My experience with Leonard Truck Outfitters was professional from start to finish! I needed a 24' deck over equipment trailer. My salesman, Eli Gray, was knowledgeable, and quite professional throughout the entire transaction. They did not have this trailer at this facility and Eli secured one from another location and it was delivered promptly. This transaction was refreshingly smooth from all aspects. If I could give 0 stars I would. I tried calling twice today, to discuss a quote on a spray in-bed liner for my vehicle. Someone answers the phone, and immediately hangs up. If that’s the customer service this business gives. I can’t imagine the respect they show vehicles. 0/10 will never do business with this company.
Hired them to install a brake controller, turned out to be an electrical issue which they don’t work on. They spent hours of their time diagnosing the problem for free, and wouldn’t charge me a dime for the work. Refunded all money as well. Highly recommend!
Eli is amazing , knowledgeable,and went out of his way to help me get a hard cover on so my work stuff didn't get wet...Their products are top of the line and they will install it all for you ,which is awesome. They were so impressive I ordered a grill, vent visors ,and side steps that will be in this week and the are installing them for me which is a huge deal,most places won't do that anymore. If u want great products,amazing service ,and just damn good employees this is the place you need to go without question....

If you have them prepare the paperwork before you arrive (two hour drive for me), I was in and out within three minutes. Thirty day tags already on the trailer. 10/10 will recommend from my home location back home. Not to mention the out the door price 10/10. Pic is your enjoyment of my struggles having to charge before I head back home.
Would not recommend ordered bed cover,rain guards,bug shield was told be in in 3 or 4 days 3 weeks later still waiting got refund don't waste your time here would give no stars if possible

Great products, great people and I highly recommend. It’s a tremendous asset to have a company like this in our backyard. We use them for our dealership and I also use them personally as well. Delivery and set up of my storage building was exceptional. Especially considering the weather conditions.

Leonard Truck Outfitters in Parkersburg helped me find a set of wheel to wheel running board's. They listened to me about what I wanted. They looked in they're system for inventory and good pricing. I had bought an under the tailgate light bar from them and had to have it replaced once because it stopped working after a few months, and the second light bar they put on quit working. I took the light bar in to them and they said they would call me to let me know what the manager said. I never received a call. When I called them they said there was nothing they could do about their product. Worst customer service experience. Don’t buy from them if you want your product to last.
Brought my 2024 GMC Sierra 2500HD for them to install running boards, hard tonneau cover, window vents visors, and suspension air bags with remote. Prices were comparable to other local shops, Ethan was very helpful with different selections and knowledgeable, and the installation of all my items was done very well. Recommend these guys highly

I just had new running boards installed on my 2017 chevy colorado by the guys at Leonard's and they did an awesome job, much easier for me and my daughter to get in the truck lol plus they make the truck look sweet, since they did a good job I ordered cooper discover at3 4s tires through them and im excited to get those installed.
I worked along side 2 guys! One was Brett! I was looking for a chicken coop and they had exactly what I wanted. Huge 8 by 10 for upwards of 20 chickens. They didn't have one, but another store did. They were able to show me pictures and do everything in their power to get it to me in two days. If you want something custom it can take up to 5 weeks but still!! That's incredible! They make it for you, and deliver! Convenient!! If I could give 10 stars I would. They are so kind, willing to work, knowledgeable, and quick to tend. Amazing. So so amazing. Go here for any of your sheds, dog houses, chicken coops, etc!!!
