Mike and the guys are very professional and go of of their way to get use what we need as fast as they can our company relies on speedy service and provide it
Team members were very helpful and showed a positive attitude and work ethic. Thanks to there team we were able to quickly gather the equipment needed to resolve an issue with a stuck lug nut on a car (we weren’t in a tow truck today and were VERY FAR away from home)
Michael helped us buy a battery. He was so knowledgeable and kind. My battery died a few parking lots away. He offered to lend us a jumper, so we could drive it back and he could change the battery for us at the store. He also offered to lend tools to us so we didn't have to buy any. This was all 20 min before the store was to close. What an amazing employee!
I keep trying to give this place another chance, but almost every time I go there (often, unfortunately) the guys who work there are either rude/unperfessional, completely incompetent, or just plain dumb! It's conveniently located between my house and my mechanics shop. So, I want it to work for me, but I just end up disappointed and/or angry every time. It's a real shame the Weirton Napa closed!
Ordered car mats at Weirton, West Virginia store. Go to pick up the mats, and they can't find them. They said floor mats were delayed til Saturday and the company sent the wrong thing instead of my cargo mat. Asked for refund and they said they never ordered the floor mats, so how were they delayed if not ordered? Got refunded for cargo mat. Sorry, but I waited half-hour for nothing.
Store was great but this store does not cut keys as it says online. So if u need a key cut. Gotta go somewhere else. They do have a kiosk at Kroger that does it if u have a credit card.
I went here in Sept of 2023 to get a cabin air filter and screws for the license plate for the car I had just purchased. Jim and his co-worker (sorry I forgot his name) were great! He installed the cabin filter which was really a challenge and they hooked me up with the 2 different kinds of screws i needed and put the plate on for me. Highly recommend!
