This location has very knowledgeable and helpful staff! Their hours are very inconvenient if you work a normal job; if they were open for a few more hours per day they’d get 5 stars. Edit: 1 year after I wrote this review, they have expanded their hours!

Five star customer service! They didn't have what we needed but they called all around to see if they could find it for us. We really appreciated it! Old school customer service at its best!!!

Went in to price a turn signal lens housing for our '03 Sport Trac. Was told the final price would be $69 and some change and would take 6 days to come in. Instead, went online and ordered it from O'Reilly on Wednesday before Thanksgiving for $23, got it at the house on Friday the day after. The fellas were hospitable, though, and the location is convenient.

This place is a joke! Ordered a part through them on Friday, called Monday morning they said it was there, go to pick it up and they don't have it or a trace of where it could be. Ignorant!
