The Team there is excellent. They were understaffed for the day and helped me with a flat. They are very nice, professional and care about their customers. I would 100% go back to Monroe for any service I need.

I had a 7:30am appointment scheduled, through the online website, for an oil change at the Weirton WV store and when I arrived I had to wait 1/2 hour in the parking lot because the store didn’t open until 8am. Also while I was waiting there were several customers who also scheduled appointments through the online website but when they arrived the service gentleman said that they did not have any openings because they were completely booked. The service team members did apologize for the inconvenience and they mentioned that your online booking department over books appointments all the time and that you were made aware of this clutch in your system. This is very unprofessional for your company. There also is a $20 rebate listed on the website but it is not working correctly and I even asked for help from the service manager and he said that there is a clutch on the website and your company has been made aware of this several times but it still hasn’t been resolved. I was very pleased with the service team and their professional manners and I was treated with respect. My complaint is that you advertise for a rebate on an oil changes but the website doesn’t allow you to process the rebate claim. Also you need to change your online appointment booking for this store it makes the employee look bad as if they are the ones overbooking and having to tell the customer they do not have appointments available for the service that the customer needs. Fix the problems on your website it’s making the employees working for the company look bad when it’s not their fault. DO BETTER!!!

Monro was incredibly busy when I dropped my car off, not even knowing what was wrong with it other than that it wouldn't start. CJ still found a way to make sure they took care of it quickly, troubleshooting all the possible problems and getting it fixed. I really appreciated his honesty about pricing, friendliness, and amazing customer service that put me at ease despite the stress of my broken down car. I would recommend this Monro location to anyone local because of the positive experience I had with him.

Customer service was good but the credit machine is still down from my last visit in December. They were quick and efficient with the service but the credit machine really slowed down the transaction process.

Paid for oil change that contained tire rotation and air pressure check and these were not done and when I questioned the service guy he said yes. Sad part of it is I was sitting in the waiting room and watched what he did. He filled the washer fluid and changed the oil and that was it. Needless to say I will not be going back to MONRO FOR ANYTHING

I am always so grateful for these guys at the Weirton Monro. It’s like having a handful of trusted brothers that are always looking out for me. They take the time to explain every single thing whether it’s a repair or a tire issue, They always give me options at different price points and they never laugh or make fun of my questions. They are patient with me and I wish that every single tire and service center would follow their model because I think they’re fantastic. It’s a relief to have a service center that you can actually rely on and not worry every second of the day that you’re being taken to the cleaners.

I was given a wrong original cost of around $300 repair which I approved. Then I received a call saying the cost was 1700, which I did not aprroved. They made the repair anyhow, which I could not afford. They reduced charge to 1330, still not affordable for me. They did not accept arrangement payment, and I was without car for more than one month. I was trying to cooperate not denouncing the illegal repair, but they treated me as if it was my fault and regarded me almost as a delinquent, both manager and staff.

Saved me from a "lug nuts too tight to service" situation with the nearby Walmart auto center. Friendly and timely with their service. Would recommend using this location.

When I called the 800 number, I spoke to a lady for customer service that was very rude however when I got a call back from Monro in Weirton WV, they were very nice and answered all of my questions and concerns. They got me in that day and were all great. I appreciate all of them!

Had 4 new truck tires installed and an oil change. Both guys are super friendly and helpful, as a woman you don’t always get spoken to like you know anything about cars so it was a nice change. My bill was broken down and explained thoroughly. I even got in before my appointment since I arrived early. Will definitely come back again.

This was our first experience with Monro. We received 5-Star service from both Jacob & Chris. They were professional & personal. They did far more than we expected ~ topped off the fluids in our Subaru etc. The pricing they offered was more than fair. I highly recommend Monro Auto Service. I give them 5 stars for sure! ?????

Brought my car in due to a suspected tire leak. I live 4 hours away and had to drive back tomorrow. I was in and out in less than an hour, not only with the problem resolved but they were incredibly kind and very pleasant to deal with! Thanks so much for the help.

I needed tires ordered on very short notice, as I had a flat and the others were not in good shape. The customer service was great, the tires were ordered ASAP, and I paid for everything (including the service) that day. When I brought my car in to have the tires changed, the mechanics noticed that my rear shocks may need changed due to the wear on the tires. I said I would take it to the Honda garage, but honestly, I’ll bring it back to Monroe for anything I can. They’ve been great every time I’ve gone there.

I've been filling up my tire for like 6 months just could not find the leak. Brought it into Monroe today they found that I had a hole in my rim. They quickly made a phone call to a local junkyard. I was able to stop and get a room at the junkyard and come back to Monroe where they promptly reinstalled the tire for me. Truly went above and beyond.

I was four hours from my house when I was coming through the Weirton West Virginia area and lost the tire and wheel off of my trailer. It ended up being a locked brake pad that basically destroyed the hub of the trailer. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Jacob Who went the extra mile to make sure everything was repaired correctly so we could get back on the road safely. I had a very good experience with them and would recommend them for someone looking for their services.

This is the only auto place I’ve ever been too that actually cares about their customers! Robert was so amazing helping us get financing for a big purchase to fix our car. He made phone calls and even gave us a discount. What amazing customer service and they do amazing work! They also told me when another car shop messed my brakes up so I wouldn’t have to pay to have them fixed again. This is the only place I’ll be coming too for my car ?

I stopped in after hearing a noise in my back end of my car, and I am so glad i did. I was greeted by Ryan. He welcomed me, listened and confirmed my concerns. I am thankful I was smart.enough to acknowledge something was wrong. Because Ryan and his fabulous coworker (didn't catch his name) actually care about the quality of service. Friendly service. They were a bit overwhelmed on a Saturday morning. Just need some mature management that is seasoned in customer service. Made another visit for a state inspection on 8/30/24. Made my appointment on line very easily a couple days before. When i went to the shop for the inspection there were 2 Monroe employees parked in their chairs doing nothing. After parking my vehicle I entered the shop and was eventually met by one of the employees who inquired what i needed. I stated i was there for my appointment to have my truck WV state inspected. He said, "cant do it our compressor is down." I said ok when will it be fixed. He said could be an hour, or could be Monday. Why i did not get a cancellation message he couldn't tell me. There was no offer to contact me or reschedule my service. He walked away and plopped back into his chair. I never received any correspondence or messages from Monroe. Very sad.

Have always had the best experience with Monroe. Ed is excellent with all of his help. Always answers any questions that I have about my car. I had tires put on a few months ago, all the workers are very friendly and hardworking. Being a woman sometimes you want to make sure you aren’t getting the run around, and these guys are the real deal! So of course when I needed an inspection for my vehicle I knew where to go. Best place in town!

I wish I could leave a negative star for this place. On October 5th, I literally limped my car I to their lot, my transmission blew. They said they could fix it no problem. I depend on my car for my work as an independent contractor. Well, after the run around for 2 MONTHS, and no one calling me back, I had to actually call the customer service number to even get someone to fix it. I have lost thousands of dollars of jobs I could've done. If you want to sit around waiting for months to get your car fix, go here. I for one will NEVER go back, not even for inspections. Added the following day: Seeing that it was dark out when I got my car, to add insult to injury, they broke my phone holder that I use for work, along with tearing out the blade of my vent. NO apologies, from anyone in the store, basically it's shrugged shoulders and I don't know's.
