I’d leave negative stats if I could, being stuck in the snow is a scary situation, when you call a tow company that says they are going to be here in 30min when 2 hours later and calling multiple times saying just wait 10 more minutes and still nothing is ridiculous needless to say I’ve had to call another company who is here more promptly
Highly recommend calling Rocky's Towing company if you're in need for a tow. Tim was the truck driver and he did an incredible job getting my vehicle back home, efficiently and quickly. When I asked for my vehicle to be parked a certain way, Tim went above and beyond making sure my needs were met! Thank you, thank you Tim ! Ended the night with a peaceful evening because this amazing company!
I'd watch out for Rocky's towing. They impounded a van of mine and stole all my ladders and wheel barrows. They claimed that it "fell off." Local thieves.
Our van had a blowout on interstate this morning. Didn’t have the right tools to change it so I called Rocky’s towing to take it to Camden Avenue Tire. Answeeed the phone, was very nice, got to us quick and got it to the shop quick. The driver was was really nice also. Definitely recommend.
If I could give it no stars I would. The guy on the phone had a terrible sarcastic tone in his voice, and was hesitant to give me service before I told him the situation.When I gave him the scenario, he said there was nothing he could do because its a motor vehicle accident. And its NOT. He just didnt want to get up and do anything. Other tow services offered, I just thought by calling here, I’d get a lower price. What I got instead was a bad attitude and a no. You get what you pay for. I’ll pay for expensive service before I call here ever again even if its to get my car towed 1 inch from a curb.
Some employee of this place hooked up my car without my knowledge while they were working on the road WITHOUT notifying me. The construction workers said he knocked next door but didn’t even continue to try to find the owner. As if that wasn’t bad enough, he asked for my keys to “move it” after chaining it to the truck. He told me to go ahead and move my car, but he still had the chain attached and messed up the back of my car. When I called the office to have something done about it, she transferred me to the driver who already caused problems. Not a good place!
I parked where I shouldn't have parked. They towed me but at least when I showed up they felt bad about it and were polite. Remember, they just get the call to tow...they don't make the call to tow.
Absolutely recommend Rocky’s. Tim came towed us home and also helped us diagnose the issues. I’m very impressed with the service we received. Thank you so much.
The two stars are because the lady who worked the desk wasn't rude or difficult to deal with but I'm sure she was just happy that i was giving them my car just so i can get my stuff out of it. I bought a car and then 9 days later it gets impouded and they wanted to charge $750. It did sit for a little over a week. But the beginning amount was even astronomical. So i literally had to take a $1600 loss on my car that I spent all of my taxes on. I just didn't have enough to get the my tags switched over and had a doctors appointment and got stopped. I wish they could of just had some compassion. Its been so hard without a car.
Great guys and great prices. Hauled my mechanic's tool box home for me quickly, safely and charged less than quoted! Will definitely use Rocky's again.
Very friendly, helpful service. Really reasonable prices compared to some of the other tow services around. Highly recommend them to anyone that needs assistance.
Very sweet owners. Very helpful, friendly and kind employees. They had our accident cleaned up in no time and we had no problems getting our belongings out of our totaled car.
My personal opinion the best towing service in the Mid-Ohio valley Andy is by far the best operator out there and they are always my first choice always.
Tim was our driver. He is by far the best I’ve had from Rocky, or anywhere in the area. If you’re going to use rockys always ask for Tim! Went above and beyond to help us out, and get us where we needed to be. Thanks again Tim, it was a pleasure having you!

This place is a joke and the people are too. They damages a vehicle if when it should have happened if they were paying attention. Only takes meeting an idiot once to make me steers clear. I wouldn’t
