My alternator went out in my truck and I put in a call to triple AAA and A & S recovery Came to my truck in a very timely fashion was very professional and we even had good conversation. I recommend A&S recovery to anyone in need!

Always there for me and my family when I need it most. Today it is just an inspection sticker on my vehicle. Last Summer it was a tow off the interstate. They direct bill my insurance and had me safe and off the road in record time.
These are truly some amazing individuals. Last night my husband and I were heading down to the other side of Charleston to spend Christmas with our son, daughter in law and grandson. We still had a couple hours left to go. However, around 9 p.m to 10 p.m one of our tires exploded. We both are disabled and in no way able to change a tire. Not in a familiar area and we were given the name of A&S Recovery to call for assistance. They did not hesitate to assure us they would be right there to help. When the fella showed up, he was instantly so kind and so helpful. He got started right away on our vehicle. Once he was done, between him and the owner they completely surprised us. Suck kind and wonderful individuals that truly helped us with everything from start to finish. We absolutely cannot thank them enough. Some really top notch individuals. My husband and I will absolutely be referring them for any and all. God bless them and their business.

Owner is a complete Jerk. Been trying to arrange a tow all day. First time I called he said he had a driver available anytime to call back and set it up. I called back a few hours later and they said they were going to have a driver call with an eta. Over an hour no call.
Then they sent someone out to pick up a vehicle, the guy Justin was about to load it, then got a call from Scott (owner) telling him he needed to leave it and go to another call and then we had to wait for the next one. The other driver hasn’t answered the last 2 phone calls after it was dispatched. The communication is terrible and the owner was utterly disrespectful and dishonest. When I mentioned how we were waiting an hour for a tow, he stated that they have been trying to call us over and over again then th driver was waiting for someone completely made up a story to make him look better. Didn’t care to make the driver leave, to pick up another car and make us wait even longer. Still as of 6:00 hasn’t been picked up after being told at 4 it would be. Not professional.
Local Shop with excellent customer service. They go above and beyond. Not just for you but for their community as well. Would recommend. They will help you out of a jam but they also do awesome things such as food giveaways for thanksgiving. Great experiences is what comes to mind when I think of this company.
This is a local company that treats you just like family. The give back to the community care about the people in their community and county. I would recommend them hands down. Everyone that works there are very caring and compassionate. That’s something that isn’t common anymore way to go everyone
I want to share a recent experience where this business took time and their own money and gave back to the community of Weston by having a turkey giveaway they partnered with Jaws BBQ and a popcorn vendor I am sorry I do not remember that venders name. Many people who were in need will have a turkey for the upcoming Thanksgiving meal and were given a BBQ meal at no cost. Thank you for your kindness and giving to the community
I want to thank you for giving out the Thankgiving food for our community. It is very appreciated. This company did not have to do this but we know times are tough right now. Was there recently for the special giveaway they did for Thanksgiving. They were very nice and as helpful in everything they could. I've seen them out doing there jobs and find them to go far and beyond to help their customers.
Shout out to Harley the battery technician who helped get everything in order while stranded on a Holiday Weekend. Then the entire crew went and picked up a starter and had my vehicle done same day and within a few hours. The cost was very reasonable ! THANK YOU!!!
Thank you so much to the amazing team at A&S Recovery of Weston, WV! Our band ended our 2 week tour run and was headed home when the radiator blows in the mountains! This fantastic company was there to pick us up (in multiple trips) within what felt like minutes! They handled a transit van, a trailer full of band instruments and luggage, and a group of 11 which included 3 children ages 10 and under with so much care! They got us to safety, they did an overnight turnaround repair after urgently getting the part the DIDN'T HAVE, to ensure they got us back on the road and headed home... Which by the way is FLORIDA! I know my daughter wrote already but I wanted to write also, I was in a bad wreck and a&s came to get my totaled RV. I was traveling from buffalo to Florida . They responded towed my RV and trailer that was loaded I went to the hospital during. My daughter and son in law drove down to West Virginia to get married after and get my items that didn't get destroyed this was Saturday and there not open But because of my situation they made every attempt to help me out and sent someone to meet us and help . I'm 62 and banged up pretty good and the help was greatly appreciated . A&S went out of there way to help me in every way possible . I wanted to personally thank the owner and his crew for everything they had done and it's so nice to meet people who are considerate and treat others with care and respect ! So honestly I just wanted to say out of all the towing companies I have ever dealt with this one takes the cake. They are kind and caring and went above and beyond to help my dad and I get his belongings after his rv was totaled and towed to their yard. We live 7 hours away in ny and they accommodated my arrival even though it was outside of the normal buisness hours which they didn’t have to do. They even picked up some of my dad’s belongings and placed them back in the rv before towing it. During the worst time of his life this company made it a little bit easier for him and us and I couldn’t be more thankful. Kudos to you guys! Sincerely one thankful daughter.
Traveling from Kentucky to Delaware for my father in law’s funeral and we had a wheel bearing go out. I called from the Waterville rest area. We were told that they were coming to get us and could get us fixed and back on the road. After waiting an hour I began calling to check and could no longer reach anyone. After two hours we found another service to come get us and tow to the dealer in Weston. It cost us 2 hours and caused us to have to spend the night in Weston. Had they just said they were not coming that would have been fine. If you say you are going to help someone who is broken down do it or at the least call back and tell them you are not coming. After asking around in Weston, the consensus was that owner of A&S was less than reputable. Hopefully this review keeps someone else so they don’t waster their time.
