Receiving office on the east side next to door 6.
This place took me in early and got there before it got crowded which was great timing. Appointment was set for 1pm but got there around 10:40am.
Have to Enter at the end of street on Industrial to the left. Receiving office is on the east side of the building to check-in. Delivery dock door was on the west side of the building at the far end dock door 84 which 85 is their last dock door. Kinda tight to maneuver back especially when another tractor is at the dock door and limited space to pivot the trailer plus you got Delivery vans/box trucks coming in and out around the corner while trying to back-up. Quick delivery, maybe took about 30-40 minutes so not bad at all on time ?
They sold us rotors that we had to go out to the distribution center to get when we checked them they weren't what we purchased and they didn't ha e the ones we needed so we had to take what they give us and return em
Any parts you need are available at this distribution center location. Make sure to pay in a store and then order your part at the store so it’s ready to be picked up when you get there.
Very friendly and polite staff and restroom available. 25 minutes to unload and overnight parking on street or in staging area. I arrived at 2:15 pm but my app was for 5 am the next day and no luck getting unloaded early. I got unloaded in the back only truck here so plenty of room to maneuver.
Perfect place for delivering a load! I came here the day before, and they've been taking care of it. You can have an overnight parking here, as long as you park the designated area where the drop trailers are. I'll definitely be doing deliveries again here!!!
Tamera is the absolute worst customer service representative ever definitely should consider working at a dmv with that terrible attitude. I was just calling to confirm a part being at this facility, and she directed me to go to my local O'Reilly and ask them. I had told her that I already did that and that I was double checking before I drove 67 miles one way. Asked her if she could check and she gave me a long pause before she said no "we have the same system as they do" were her exact words. Then why can't you look it up like they did? She gave me the impression of someone that is rude and lazy unwilling to help loyal and returning customer. Very unfortunate to see this place have someone like this in the service department.
very bad expierience dont come back i was checked in at 6am and my appointment is at 9.00am now 11.50am they gave me a dock and did not start loading yet very lazy staff ???
I was there for a training class. There information and training are superb. Lots updated material. Well needed learning experience. I highly recommend any tech thinking about taking one of O'Reillys clases spend the money. The experiece you will gain there will hrlp you improve your abilitys.
Attended a car show for charity, great turn out, some pretty legit rare cars, but Uber hot out! Plus who doesn't love having a parts warehouse with will call nearby!?
they would be fine sometime but now the delay is. a lot I'm at the door want 10 am. and they don't download. questions and why. and they say that they are in the lunch hour. definitely. do not work. too stressful to be here because of the delay
If you're picking up go all the way around the back of the building To the will call Glass doors with stairs going up to it.. I made phone calls ahead of time was fast and easy loading... If you're not Delivering don't go in the doors in the front door says ring a bell 1st... That's where I went 1st and I was let in the door buy another employee stepped halfway through to a guy with a crazy mask saying go back outside and ring the Door And then come back inside... Exaclideas disease! ? ?... but he did offer free coffee lol.. for that you get 4 ? lol
This place is pretty easy in and out. You’ll spend maximum 2 hours here. Office bathroom is not the cleanest. But beside that parking is literally straight back.
I have ordered parts with this company for a long while. But This was my 1st time at this distribution center. I’m deciding if I should start doing car spotting and even enter in the car show event that O’Reilly Auto Parts holds on their property and it’s a pretty big property.

Have picked loads to deliver for new stores for past few years no hassles .The warehouse crew loads as quickly as possible. Never had problems with the load just a great place.
One of the best delivery that I ever had ! The lady at the reception is so nice ??! I was sleeping on the yard , nobody bothered me ! Thank you for what you are doing!
Good Auto parts store. They have reasonable prices, good customer service and is handicapped accessible. Easy to see from road.

We had a hard time locating an alternator and the Spanaway location never sent the order through. We made it to the distribution center where a gentleman was able to find us our part and get us on the way.
The stores severely lack clear communication between each other and evidently to the customer. We contacted 3 locations to solve this, and only the distribution center could figure it out.
Easy to find, just make sure you pay for your items first at the store. I was told by a counter person I could pay at this location.. I easily give it a better rating if I didn't spend time back tracking to pay for my parts. THIS SITE IS STRICTLY PICKUP ONLY!
One of the easiest places to deliver I've ever been to. Receiving assigned me a door right away. I backed up to it and they immediately started unloading. When finished, THEY came out to MY TRUCK, signed my paperwork, and told me to have a nice day!
I wish all receivers were this pleasant!
