Very friendly staff who are knowledgeable. I was in and out with a battery replacement for my suv in 20 minutes. They're prices are better than dealerships and you get the same brand/quality batteries.

I be rented here for about 5 months, I kept my auto detailing supplies here. They open up early and close the gate late. Prices are perfect. Would definitely recommend renting a storage unit here.

I wish I had known that I could go here and saved my self the time & trouble of pulling the battery out of my BMW. They will install your car battery PLUS do the code update! I was really pleased to get some of the odd batteries for household items. Even picked up a special battery ? that no one has and I am talking could not find it on the Internet! Was having issues w/electric golf cart, brought it down sat. Morn.explained what was going on they asked me to bring into garage and went to work testing batteries found out what issue was and got to work on it and within 20 min problem was fixed explained everything in layman's terms and was only charged for the part needed (very inexpensive). All in all they could have told me I needed a new 48v lithium ion battery and I wouldn't have known the difference. The honesty/integrity and professionalism the staff showed that day has a new customer for life

Exelent customer servoce. I have a 2014 Chevy Silverado. I went to 2 auto parts stores that advertise on their window battery free instlation. One look at the battery location and said we can't install it (Was very rude) will never go back there. They other had it in the computer that the couldn't install. Went to Battaery Mart and paid $150 less and was installed in 10 minutes FREE.

These guys always have what I need and they assist by putting the battery in the device. In this case a key-fob for my cars. I love having this store in my community.

The best place to get a garden tractor battery. You'll pay a little more for a much better battery with a 2-year warranty as opposed to the standard 1-year. Note: my last mower battery from Battery Mart outlasted the warranty by 2 years, whereas the last TWO batteries from Advance Auto and Walmart (respectively) lasted less than 2 years. (You get what you pay for.)

I was Looking for a specific battery for a Mobility chair and upon entering the store there were 2 guys sitting behind the counter not doing anything, It was a Saturday. They were not very welcoming when I entered the store and when I told them it was for a mobility chair they didn't even ask me anything about it even though I did expressed to them that I didn't have the battery with me. No Qualifying questions, nothing. They could have at least helped me try to figure out the type of battery even though there are many batteries for those chairs. They just looked at me with blank stares like I was bothering them. I did give them one star because of convenience of location. I will never go back there again. *UPDATE The owner replied to my review 5 days ago, stating the lazy workers are no longer there. I reviewed this 5 yrs ago...I no longer live in the area. ?

The two guys that helped me in this store were wonderful, everything was easy they replaced my battery quickly, they helped me trouble shoot, wasn’t sure if it was my actual car battery or my key fob. Hopefully this battery lasts as long as the last one did. But if not I will be back. Customer service done right in the Martinsburg location.

Fast, friendly service! I walked in and was greeted immediately. I was in and out in under 30 minutes. The location was clean and had chairs to sit in while you wait. I had a great conversation with the manager. 10/10 recommend! Great customer service.

Amazing group of guys! Went in on Monday to get a loaner battery to get my car off the side of the highway and all I had was $7. They gave me the loaner for free and they charged my actual battery. Went to pick up my battery and asked them how much I owed. They said nothing and told me to have a great day! Really helped this single mom out?❤️ definitely recommend 10/10 service

I just stopped in here yesterday because my car kept dying and I had two little ones in my car! We stopped there and they listened to what I had to say about my car, immediately took it back, explained what they saw and explained pricing for a new battery, replaced it for me and I was all set to go. I was probably there for less than half an hour. Thank you guys!!!! Excellent service.

Jeremy was great! Daughters got a PowerWheels electric car for a gift but it came without stickers. Called Fisher Price and they sent me to the closest authorized dealer, Battery Mart, in Martinsburg (I live in Boonsboro, MD). I was skeptical if I'd ever see these stickers. Jeremy hooked us up, called Fisher Price with my info and called me back and the stuff was here in like a week making one very happy 6 year old. Thanks Jeremy for your excellent customer service on such a small job that I'm sure netted you guys nothing in the cash register. You've got my business moving forward for all jobs out there.

We been using Battery mart since we moved to Martinsburg but typically hubby stops for car stuff. But a week ago my car all of the sudden died despite my battery still was under a year so I got very worried after jumping it and able to start I drove to battery mart late on a Saturday and it was almost the end of their shift. Any other place definitely would try to get rid of the customer fast we the end of the shift when weekend starts :) but these were super nice and patient. They made sure I am safe in my car when driving since I have lil kids with me most of the time. Especially I am grateful to Dave he took his time checked everything replaced my battery at no cost and at the end they diagnosed it was alternator. Even then they were ready to take care of my problem if we had new alternator available. I had to leave the car over the weekend and they took care of it the first thing in the morning. Pricing is so honest I googled just for my curiosity how much it could cost me elsewhere and it showed almost a 30-40% more of what battery mart charged me. So I really understand now why my husband keeps coming to this place. Their prices are very affordable, and they take care of you. Thanks a lot! I am always afraid of car shop places as I have had situations when as a customer I was taken advantage of but not this place. we will be coming back again and again. Thanks Dave and other gentleman who was sooo informative and patient with me on the very very hot Saturday! I really appreciate your help :)

Vehicle didn't start a few times. So the wife told me she has had enough embarrassment and that I needed to get a battery or at least get it checked out. I did just that and Battery Mart is the place to go with no hassle and a lot of professionalism. I've also have visited for garage door remote batteries as well. I highly recommend Battery Mart.

i shopped around for a battery for my Acura TSX and Battery Mart has by far best price. When I got to the store I had great service. The guys working were very helpful. They installed my battery in minutes and I was in my way. Highly recommend!

This place is super helpful. I walked in, they asked what I was in for, and I had them test for a few problems and they told me it was just one thing, they took my car in and replaced my battery all within 25 minutes. Great job guys! Thank you!
