Came into Busy Bee with part of my exhaust dragging at 3pm. Was friendly and very helpful and treated me with respect. Took care of my Nissan before 5pm. when they closed. Very nice to talk to.

If you go anywhere else for exhaust work you are throwing away big money. These folks are courteous , friendly and very honest. I saved over $600 after a quote from Monro. They do other mechanical repairs also. It's better if you pay cash. Sales tax is 7% on cash but an additional 4% if you charge it. I still got a fantastic deal and they even scanned and turned off my check engine light. Great job and thank you!

They've been taking care of my car since I moved here 2 yrs ago. Excellent work every time, fair prices, and I appreciate how they don't upsell me by telling me I need this or that "or it wont run" but suggest maybe having it looked at later down the road, if they do see something. Basically they keep my car in great condition and that's what matters
Bill and Steve are the managers of the repair shop. They're very knowledgeable and honest about necessity of repairs and the price. They do quality work and are more than willing to fix their mistakes on the rare occasion that they make one, I've been taking my truck to them for about 4 years now.
I called another business and they said 3 weeks to fix our exhaust. I called busy bee and the owner said bring your car in now and they'll fix it. I was very impressed the professional work andship. I highly recommend this company.
Worked directly with the owner Bill! He was very knowledgeable and extremely patient! He took the time to explore many options and answer my many questions without getting irritated. And I ask alot! I highly recommend him and his shop and plan to use him exclusively for my exhaust needs even though I live 45 mins away!

I have a fleet of vans for my company that I trust them with. I wouldn’t take my personal or company vehicles anywhere else. Highly highly highly recommended. The black trim in the picture was all rust. Took this van in for an inspection, it needed a laundry list of things repaired/replaced on it before it could pass inspection and they completed EACH thing in a very timely manner and did so with EXTREME care and professionalism. They even threw in a FREE oil change for me as well just because the owner is a very kind and down to earth guy. I know every time I take anything to them it’s in The BEST hands.

I have a 06 trailblazer that had the exhaust rust off from the Cat back. I went to Monroe first because it’s right around the corner and they wanted $700 to replace it. A couple days later I called Busy B just to see if they could take a look at it. They told me bring it down, they through it up on the rack as soon as I got there. $300 for the exhaust to be done and took maybe a hour to get done. My SUV is so much quieter and rides so much smoother without the vibration. I’d go back for anything!
Just had my a/c fixed here and they fixed my muffler earlier in the year also. The owner is incredibly sweet and kind. Thanks to all the employees and anyone who worked on my SUV. I will always go here first from now on because I trust their work and i know my vehicle is the hands of the best.
Took my car to be inspected here when I worked in Weirton and got slammed with over $800 in repairs so it would pass inspection. That
was odd because the car ran fine and there was no rust but I didn't want a rejection sticker. It looks to me like they just look for things to make money off of that really don't need a repair or replacement. I do not recommend them for inspections!
Recently had my exhaust system replaced after the whole thing fell off on the highway one morning. Had no idea what or where to go. On the advice of my neighbor I went to Busy B and it ended up being one of the better decisions I've made in a long time! As soon as I pulled up someone came right out and greeted me. He even parked my car for me. This is a very busy place but even so,, the owner took the time to talk with me explain things and give me a few options. The best of all was their price,, I was expecting a huge bill with all kinds of things on there I never quite understand but no. There was none of that. Just a straight forward bill with the cost of my exhaust that we had discussed and that was it!! WOW! How awesome is that for a change...,. Since I got my car back I swear it feels like its even running better. Busy B does more than just exhaust work too folks, so if you're looking for a great place to take ur car that is fair on prices and knows what they are doing I highly recommend you stop and see the guys down at Busy B!!!
