Tried to purchase an aftermarket roll cage. It took two days to get a response from them, and then when I asked for a height measurement on the cage, I was told, "I don't have any measurements; what you see is what you get." Then I asked to just come in and look at it, and he didn't want to sell it anymore! Extremely rude and unprofessional! I would recommend avoiding them at all costs!
I bought t bars by drag specialties. The bars are no good. Not their fault. However they've had them 2 weeks now still no refund and they won't refund me or answer emails. Before I returned them the only time my emails got answered, whoever it was, was rude, I'll say instead of what I really think. I don't know what their problem is but that's bad business. Awful customer service. Pirate mx, where the customer doesn't matter.
Bought a rzr chassis from them. Had It shipped across the country to California. Totally hassle free and exactly as they said. They sent the title priority shipping. All around great experience. Would definitely buy from them again.
Needed rear seat belt latches for my side x side. Found them here with a fitment chart Assuring me they would fit. Ordered Sunday night and they were at my house in Utah with free shipping Wednesday. Very impressed with the price and service. Will use in the future as well as highly recommend to anyone who will listen.
Based on customer service and overall attitude. This place will take your money and tell you it was your fault. Even gave them a chance to make it right and they don’t care about their customers. Owner took his whole breath to tell me how wrong I was…. What ever happened to “the customer is always right”

Terrible customer service, If I could give a 0 I would I received the wrong product on something I ordered around Christmas well I got it and its the wrong fit I've called them 4 X they will not call me back
