Very professional, very helpful Auto Zone. These people were ACTUALLY ABLE to get me a starter for a Club Cadet UTV. And next day to beat it all. Which was surprising. An Auto Parts store, GOT ME A STARTER for a Side by Side. I dont know if all locations are the same, but the store in Ripley WV pulled off the unexpected. Thanks guys.

Could be better could be worse they tried telling me they didn't have a belt in stock that I had called about the day before when they told me that they had a ton of them in stock

Got some amazing help today from two awesome employees. I had went to advanced auto parts store in Ripley for a brake light that had turned on. They told me that it was impossible to use a reader for that type of dash light and that I needed to go to a shop for a diagnosis. I found that unusual so I called AutoZone. I was told that they could check it out no problem. They helped me figure out my problem and even gave me a comprehensive print out that would help with other issues. I would recommend stopping here for knowledgeable help.

Ordered parts online, it was waiting on the counter when I arrived. Awesome associates were extremely helpful and friendly.

Bought myself a new vehicle and went that same day to buy new wind shield wipers. I bought the more expensive pair. Had the male worker put them on and he had trouble taking the old ones off and putting new ones on. About 4 or 5 days later I noticed the brand new wipers where leaving scratches on my wind shield. My husband checked wipers and noticed a plastic piece was bent. Fixed that but now I have to go and replace my wind shield and I haven't even had my Kia for 2 weeks!

They do more than try, they get you what you need at a decent price, always with experience you can count on.

Miss quote me on a price and didn't say anything until it was to late to go somewhere else. So ended up costing me more than it should have.

This place of business is always very clean apon my arivial. They always have very friendly staff. They can acomplish finding the part i need in record time, even if i just am trying to explain it by the way i think it looks or is suposed to function. Their return policy is great. So i would like to strongly recomend this business to anyone needing anything auto related.

They helped me determine why my check engine light was on. It took a few tries, but they kept at it until it read correctly

My husband, sis in law, and myself were traveling from Myrtle Beach on the way back to Michigan and we broke down. We pulled into Auto Zone to get a tool to check the lug nuts and the two working in the store were AMAZING! They kept the store open late and called a local guy to help us out. We are so GRATEFUL! A HUGE shoutout to Chris and the lady working with him(I'm so sorry I can't remember her name). But you two are wonderful human beings!

Always have what you need or will order it in as soon as a truck comes in you item is there usually overnight or within 2days depending on what you order. Reasonable prices and friendly staff ????

Wonderful customer service experience! I can't remember the lady's name, but she was so sweet. Went there April 2019.

Their prices are usually cheaper than the other auto part stores near me. Staff members are all nice but I prefer to go when Brenda is working...that lady knows her stuff and is always very helpful!! I never have to make a second trip to get the correct part when she's there.

Good place to get your parts. They have most of my parts in stock and easy warranty exchange. Also good to the fire departments!! I will continue shopping here!!

A good place to go and be ignored. Of the four times I have been in there, not once has anyone ever greeted me (even being the only customer in the store), often, the employees won't stop having a conversation to ring you up. I actually walked around the store in circles, just trying to get an employee to achnoloage me, and became bored. I actually turned off a computer and turned around some displays, just so they would be aware a customer (or a ghost) was in the store. I feel sorry for whom ever is financially responsible for this location. These employees seem determined to seen customers the 1/4 mile down the road to the Wal-Mart.
