We own a business in West Virginia named AMB Tires&Wheels. We used these people for about 2 years now. We have been late on a couple of our payments recently due to a change in our accounting department. This lead to Janel in their collections department to get ahold of us. She was extremely rude to our accounting team, and basically told us we were their worst customer and she hated working with us and said very rude and personal things to Amy, and Sandy in our accounting team.
Mind you we had been late on our payments a couple times, but in the 2 years we’ve worked with this company we have always paid our bills.
We were remodeling our home so we brought our old drywall to get rid of. The staff were friendly & helpful - a guy even came to help us unload our trailer. We took the same load 2 days prior to the dump on Mudlick & it was $60 cheaper here!
Terrible service, the employees act like you don't matter at all. Would not recommend this to anyone! If you're smart you will stay away! I'm pretty sure cursing and swearing at a customer is not a good way to get repeat business.
