This is, without a doubt, the worst place to do business. Don’t be fooled by the owner, Shawn; he may present himself as honest and professional, but my experience tells a different story. He tends to twist the truth when confronted with facts, especially if you have evidence to back your claims.
Be cautious! They drive your car when it’s meant to be sitting idle. My back fender sustained damage due to their negligence, and it seems that Shawn prioritizes his employees' words over his customers' experiences. This reflects poorly on their professionalism.
Customers are the lifeblood of any business, yet it feels like they're disregarded here. If you're considering this place, I strongly advise looking elsewhere.
I truly appreciated how Shawn (I assume he was the owner/manager) handled my situation. Despite some initial frustration, Shawn remained calm and went above and beyond by clearly explaining the details. He even reviewed a call recording to ensure accuracy and then took the right action. Having experience dealing with upset or disappointed customers myself, I can confidently say Shawn managed this exceptionally well. Great job, Shawn—you clearly care about your work.
Hi tonight this company came to my house at 12:30 am and got my truck and made me take my personal items out of my truck. There was nothing wrong with my truck and they are claiming that the truck broke down. i would like to say also they had music blasting while i was asleep and was looking around my house to see if anyone was out there never knocked on the door they almost just tried to take the truck luckily my daughter saw them and ran downstairs and told me.
Very kind and stand up people. They were the ONLY people who treated us as human beings during our entire ordeal. They even answered their phones outside of business hours and offered to stay later than regular business hours so that I could retrieve my wheelchair that was towed with the vehicle if needed. We got our car back today and they made the entire process very easy and pleasant and were kind and understanding throughout.
Some of my personal property was removed from my car and I was told that it basically didn't exist because it wasn't in the pictures they took. They stole something of mine out of my car and lied about it.
I absolutely loveeee this company and the people. I got into a huge mess and was super anxious and nervous but they helped me so much! They gave me information about my situation, since it was my first time, and were just super nice! Thank you so much for all of the info and help!

My Car Was Repo’d Only For 72Hrs Than Got Released By The Finance Department & The 3rd Party Days Prior Owner Shawn Said He Can Keep My Car For A Week Up To 30Days Cause He Felt The Need To Argue With An Customer Following Them Outside To Argue Than Trying To Steal The Car By Writing Auctions Numbers On My Car And Taking Tags As Well I Had Call The State Trooper Officer To Have An Officer Come Out To Retrieve The Car Or Someone Was Going To Jail Lady Infront Said She Never Got The Release For Untill Police Arrived Changed Her Story That She Had Gotten The Release I’m Glad The Lord Was With Me Or Else Maybe Would Have Turned More Ugly Than It Did But I Got My Car DONT TRUST THESE RASCIT PEOPLE
These people are so nice .. very understanding ... I got myself in a mess but this company made it okay .. the lady at the lot were a got my car back from was the nicest lady ... An I am giving a shout-out to Sofie you are such beautiful an a good doggie ?? Thank you guys !!
Don't trust this company to tell you the truth..... I was told they would be there to pick the car up the next day and they decided to take it shortly after I left for working a 16 hr shift. I explained that I had important documents and belongings in the car but obviously they cannot go by their word.
Came to my property and destroyed my yard. Promised to come fix it. Haven't heard from or seen anyone from Shawn's. Told me they were a honest company. Really? Pics of my yard are posted in the photos.
We were trying look for a repo that was in West Virginia. This man called me one day and said he saw it on the side of the road. He said he ran it and saw we were the lien holder. He offered to go ahead and pick it up for a great price. Who does that? Good business men, that’s who!! I will definitely use him if we have another tow or repo in WV.

Call there selves professionals but far from it. They all argued with my wife and I more or less calling us liars. But it didn't take to awful long after we made a call for them to see we were right about what we told them. And that's not all but won't go into furniture details.

My finance company made a mistake and my car was picked up by them. They were extremely professional and courteous on the phone and when I went to retrieve my car. They are just doing their jobs and there is no reason to get upset with them.
Having to do business with this company was of course never a situation I wanted to be in - however, they were able to make a difficult situation, 10x better with the effort and time they put into helping me!
I worked closely with one of their representatives, Crystal and she was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING and went ABOVE AND BEYOND for me!
Crystal heard the distress in my voice when she told me that you could not pick up property until 11AM and without me even having to ask of other options, she offered to meet me at the lot closer to me, at 8AM, before she headed into work on her own personal time! The lot doesn't even open until 9AM, so she met me before any lot was technically "open", as well as doing this before being on the clock...
She went out of her way for me, took time out of her morning and interrupted/rushed her morning routine and commute to help me!
She couldve just told me "Sorry, can't come in until 11!"..... But instead she went above and beyond for me and she definitely didn't have too!
I appreciate her, her effort and her kindess soo much!

This company is cruel and did oroperty damage to were i live to repo a car and throw my person issus in mix calling it professional no any time u behind on payment is already uncimfortable and to have the nerve to say well it not my fault u could make a payment in my face they dont know my personal issue not only have i been set back do to covid i was also diagnosed with throat cancer this company promised to come out to fix the property but never did so to add to now not having a car i am homeless due to the negligence god only know what the dud ti car pulling it the way the did i was will let take car no fightall they need wS call me
So, upon reading the reviews, I was terrified of having to deal with these people. However, after stopping by to retrieve my stuff from my vehicle, my opinion has changed. These people are super polite and respectful and they handled my issue within minutes. I understand that people get mad at tow companies for taking their vehicles but you shouldn’t slander businesses because of your lack of responsibility. Long story short, I would recommend these people. The only thing that I disliked about them is the hours that they’re available. 12-4 ish isn’t a lot of time but again, Innthat time frame, they handled my issues promptly.
I understand that people can be upset and angry if their car is picked up, I have been there. But dealing with the people at Sean's was very easy and helped relieve much of the stress. The staff was amazingly friendly and helpful, and Larissa is a totally sweet lady, she stayed a little late to help make sure I had everything taken care of and assisting me. It was a bad circumstance that led to meeting the people working at Sean's but I have zero complaints and nothing by nice words to say about them.
Larissa is amazing. She was sweet enough to wait after they closed, in order for us to come from Frederick. Shawn is so very professional. This is a five star facility. We recommend them for all towing and recovery.
Larissa is the rudest. Called 3 times before I finally got through. Left 2 messages with no call back. When I finally got through she was rude and I explained that she was in customer service and needed to be compassionate about people's situations and she tols me the only compassion she had to show me was not hanging up on me, which she then did.
Place is the absolute most unprofessional place. They picked up my car in repo and were vary nast and i was being amicable even gave them they keys. They said if i did i could get my personal belonginigs. They hooked up the car while i was geeting my things and when i went in to take what i had in my arms inside they left. I had a huge bag of chicken that i was takinh to my grandparents and they left in the car the whole time it was on the lot, even after i paid the 50 to retreive my personal belongings. They left they chicken in my car for a week. I get the mcdonalds bags and the trash.... But leaving the chicken to stink my car up was lower than low. They also hooked into the rear wheels with the clamo trunk and it must have hooked into my bumper because when i picked my car the rear bumber was on the ground.
