These boys git- r-done the right way. They dont mess around and provide excellent response time, customer communication, and get your equipment out of the ditches and gulleys in record time without any fuss or commotion..i would recommend them to anybody in any given situation..Hats off to the Carnian Ford Road boys!!!!! My Car battery died while en route. The first towing company I called took probably 15 minutes to arrive. When they arrived, they couldn’t get my car out of park to get on the flat bed . After multiple attempts and us standing out in the hot sun, they told me to call another tow company . I then contacted Haynes Wrecker and they were super quick to arrive. The driver was able to get the car started to get on the flat bed
and explained everything throughout the process. The driver was super polite and professional. Also, I thought this was going to be $200 plus to tow my car, it was surprisingly under $100. Well worth it when you are stranded on the side of the interstate! Haynes wrecker is Quick, Reliable and Affordable!! I have them saved in my phone now to call them first in the future if an unfortunate event happens again alongside the road!!! Thank you Haynes Wrecker for making a very unpleasant situation a little better!
I needed my tool boxes moved to my new job. Greg showed up on time and was very careful with all my pieces. Everything went very smoothly and nothing at all was damaged. I will definitely use them for any towing needs.
I wouldn't recommend them vary rude driver I ask politely to move so I can get where I need to go vary rude comments to me where I have disability I thought they were good people they tow me before I will never call em whatsoever
Unfortunately our 2019 Honda Pilot broke down unexpectedly in Ripley, W. Va. and my husband and I found ourselves stranded at the Speedway near I-77 after a trip to nearby Cottageville to drop off a load of recycling items. After fueling the car and moving it to a parking space it would not start when we wanted to leave.
Our road service contacted this wrecker service for us. They showed up five minutes earlier than their projected time. The driver was very knowledgeable and VERY careful with our car in loading and unloading it at Raines Honda in South Charleston.
The driver was the owner's son Greg. A very nice young man.

Our tractor trailer broke down late on a Sat night, they came out and got us safely off the side of I-77 and to a garage. Our truck and trailer was dropped at the garage and Haynes driver's were kind enough to get us to a hotel. We needed 2 wreckers and both drivers were very professional and just really good people. Price was more than fair for service provided. Highly recommend them.
I just needed my car jumped and they were there in 15 minutes. The dispatcher was kind and helpful. The driver was courteous, nice and very professional.
Just called for a car part and was told rudely to come in person and talk to the guys. I live 30 miles away and don’t need to waste time going there if they don’t have the part. Call taker didn’t even offer to take a message.
If you want your vehicle delivered without damage this is the way to go. Sometimes they’re stretched beyond they’re means because they have local people that need things done but they always deliver without damage which is more than can be said for some other towing companies in the area. Fair pricing and have always treated me right.
Haynes wrecker service isn't very professional or polite. I know they have to interact with the public so they're people skills should be tolerable to annoying , which in fact the staff there is combative. The younger small coward has been called out more than once and still cowers behind the police. I wouldn't recommend or refer that company. I'd still like to see the grossly obese secretary or the small driver/ coward be somebody and get some.
They are efficient, courteous, and they get the job done. If you're ever broke down or in a collision and need a towing service, have a dead battery or a flat tire call Haynes. They work with different insurance companies.
They also have junk cars available on their lot in case you need some parts for your car.
This towing company took my car within one week I lost my job my boyfriend was shot and killed and this company didn't care they took my car wouldn't let me even try to pay the bill I'm a single mom with no car now because of this towing company these ppl need to be prayed for they are the most cold hearted people I've ever talked to in my life I saved my money for almost a year to buy my car then they just take it from me without one ounce of guilt!!!!!!! I had to give the one star to post believe me they don't deserve that I witnessed the love of my life get shot and killed I wasn't worried about my car I figured a professional business would understand and try to help me but no when I finally got my mind to working right again I contacted them and the owner wouldn't even call me back some girl said that the owner was tired of fooling with me when I hadn't even had a chance to talk with him they just wanted a car for free and I guess that's what they got because where I also lost my job because I couldn't get to work I couldn't afford a lawyer I just can't understand how the owners of this company sleep at night
Well they towed my car on Saturday told me someone would be at the shop so I can get my car picked up waited for hours nobody showed up so now I have to pay for 3 days of storage to get my car back not a very happy customer wouldn't ever call them to tow my stuff
