehicle stuck in the stupidest way today, the operator was younger than I am but was professional, respectful, light hearted, and best part HE DID THE JOB OUTSTANDINGLY WELL! He really cared about my vehicle, made sure every movement to get it out was a good move and performed it flawlessly. I sincerely thank you for the work you did today. I straight up messed up and he fixed it. Idk his name but he deserves a raise. Keep up this work guys!

The guys were very helpful. I got a flat and my car ended up getting towed. After I got the tire on turns out I was outta gas as well. I walked to the office with my gas can and asked where the closest gas station was and the guys kinda laughed and said they could give me some gas, and then put it in for me. Great service, decent prices, definitely would go back if I needed to!

If there were more than 5 stars I’d rate them higher! We had a blowout with 200 more mikes to drive, and it wasn’t safe to go that far on the donut spare. At 8 in the evening there were no tire shops open. We contacted Whealon, who had us meet them at their shop (even though it was closed) to see if they had a replacement/used tire in a rim. Luckily they had a fit and we were back on the road with no more issues! I highly recommend them, very courteous, responsive, really went out of their way for us.

After waiting 40 minutes for the towing service our rental car was supposed to send, the local sheriff called Whealon and they had us out of where we’d wedged ourself into a ditch in about 10 mins. Fast & friendly service! Thanks so much!

After being screwed over by another towing company out of Milwaukee. Whealon towing and service was the next one Tesla roadside could find. I’m not sure what parameters they use when searching but I’m glad they went with them. I spent 16 hours waiting on a tow with the other company and they were there almost within the hour and we were up in Appleton. They then had to drive it down to Milwaukee at the service center. He went to great lengths to make sure the Tesla wasn’t damaged getting it up on the flatbed and had a few hiccups he had to get around but he managed to do it and do it well. Would highly recommend if you need to use them as they were fast, professional, courteous, empathetic, and most importantly they have passion in what they do.

I recommend this business to anyone that needs a tow or automobile repairs. They are quick, efficient and extremely adorable. These guys are the greatest. The brake pedal on my car wouldn't release so, my brakes weren't working. I called to ask about repairs and a tow, they were at my house in Campbellsport in no time picking up my car. I was afraid the master cylinder needed to be replaced but, they discovered it was a vacuum leak in one of the hoses. The labor and parts was very affordable. I was thrilled with the service I received.

I lost my keys and was referred to them by my insurance. They said would be to me in 20min. 15 min later they arrive and after asking for the fifth time where i was if anyone found my keys i got them back. They drove out to me and waited a few minutes and charged me nothing. Hard to find understanding people with great customer sevice.

Our car hauler broke down in Indiana and we couldn't find a single company in that area who was willing to help us out. One call to Whealon's and they sent a driver down the next day to bring back our truck. Very helpful and a pleasure to work with!!!!

I was looking up the number in case I needed Whealton again and was surprised they have no reviews. Last year our RV broke down near Fond du lac as we were going from Milwaukee up north. These people were great. The tow driver was wonderful. There service personal were easy to work with. They were able to get us into their shop and back on the road in hours and saved our weekend. Cost for tow and repair was very reasonable. Thanks guys.
