So I went to advance auto parts to get parts for my dad and John the sales person told me if his wife was in there and then said she would like me if would call him daddy so will never go back there again I have felt so uncomfortable in my life
Had a minor mishap right in the middle of an 875 mile trip and David was phenomenal. He has the best customer service hands down and was willing to do what he could to help us out. You’ve got a gem Advance Auto! We appreciate the kindness and helpfulness of the staff here! Thank you again!

It’s a up n down place there, crystal is bout the best one to deal with on anything very helpful and knows what ur talkin bout and will do her best to find what works for what you need and get it right. Online exp sucks one minute you go pick up mind u says order is ready get out there and they tell you can’t find this or that or we don’t have it so screws my order up cancel it and doesn’t show back up in my account bank that is n they say gotta call main number well they don’t do shit either and I’m still waiting on that cancellation to come back to our bank but other times everything is good
Our daughter was on her way to Florida, when her car died on HWY 79 23° out. I call AAP , Ms.Crystal (manger & a mom) answered told her her situation. She did not hesitate to help out our daughter. Was on the scene in 15 mins diagnosing the problem. Stayed on the phone with me! Mr.David came to the rescue also to help our daughter w/her dog get off the hwy. In a hotel we are forever thankful!! There are still good people out there y'all 2 are the THEM! Thank you for all your help!!
I try to avoid negative reviews, but this store needs good help. Outdated, dirty, seemingly nobody can run parts. Special ordered parts sit there until you call to see why they haven't arrived. Hire commercial parts people instead of leaving it open on indeed.
My guy in the commercial department went above and beyond the call of duty and I can't say enough how grateful I am. I am a commercial employee and was transferring locations. While hauling a trailer with my old Pathfinder, I had some mechanical issues and needed some parts stat. I literally was broke down and over heated on the side of the highway. I called my local Advance and they were able to come through in a clutch. I thanked God for you that day so many times. Advance Auto for the win baby
Terrible service with Bryson B. If you don't want ripped off on money don't go to his register. The other guy was very helpful. But Bryson charged me more after exchanging the windshield wipers. He charged $10 more than they were. So he pocketed the $10.
Had car trouble during a roadtrip and we showed up here first thing in the morning to ask if they could check codes. They were very friendly and even went to the trouble of talking us through possible DIY fix
I had a positive experience in Weston advance. Crystal was extremely helpful. We had a hard time finding the right part, she did not give up. Not only did we get the right part, she helped me find a mechanic who could help me put it in. She was the only one in store at the time and had a few people come in, she handle them all and stayed focus. She has made a advance customer for life. I appreciate all the help she was to get me and my family back on the road again.
Great caring staff!! I was traveling today and my fuse to the charging port in my car went put so I stopped at a different auto parts store to purchase a fuse and these rude men at Napa sold me more than I had to purchase including a tool to remove the old fuse then laughed at me when I couldn't get it out. I then went to your Weston store and Rick didn't hesitate to come outside and remove the old fuse actually he found the fuse that needed replaced and really went out of his way to make certain my cell phone could be charged so I could be safe while traveling. I hope your upper management team rewards this fantastic hard working man. Ty so much Rick. I pray that I remembered your name. I believe it is rick
Advanced auto parts in Weston , WV is located in a great location. It's in a plaza with a Go Mart gas station, Tractor Supply store, Gino's pizza , and more places to shop. The employee at the parts store was polite , knowledgeable and able to help me get my part very quickly.
The guys at this location could have not been more helpful! I wish I remembered all their names. I recieved excellent customer service and will definitely go back!
