I went looking for a part had end up going to dealership to find it yet before all that the employee tried everything he could to assist me so no fault on him the part was not in their system.

Went to get a fan for car said in-stock wasn't ordered at 8.30 am. Called at noon said will be in at 2pm. No call we called again at 3pm oh yes it's here. Really then get their on box said called they never called. Lazy Lazy

Very clean inside and outside. Nice big store, employees are kind and helpful.

Obviously they carry what you would expect to find at any AutoZone or auto parts store for that matter. They have a very friendly and helpful staff, which as a customer goes a long ways for me to continue supporting a business. I will be back for my auto parts and anything else I might need that they carry. I highly recommend their store for your shopping.

Very good customer service the guy that I talk to took the time to answer everything i had asked about my vehicle you can tell they make sure your happy and satisfied with your parts and answers when you leave the store

Typical autozone. I always double check on the site for specific store I live by to make sure they have what I'm looking for in stock..ex alternator starter etc. The site updates if those items get sold. I got an alternator that was in stock. After I opened my phone up it was still on the site and showed the alternator was no longer available. It's pretty accurate.

I was there earlier today, and the gentleman named Elmer who helped me could NOT have been kinder. He was very honest and gave me more of his time than many retail workers usually do.

Great place the guys were very helpful, however they did say that they can no longer put oil in the car for the customers and he did give me a funnel so I didn't get it all over the place all in all very helpful employees and the store was easy to navigate around and find what I needed

I would highly recommend taking your business elsewhere. I’ve always gone to other auto parts stores but autozone was kind of my last resort option. And for good reason. They will always give you the wrong part even if the old parts are in front of them. I’ve had to drive back to autozone to get my money back more times than I’d like to admit. Incompetent employees, horrible at what they do. They do have an easy return policy though so that’s a plus.

Very helpful staff, decent prices, had exactly what we needed.

I purchased a check valve for my vehicle to find out it was faulty. So I take it back in and exchange it for another one with no issues. When I exchanged the valve the employee kept my receipt. The second valve again doesnt work properly. Dorman is the manufacturer and its plain junk. I understand this isnt AutoZones product but the fact I didn't get my receipt back I can't return the second valve.

According to their sales staff they don't carry anything if you're asking for it found this excludes parts off their computer terminal. If you need a part same day you better plan on driving to there Wintersville store or waiting a week for it to come in. Personally I started using Napa even with their Limited 8:30 25 business hours most ports I get same-day and if they don't have it in stock usually they can get it within 2 to 3 hours and on top of that the Hub store is right over in Steubenville so about 90% of time you can have your part within 3 hours. Personally I'd stay away from AutoZone Advanced is even worse

Professional and honest staff who will not sell you equipment you don't need. In my case a battery. I will continue to go to Auto zone for my equipment needs.

I asked to have my CEL code printed out so i could decide which part i wanted to replace. Instead of doing this the guy printed me out a part # that was the most expensive. Instead of knowing my exact CEL code and choosing which part to replace (o2 senor, or catylatic converter) He thought he would try to make me replace the most expensive o2. Thank God i didnt listen to him or his paper. (skinny middle aged guy with glasses) It wasnt the right part. They need to listen to their customers needs and not be know it all's.

Only part store I will go to love this location great staff and for the most part they can recognize the customers that go on regularly. Especially Bob he's great...
