We were looking for
a doghouse that we could push up against our dog door, a little entryway for our dogs to wipe their feet before coming into the house. After looking on stores and Marketplace, I noticed an add for dog house that were on sale from $269.00 to $169.00. I texted Leonard’s sheds. They promptly responded. I was told that there were 4 doghouses available. We drove 1 1/2 hours to get there. I was shocked to see how nice and well built they were. Very heavy as well. It’s not going anywhere! It exceeded our expectations and we are so happy that we chose to visit this business. The staff was very helpful and super friendly. Great job guys! Working with the team at Leonard Truck Outfitters in Ripley, West Virginia was more than even I expected. I have high expectations when it comes to service and making large purchases.
The manager was incredibly helpful. We walked in planning to look at a trailer, walked out with a new trailer and a hitch for my jeep. The price was right, the staff made us feel valued and safe to trust them with this purchase. I really appreciate the work that the team has done and I plan on using them again in the future thank you!
I purchased a new 12x6 trailer,in 2020 since then I had two wheel chocks installed to carry 2 Charley's then I started on Mt towing vehicle I never liked that my 2016 pick up was developing some oxidation around the rear wheel wells..so I got on line and purchased some Dexter,fender flairs.after I paid for the flairs I played he'll trying get someone to put them on without paying with body parts or something similar.you know what I mean.so I started calling shoes Leonard,s in Huntington wanted way to much to do the work but since I live closer to Ripley than Huntington I called the young man who is managing the shop in Ripley wv.he tapped on his computer key board for a few seconds and quoted me a very reasonable price.so I asked when I could get the Job done,it was late in the day on Friday when I showed up with my truck so I was asked if I could come back on Monday I said anytime you guys want me to be here to get theses thing on my truck is fine with me the mechanic seemed to understand what he was supposed to do on Monday when I left to go home I asked the mechanic to Google the job ahead of him apparently he did because when I went there on Monday afternoon to get my flairs put on my truck he was well educated on the job(.he watched every DIY video on the subject I know this because I did the same.i was impressed and also released the burden of worry was gone.he did a great job the price was fair and reasonable I have my flairs on my truck and had lunch a derry queen while I was waiting.my lunch was good and the job they did was great.these two young men work as a team it is a shame I can't remember their names or I would share them with you all.but being an olerd man I can't remember.but I do know the manager was a semi tall (under 6 feet) red head with a neatly kept beard and the man in the shop I think his name is James or Richard yes Richard and Shawn I think we'll those are the guys you want to talk to if you need to spruce up your pick up or suv.they are on the ball after talking on the phone to the guy in Huntington wv at the Leonard's shop there well let's just say the have a very nice store office and shop.but they also have the highest prices I have encountered to date about the job these two young me. From the Ripley store did.bye the way I purchased my trailer from Leonard's in Ripley wv.the under cut home depot Lowes and every trailer sales outfit in the state of West Virginia if these two young me leave Leonard's for any reason other than they have gotten a better job well I am afraid I would stop doing business with this company myself.but I digress this is the best place too get the job done Ripley wv.i would rate. Ripley shop the best out of the entire state of west virginia.as for price and time to complete the job they get a rating of OUTSTANDING.AS FOR THE OTHER SHOP NOT SO GOOD.PRICE WAS RELATIVE TO THE OTHER SHOPS EXCEPT FOR THIS SHOPM WHO BROUGHT THE JOB IN FOR AROUND THE AMOUNT I WAS ACTUALLY QUOTED BY HUNTINGTO SHOP BUT THAT PRICE WAS FOR ALL FOUR FLAIRS EACH .4X 140.00 AND I DIDNT ACCEPT OR THE QUOTE AS IT WOUKD HAVE COST ME AROUNF 500.00 MORE THAN I WAS WILLING TO PAY.ANY WAY GUYS IF YOU WANT A FAIR DEAL,SKIP HUNTINGTIN AND COME TO RIPLEY WV AND SAVE A BUNDEK I WAS SO HAPPY I GAVE THE MECHANIC AND TOLD HIM TO BY A BEER A.I HOPE HE DID.. Called for a replacement hub, not only did they have it in stock, but it was hand delivered on the side of the road! This is the best service I have ever received from a trailer parts store. 10/10 recommend!! Thank you again!

I had a wonderful experience with Leonard Buildings and Truck Accessories. The employees that I talked to were kind and professional and helped me with my purchase. It was a big decision but they made it easy to make. I ordered my building just the way I wanted it and in less than two weeks they came and delivered and set it up. I was very pleased with my purchase and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a building or truck accessories.
Brand new topper installed with rusted hardware, brackets installed backwards, and shocks don't open back glass. Called to let them know, didn't offer to make things right.
Was looking for a building and stopped in at the Ripley store and was greeted by very pleasant and kind employees. Wanted to say that MR Tim Gibson was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions.we ended up buying a building and they delivered it and set it up with no issues. I am very pleased with how they treated us. We will be doing business with them again.
They were very efficient, friendly and professional. They went above & beyond helping me pick out the accessories I wanted to customize my trailer. They had the parts I needed in stock so I didn't have to wait for them to be ordered and delivered. I highly recommend them
I have a 2001 Silverado 1500 LS 4x4 stepside. I call her the gold digger. Mos parts and support for my truck have been discontinued so it is very hard, and expensive to find anything for my truck. Matt and Eric at the Ripley West Virginia store helped me end an almost 3 year long search for a gullwing toolbox for my truck. Both gentlemen were very helpful. I am slowly doing a frame off restoration on my truck, and alot of the body accessories I have been looking for I found here, I will be returning to them for more truck parts and accessories.
I recently purchased a bed liner and other accessories for my sons truck. Eric was very helpful in getting this ordered quickly as it was going to be a surprise when my son came back from camp. Any future purchases on truck accessories will be with Leonard in Ripley. Thank you
