Had this mechanic, Robert, do a pre purchase inspection on a van im looking at. I’m out of state so it’s a bit of an unusual situation. They were easy to work with, very affordable, and very thorough. 10/10 would recommend

I just purchased a set of tires from them. Their prices are lower than anyone online and offer free lifetime balance and rotation. I am very pleased to support a local business that really cates about you.
I was charged $290 for a radiator that was online for no more than $115, they did have the work completed in a reasonable matter of time however, customer service could have been better as well.
I was traveling when my vehicle broke down on the interstate. I started calling different shops. A good samaritan stopped and suggested I call Ferrell. They were very friendly and said they would look at it right away and try to get me back on the road. My truck was towed to their shop. Not having transportation they kindly included me on their lunch run. They jumped through hoops to get the parts my truck needed and stayed late (this was on a Friday too) to get my truck fixed and running. They were knowledgeable and friendly. They were very fair on the price and didn’t take advantage of my misfortune. My only regret is I don’t live in the area to be able to be a returning customer. I’m very grateful to Ferrell for helping me when I was in a tough situation. Thank you! I highly recommend them!
Was traveling thru the area, had a tire develop a leak. Pulled in and they fixed it right on the spot in no time. (The black KIA) Very impressed. Went to pay the bill. No charge, she said, Have a safe trip home.

Very disappointing and frustrating experience at Ferrell Automotive. Not only were they unable, almost unwilling, to fully diagnose the reason for my engine not running, my vehicle sat in the lot for over 6 weeks as countless other vehicles were in and out of the garage.
Each time I called or went in to ask about a timeline for my Jeep getting service, I was given somewhat of the run around- either "they would get to it next week" or "they needed to take more parts off the engine to find the issue."
Six weeks ago I DROVE my Jeep there to have my engine tuned up. Yesterday, I towed it home with a box of engine parts in my passenger seat, grease stains all over the hood and a battery that I am now unable to charge.

Robert really came through and helped us put when our transmission kicked the bucket. He orderd the replacement and had it in a week later. Solid guy, I recommend his garage to anyone.
