I purchased a Lincoln MKS engine (3.7 liters) from LKQ's Martinsburg location on March 7, 2025. The engine had low miles, and the price was reasonable considering the warranty. After installing the engine, it worked perfectly. I highly recommend LKQ in Martinsburg; everything is very well organized and easy to find. I was in and out quickly, and they loaded the engine onto my trailer for me. Thanks
What's the point of a salvage yard if it takes a day to remove a part that would have taken 5 minutes to remove myself? You take all of the convenience out of these places when you stop allowing people to walk the yard. Now I'm out time, gas, and money because I was lied to when the part would be available.
Making a purchase is easy but for pickup is less. Desirable...had to wait 15 to 20 min for a safety meeting to stop ..would recommend that you bring a lunch because you be awhile.
This place is a joke. Order parts any they are broken or damaged from the employees not caring or no knowing how to properly remove them. Prices are way higher than alot of other yards.
We have been dealing with them for 2 decades, good parts, good service. Locally Brian is exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful but other sales reps in the company are great as well.
My husband works here and they treat him right! Also they have amazing deals for part you need for your car. No they do not sell cars, just parts for your vehicle and they are very good quality!
Miss the days of pulling your own part, and not experiencing the run-around over every little thing. Once these larger corporations take over the Mom & Pop businesses, it's all downhill from there. Disappointing.
Although they were not able to assist me with the part that I was looking for, they were knowledgeable and able to answer most of my questions immediately.
I only gave three stars because they did give me some false information about a possible location which could have been avoided had they paid a little more attention to detail.
I would give minus 5 if possible. This business sold a $500 defective part to my daughter's mechanic (my daughter paid for the part), then cursed my daughter out when she tried to resolve the issue..
Wrote me a bad check 2 weeks ago. Just called back this morning they said there still waiting on corporate to call them back. They didn't have no problem taking my $100 dollars but then they write me a bad check for 26 bucks I do no recommend this place at all
A bunch of crooks and thieves. The head of all thieves is Raul who gives you a quote and bills your card differently and sells you an engine that has twice as much miles as he quoted you. It is way better to deal with these crooks on Ebay rather than buy directly from them. Raul, I hope you spend the extra money you stole from me on medicine and hospital bills.

Ordered a door. They make you pay before they will bring it out. I paid cash, they brought out the wrong door for a different vehicle. They then explained they didn't save any of the right ones and refused to give me a refund. Offered to give me a check. I said I paid in cash 2 minutes ago give me my cash back. They said no and asked me to leave. Their manager followed me out to my vehicle making me extremely uncomfortable. I'm out my cash, out my door and got harassed in the process. Worst junkyard ever.
After them giving me the wrong part i had to go back and wait for the right one to be taking off they had me call my mechanic to tell them where the part was located on the car! While waiting i told several people there i deserve a discount for their mess up and every person ignored me. These people apparently dont care about their mess ups nor your time when they are wrong!!!
