This place really surprised me with it's cleanliness, and the friendliness of the staff. They were really busy, but things were moving in and out quickly. I have heard great things about them and all was proved while there. I know where I'll be going with my vehicle needs from here on.

Followed these guys from across the street…they’re the best. The day my tires got there they fit me in and got my tires replaced and got my 305/30s I was turned away from a few places. They put on in less than an hour. I didn’t even get a chance to get comfortable in the waiting area yet.

Excellent place to get your car worked on. They do a great job and always contact you before they make any repairs. Quality work from quality people.

Took my car in for an engine problem. After checking it out was determined it would need a new engine. I purchased the engine had it shipped to the garage and they removed the old engine removed parts need for new engine and installed new engine. Very professional and nice owners and technician. Did an excellent job in a short time. I’m very pleased with the work done and have been happy with other work preform at this garage. 10 out of 10.

My experience was fantastic. The service and communication throughout the process of having a new alternator put on my truck was super. This garage is hitting a home run with their service.

Were very quick to fix my car and were able to work with me to find an affordable price. Very nice!

Had a tire that got punctured on the side wall. After taking it in on the spare they swapped the good spare tire onto my old wheel as requested and ordered me a new tire in the mean while. Quick, friendly service. Even put air in the other tires without me even asking. First time going here and will certainly come back for all other needs and recommend them over other auto centers in the hurricane area.

Brought our truck in got it fixed for 6 grand and didn’t even fix the oil leak they said they fixed it and did not said there was a warranty for the truck and they refused to fix it ever since we got it back that trucks been in the lot 5 times due to an transmissions coolant leak after pay 6 grand there should not be nothing wrong with our truck..

Great shop! I have been here a few times now and the service has been exceptional every time. Prices are reasonable as well. Will continue to use this shop in the future.

Our car broke down 3hrs from home and 2hrs from destination. They had our car fixed in about an hour and back on the road. Awesome job!! Thank you so much!

Had wire in sidewall of a tire and needed some one to fix it and took it to C Adam Toney Tire Pros and they didn’t want to take the time to check it out and said they were to busy to look at it so called Teays Valley Auto and they said come on up and they would check it out. They checked it and found a wire in the sidewall and could not fix it because it was in the side of the tire. Told me what I needed and they match the tire up with the same type of tire that was on the car . No change for checking it. So ordered the tire and replaced the tire. They got my business from now on. Great bunch of people here.

Wife's daughter from Texas came for Christmas and radiator needed to be replaced. Checked and quoted price one day got it in and had it done before closing the next day. Very good and fast service. Would of given 5 stars but they forgot to reset check engine light.

I came in for an alignment and an oil change. They told me that my car didn't need an alignment and they didn't charge me for their time looking at the alignment. Good, honest service like that is hard to find anymore.

First time using this shop and had a great experience. Was able to drop off my vehicle after hours and they looked at it early the next morning. They called and gave me a thorough explanation of what they needed to do, what the cost would be, and repairs were done quickly. When I picked up my car, the heat was turned up to max which is not the setting I leave it on so I could tell that after they did my repairs they tested things to make sure everything was working properly. The guys I spoke with there were professional and nice. I knew of this shop just from passing by and seeing it in the area. Based on this experience, I would definitely recommend them to others and also return for future issues if needed.

This place is truly a blessing. Great people. Long story short, I had some work done on my breaks from another company. My left front tire came off. I was skidding on the ground on my rotor. I was able to put the tire back on. There was some old lug nuts I had in the glove box. I was able. I called and they said they would look at it. They were able to fix me. I pulled in at 4:05. They had me out the door at 455 I live 4 hours away. This was on a saturday, so i'm truly thankful for these people to get me fixed and back on the road. Like I said true blessing.

Came in at 8:00 with a not repairable flat tire. Dusty found the exact tire and said he could get it by 2pm that day, provided a price, and handled taking out the flat tire. I was in and out in under ten minutes. Around 3, I was called and told the tire was delivered, mounted and balanced and that I could come in whenever. I was able to get my tire changed in no time. The price was exactly what they said and they were friendly and honest. Even above and beyond, I’m pregnant, and the team brought my car to me each time so I didn’t have to walk or maneuver the lot. I will definitely be back.

Picked up a screw in the rear/left tire and the tire was taken off the wheel, then plugged and patched on the inside to repair the leak. Great service. I was in and out in 30 minutes on a holiday weekend!

I have used their service 3 times & each time was a very pleasant experience. The owner is very polite and knowledgeable. The desk clerk has excellent customer service. I would recommend them to anyone!

Decent prices but the staff (Dick) is very unprofessional - I took my car in for a wheel alignment, they did the wheel alignment and totally ignored the new safety warning message (unless they didn’t take the car on a test drive, very unlikely) and when I (the customer) was frustrated, they didn’t like it, like I shouldn’t be. He rushed me out and told me to bring the car back later so he can waste more time missing around on the computer (apparently doesn’t know what he is doing). I am taking my vehicle to the dealership to get it fixed. Don’t take your foreign vehicle there unless for a tire replacement or balancing. Especially don’t deal with “Dick”

Just stopped by to have my car alternator checked after my battery had died and then been replaced. I did have to make an appointment for a couple hours later, but they took my car right in and check the alternator which was fine. They didn’t even charge me for the service. I will certainly go back to them in the future.

5plus stars to Teays Valley Auto! I have used their services several times and they have been exceptional every time. I recommend them as professional and trustworthy. Thanks to Dusty and Ben and everyone there you all are awesome.

Our vehicle had trouble starting on Monday afternoon due to a suspected alternator issue. We had it towed to here that day to ideally get a quote on what it cost to fix the issue. It is now past their close of business on Wednesday and they haven’t even taken an initial look at our car. No estimate, no communication at all. We’ve called each day (Tuesday and Wednesday) to ask for updates. On Tuesday, we were told “tow-ins get lower priority.” However, I was told by the female I was speaking with that it would get looked at “some time tomorrow.” Ok, fine. We still hadn’t received anything by Wednesday at 3:00pm. We called again. We were told our car was the next one up to be looked at (~45 minutes). It is now 6:30pm on Wednesday and we still haven’t been notified of any estimate or been given an update on when our car will be looked at. It’s a bit outrageous to me that our car has been sitting on their lot for greater than two full work days now and hasn’t moved. If you have to tow your car somewhere for service, I recommend taking it anywhere else other than here.

I have been here with multiple vehicles many times and spent thousands here. They are one of the best garages in Putnam county. Great place to buy tires and have work done for a fair price. Only reason for a 4 star review is after I installed a lift on my truck they were not able to find the source of a clunk noise coming from the rear end and sent me on my way. Would still recommend and will still return here because they have been great to me regardless.

I originally took my vette to the Chevy garage to get an oil change, change over my wheels, and a state inspection. About a half hour after dropping the car, the service writer called to let me know they couldn’t ‘get my car off the ground’. (My car isn’t lowered or anything like that, which is odd) The service writer actually recommended Dusty and Teas Valley Auto Service Center. I dropped the car that day and they got to it the next morning. Everything was completed without a hitch and at a reasonable price. I’m more than satisfied and can say they have absolutely earned my car business moving forward!

This is the second time I have got tires from them first was on my car a now my truck. They are very knowledgeable about services. Super friendly people to talk to and deal with. I refer them to all my family an friends now! Faster an cheaper then Walmart ever thought about being.

Took my 97 Cobra to see Dusty to get a look over and a quick oil change. Very nice guy. Very clean and modern looking shop. Had me in and out in less than an hour with a clean bill of health. The other owner, Chuck seemed nice as well. Fair prices too! Would like to keep this place a secret, but they deserve your business. I will be bringing my cars back.
