My experience at Cascade Motors has been a pleasant surprise. Jay the owner had been excellent from start to end. He has stood by everything as advertised. My car had one issue that needed fixed. Jay was very good with organizing the repairs to my car. Jay is definitely a man of his word. I would recommend Cascade Motors over most major dealers.

I’m never buying any cars at this place again!!! I bought 2 cars at this dealership and both of them broke down after a few weeks and both of them need new engines. He told me the brakes were new and the vehicle just got serviced, new oil and everything. That was a $8.500 vehicle. Two weeks later in the shop they tell me that it was absolutely dangerous to drive that car on the street. They thought I got the car from a junk yard and wanted to put it back on the road. The other vehicle was a truck that dropped the oil pan in the middle of the interstate and almost got me in a really bad accident. After I told the mechanic at what car dealer I bought the vehicles he immediately shook his head and told me he already had not only a few junk cars from him in his shop.

Dealing with them while out of town was trying to buy a jeep. So I had family arrive after the time we were told they would be open and waited more than 20 minutes , with us trying to call and text the numbers with no answer until almost an hour after we left: Response was “ I was here but left to get coffee” tried explaining that they would come back up but was told well they better hurry someone else is coming to look at it. Well if you were there in the first place it wouldn’t have been an issue or rush for time. They only care about making the money right there and then. If you’re looking for a professional used dealer with a some sort of human decency then recommend Looking elsewhere. Glad I didn’t actually fly up last minute they lost the cash in hand deal and no apologies or anything just a text later “JEEP SOLD” And then 30 minutes later a Sorry man.

My husband and I couldn’t be more happy with our purchase. Jay was very helpful, honest and explained everything even the bad that comes with certain vehicles. He’s certainly an honest person that I would buy from again. We also had no choice but to bring our 3 small kids with us which was no problem with Jay, he was very friendly. We recommend him 100%

Purchased vehicle from them on a Saturday. Was told that they would call my insurance company with vehicle info Monday morning first thing. As of Tuesday late afternoon, my insurance company had to idea I had purchased another vehicle. I called cascade to notify them that they dropped the ball. I was told the salesman was off Tuesday so I would have to call. After I told him that we were promised that Monday cascade would take care of all of it, the man told me forget it that he would call my insurance company then he hung up on me. Customer service?? What happened to honoring your word? They also added an expensive warranty on the vehicle loan that my son did not want. Fast forward....serious engine mechanical failure. Warranty company refused to cover it. Warranty not worth paper its written on. Buyer beware

I have purchased several vehicles from Cascade Auto Sales and have never been more pleased. Last week, I purchased (2) more vehicles from Jay @ Cascade Auto Sales and he did not disappoint me. He was honest, and also paid for a couple of minor repairs needing to be done to my 2011 Honda Accord Crosstour (light bulbs needing to be replaced). He set me up an appointment with his repair shop and everything was taking care of. I highly recommend Cascade Auto Sales if you are looking to get a quality and reliable used vehicle.

I worked with Chris and he helped me alot. I told him I wanted something 4 wheel drive or all wheel drive. Him and his boss worked with me and my husband to get me what I wanted. I will be going back again. I had no problems at all.

5 stars is needed for this dealership. I had some issues with the 2004 suzuki. Jay made it his business to help me any time I needed it. I have to keep it real. I've dealt with other places in WV and they were crooks. This place was amazing. Thank you all for such a great attentive personality. Thanks again.

My husband and I dealt with Chris Ridenour while we were here and he was absolutely wonderful. Its honestly the best customer service experience I've ever had. Despite how mixed up all of our paperwork was he remained patient and dedicated!!! He worked with our credit, and the cash we had and set us up with exactly the type of car we wanted in such a timely fashion. We will definitely come back to buy our second car and would definitely recommend dealing with Chris if you need a new vehicle!!!

Lance at Cascade auto Sales is top of the line when it comes to customer service ,he lives up to everything he told me and never made me feel like he was pushing a truck on me. I purchase a ford edge limited and what a great buy,the cost was very reasonable and had a lot of bells and whistles included. Lance truly has great customer service i will let anyone i know looking for a car or truck to go see Lance. keep up the good work Terry

I had a very professional and seamless experience with cascade. I was referred by a co worker and contacted Chris ridenour. He was very helpful and accommodated my schedule. He even stayed much later than closing time, while his kids were there waiting, after I showed up over an hour late to an appointment I set up. He was very understanding and didn’t get upset. We got right to work on paperwork and numbers, over an hour after the scheduled time and long after close. I Came back the next day and had my vehicle in a matter of minutes. The consummate professional. I would recommend him to anyone.

My fiancé and I just bought a car from Cascade last week.. Chris Ridenour was the most respectful, down to earth, honest, and patient car salesman I’ve ever had to deal with. He got us into a great dependable car and kept us within the price range we asked for. Very satisfied customer, I recommend seeing Chris if you’re in need of a vehicle!

I did have them at a 5 star rating but after purchasing a vehicle from them I am now revisiting my rating at giving a 1 star and if I could a no rating at all. We purchased a vehicle that should never have passed inspection, whomever they use to do inspections must slap I sticker on any heap and pass it through, they signed off on it as all was well. We only had it for ONE week before we had to take it to Chevrolet dealership to get it fixed and looked over. When we got it back from getting it fixed it had a tick that it didn't have going in there. After letting Cascade know they said we don't have a mechanic right now well we decided to at least take the vehicle to them so we were first on the list when they got a mechanic. Well that was over a week ago and no call of any kind. Very unprofessional, I could care less about my credit right now, since they had a breach in contract and aren't very understanding and apologetic. I hope this isn't how their other Cascade branches are ran. So proceed with caution if you choosing purchase I recommend having a trusted mechanic look it over, before you SIGN ANYTHING!! Salesmen are there for commission not very knowledgeable.

My wife is a repeat buyer here. Joe hooked us up with a great vehicle and bent over backwards to make sure any repairs were made so we would feel confident it would be a reliable vehicle. We got our car here. They are cool, nice guys and they work with u when it comes to getting a nice vehicle for a good price. We didnt have much down but still got a very nice car...best one i have ever had so far!

Yep, went in to buy a truck. Got the truck I wanted. Then 3 weeks later I get a call. Saying they need it back because of the passed own. So they got me truck and said its really good. Well my friends little over a year. And $6000 more in it. Now the truck has no power, transmission is done. And I have only put 9000 miles on it. Have fun and good luck with them

I've only ever purchased two cars, the first time it was a private sale. This is the first time I bought from a dealer of any kind. They just happened to have a vehicle pretty close to what I wanted. I found dealing with them to quite easy going, although they were pretty firm on their price and I think I slightly overpaid, the buying process was very simple. I've had a couple issues with the vehicle, however it's nothing they could have known about before so I don't blame them. Limited warranty only covers 25% of parts and labor, but redeeming the compensation was very easy. I'll update this as I continue my dealings with them.
