Advanced in Ripley is by far the best parts store I’ve ever been to. I used ti be an autozone customer until I went to advanced! The store manager Chris is very polite and friendly and treats me with the upmost respect. He really cares about his store, his products, and his customers. Chris takes his time and makes sure everything is meeting my needs no matter the purchase. His staff are all the same as well. Ripley advanced is awesome and will forever have my business. Glad they have the right staff that are more than qualified!
Stopped in yesterday because the battery light came on in my car. James came out and checked it; it turned out my battery was actually still good. That's when he noticed my serpentine belt broke. I didn't have any tools on me, so of course they had loaner tools to use, much appreciated. Me and my dad started working on it; James helped in between customers, and then Cody came out and just jumped right in and got his hands dirty. Him and my dad ended up getting it swapped out in no time. I just want to say a big thanks to James and Cody, and I hope the right people see this review. Thank you guys very much.
Advanced auto parts store is always a clean place to do my part shopping. The staff here are very welcoming of the public. They some how make you feel right at home. So i just want to say thank you for your always ready to serve staff members.
Only place I go to for parts and if they don't have it and another store does that's not advance they will buy it from them so I don't have to deal with part store who don't know jack
Great place to do business! Employees know their products and are very helpful and courteous. As well, their prices are very competitive and the store is conviently located with plenty of parking. I don't do maintenance on my vehicles anymore but the everyday products like batteries, waxes, wiper blades, windshield wipers windshield wipers and many other items I need for occasional general upkeep from them and am always pleased with the service, quality and other items I need. Highly recommend these folks.
The people here are very friendly and were very helpful. Our family was on a trip and our car broke down and they helped us figure out how to get the car fixed and back on the road
Great store, most of the employees are knowledgeable of parts and woth the general workings of an automobile which cam be helpful to those who are not in the field but want to buy their own parts to habe them put on. Justin and Tanya are two of the good ones at this store.. thanks for the years of helping me keep my business rolling
Deceptive pricing. 1-12-2018 purchased a car battery online to take advantage of 20% off as advertised. Battery was 121.99 - 20% off was $ 24.40= 97.59 But now Advance charges me 22.00 for a core, then I hand in my old battery they give me back 22.00. I have already bought my old battery why should I be charged for not bringing in my old battery! The new battery should have been priced as 121.99 plus 22.00 If you don't bring in your old battery. Nonsense!
