Tried to call and ask about a wheel for my van. Simply wanted to know if they could check them before I left with them, let alone make the 2 hour trip to get them. They said they would but I wouldn’t be able to watch them do it. So I asked if they put them on a balancing machine to check them and he said no. So how are you supposed to check them? He just kept repeating “they’re guaranteed” and talking over me anytime I tried to talk. So they expect me to drive the 2 hours, pick them up, pay to take them to a shop nearby and have them check them? No thanks. They guy I talked to on the phone was extremely rude and needs to learn how to wait his turn to speak.
Their online inventory is accurate, they are quick to pick up the phone, and their prices are great. Will be back here when my truck inevitably needs another repair.
I had a great experience at i81 Auto Parts in Martinsburg. The selection of parts was impressive, and the prices were very reasonable. What really stood out, though, was the customer service. Nick was incredibly helpful—he went out of his way to make sure I found exactly what I needed and even offered some useful advice on the installation. It's not often you find staff that knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile. I’ll definitely be coming back for any future auto parts needs!

Good service and easy to work with, friendly staff, give you the right info and they help you find parts of the don’t have them. I tried contacting other shops around the area most weren’t to ever to help
Whoever the tiny guy is driving a dodge ram with a broken rear window.. good lord..raging the whole way up 270 swerving in and out and cutting people off..almost causing a wreck bc he was so impationt .it's a shame none of your vehicles have turn signals on them. Then he wants to swerve into my lane when I called him out..Rolled his window down like he was going to do something
. Jusy kept swerving into my lane like he was going to hit me..then gets in front me and SLOWWWS down...hopefully not all of your employees are like this. I am sure this is not the first time someone complained about this guy. I have cam footage if you want to go there.
When I broke down half way through a 15 hour trip, Roberto and co. made the nightmare of dealing with a salvage quick, easy and effortless. I called several other places and Roberto was the only one who came through when I needed it.
On a side note, he probably also saved my life.

They said they guarantee their motors I paid $1600 for a motor when I went to exchange it they made me pay another $800 on top of the original amount for a new one. They are scamming people don’t go there.
They got a guy named Paco that sells the parts here. Hes a SCHPADDY GUY!!!! He speaks 10 languages and knows everything about the auto parts he is selling. Very professional and super nice. He claims to have learned everything he knows from a guy named Mike in SOFL. I highly recommend using these guys at I81 Auto Parts for any used parts you need.
Very decent pricing for window purchase/installation. Miguel did an amazing installations job. Making sure, even, to get all the excess broken glass out. Quick and easy service.
