Have went here for tires and alignment both separate times. They were very nice and thorough on what my car needed will definitely go back to them was very pleased with there work and honestly.
I went to them on 2/3/2026. Excellent service from a genuinely welcoming, friendly, and professional team. I truly appreciated the care they showed and would highly recommend them.
Had me in and out of the garage with my tire plugged and patched in an hour and a half. Great service! Very reasonable pricing. They even sent a text message to see how my tire was performing afterwards.
Kim the owner and Kylie in the office always take great care of me in a timely manner. The mechanics, peanut and Ricky always explain everything thoroughly and fix everything the right way. I highly recommend weirton tire and Auto!
I got a full set of tires here and have had problems with my car pulling ever since. Was told to get an alignment, paid to have that done somewhere else just for them to tell me it’s not my alignment it’s definitely the tires. Took it back and was told they would look at it. My car sat there for 2 days and wasn’t even looked at because their “tire guy” wasn’t there. Now I’m going to be inconvenienced again and have to take it back to hopefully get the problem fixed. Overall will not be going back again, do not recommend.
If I could give them zero stars I would! I called them Friday to get my car checked out. I had it towed on Monday, they looked at it and told me I needed a new engine. I asked them if they could check the codes. They said they could and never once said anything about it costing money. I called to let them know my car was getting towed somewhere else for a second option. They called me back and said I had to pay my $220 bill before the tow truck came to get it. I told the lady on the phone that no one told me I would have to pay to even get it looked at. I wouldn't have never taken my car there if I knew they were gonna charge me an arm and a leg to even look at my car. After they told me I needed a new engine I asked them if they could give me a quote for my car. She kept saying she would have to ask the guy if they wanna do it. I never got a call back so decided to find a second option. Obviously this was a miscommunication, which isn't a big deal. When I told her that nobody told me I would have to pay 220 dollars to have my car looked at she tried to tell me that she did tell me. I put it on my two children. This woman never brought up ANY PRICING. They couldn't even give me a quote for my new engine!! All she had to do was say she was sorry and that I do have a bill with them. God forbid you make a mistake and own up to it like an adult! If they can lie so easily about pricing, I wonder if my engine even needs fixed! Oh and yes she definitely got cussed out. Pathetic excuse for a company and a woman. Take your car to Alec over at A David Automotive! He offered to pay my tow bill so he could look at my car for free. Offered me payment plans if I do need a new engine. Crazy how smoothly stuff goes when you act like an adult!!
Won't press out ball joints or other parts if you bring them a spindle or any other part of your vehicle because they have "an old press" and they're worried about breaking the rest of your vehicle I would never take my vehicle to a garage when they're admitting on the phone that their tools are two generations or more out of the loop this is why I do all my work myself if I had a press then I would do it myself as for the rest of you if you can find somebody who knows how to work on cars like someone who went to Rosedale Technical Institute for diesel engine technology maybe let them work on your car because even simple oil changes they won't change your filter and they pump your car full of garbage oil anyone who knows anything about working on cars will tell you not to take them to a garage and this seems to be the worst garage in all of Weirton so far. Just look at the reviews below mine 6 and 1/2 hours to do drum brakes and oil change and air filter that cost something around $800 I could have done that in my driveway for barely $200 and had it done in an hour and a half and if you look further down another person needed their front tires changed out in this garage literally changed out their back tires the woman at the front desk has absolutely no knowledge of mechanics in any way but still wants to know what your question is so she can try to answer it unless you want a U-Haul or a tow dolly I suggest staying far away from this garage or find me on Facebook and I can do the exact same work they do for like a quarter of the price and have it done right
The lady at the front desk was polite, but not knowledgeable whatsoever. When asked about prices her answer was always “ I don’t know”.
I had an oil change, back drum breaks, and a new air filter. $700 and 6hrs and 45 minutes later it’s done. Do not recommend unless you don’t need your car for an entire day and have an extra $300 laying around for them to pocket. Over charged and turned a 3 hour at maximum job into a damn near 7 hr job. No thank you. Will not be coming back
I just moved here from PA but had to get my car reinspected. They told me I needed multiple things done and I needed two tires. I told them to give me my car and left. I knew this was not right. They put a rejected sticker on my windshield. I went to another garage and passed!!! Nothing was wrong!!! Really, can we say rotten!

First come first serve doesn't work when you allow customers to dictate who goes first. We waited in line, in the cold, just for a customer (who was sitting in a warm car for less time) to say we didn't wait long enough and told 4 people to walk in front of me. We used to be loyal and bring our 3 cars here and now we won't be back. The employees smoke mj vapes in the building and I watched the front desk lady sell a hedgehog.
I've been taking vehicles here for years and have always had great service. I recently had an issue that was bigger than they could handle and they were upfront and honest from the start. They referred me to someone else who was able to help, even after they spent the time troubleshooting. It's very comforting to know that there are honest people not just out to make a quick buck.
Bob is phenomenal, he made sure everything was fixed and really took good care of the situation. I feel very good about the repairs. Had a small oil leak which they fixed and he made everything right. I will definitely be coming back!
I car had been making a grinding sound, metal on metal, in one of my tires so I took it in to get fixed. They replaced my pads and rotors (to pass inspection) and then diagnosed the noise as a bad wheel bearing. It wasn’t cheap but the wheel bearing alone was $400. Once I got it home I had a new noise, a bad clanging from the same tire but this time it sounded like a shock or strut. I wasn’t happy but they told me to bring it back in asap to take a look. Turns out it was just a loose bolt they had missed when fixing my car. While I was annoyed, I appreciated their honesty and good customer service. Everyone makes mistakes and they rectified it in a quick and efficient manner. I will be going back.
The Weirton Tire & Auto Center has been one of the best experiences at an auto shop in my life. Kim was great, very knowledgeable and the staff worked very hard to get my car finished quickly. Called in at 8am, they ordered my hard to find tires for my fiat and had them in stock and on my car in 1 day. 10/10 I will definitely be back for anything I need.
Weirton Tire & Auto Center has been great! I purchased 4 Bridgestone Weather Peak tires back in the fall, and have had a couple of oil changes done. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and welcoming, I immediately noticed while waiting for my car to be serviced recently that they were dedicated to developing strong relationships with there customers and genuinely appreciated our business. Don't be afraid to ask questions, you will get honest answers and information you can trust. Best of all though are the recliners in the waiting area, noting like a little nap while waiting on your vehicle ?
Decent price on tires, quick service. Girl working the front counter was a bit all over the place...talking on the phone while doing business with us and another person at the same time, none of us knew who she was talking to at which time, and she was not super friendly. She was just a little rough around the edges. But, I guess we're there for the tires, not the customer service.
I recently got new tires, the speed of installation is amazing, the counter person was very confusing as she carried on 3 conversations at 1 time. I was notified via phone that my lower control arms were both going to need replaced but was given a total of $1500 without breaking anything down such as parts, labor and cost of alignment. I'd definitely come back for tires not sure about the rest
Very Excellent Customer Service!!! Kim is so nice and excellent there. I came in this morning she made coffee and my car was in and out within 20 minutes for inspection. I needed 2 new tires so they ordered them on the spot and it be in and put on tomorrow morning! The guys was fast and efficient! Very highly recommended!!!
My boyfriend got his tires replaced here on Thursday. He specified he needed the BACK tires replaced but they replaced the front ones because “they were worse.”
1. The front tires were less than a year old. He bought them new.
2. Even I f they were bad, they should’ve let him know instead of just ignoring the fact he specifically asked for the back tires to be replaced.
3. The passenger side rear tire blew while we were driving on 22 towards Robinson the NEXT day, so clearly the back tires were bad. This could have caused an accident and not only injured us but others on the road as well.
I am not convinced the tires that were less than a year old were bad at all. I am convinced they took them to sell as used tires and expected him to pay them more money to come back and replace the back tires.
They refuse to give any sort of money back or anything. Highly recommend not wasting your money here.
