My Lexus broke down in the Meridian street Target parking lot in Puyallup without any prior issues. The car wouldn’t start, and since the lot would tow vehicles left overnight, I was on a timer. I chose this towing service (owner-operated, as I learned while we were on the way to the shop) because of the good reviews, and it didn’t disappoint. He clearly knows what he’s doing, and the price was reasonable.
On the way to the shop we discussed possible causes, and I mentioned it might be the alternator. He offered to try a jump starter to rule that out, and so he did. It turned out not to be the alternator, but the fact that he took the time to check shows he genuinely cares and that’s important nowadays.
Called a few places, but this guy was the MVP! Not only did he offer the best deal, but he’s also a solo superstar hustling to save the day. He swooped in, grabbed my vehicle, and delivered it to my house like a pro. Super friendly, efficient, and kept me updated with texts. If you need a tow in the Puyallup area, you’d be crazy not to call him!
Discounted my tow from copart since he was already headed there to pick up a different car, under $100, with tax included! On top of that, communication was great, and he took initiative to make the experience go smoother than it normally does.

I had to unfortunately have another vehicle towed to a repair shop, so I called John. He picked up my car super fast and towed it to the shop. Again, I received a photo of my car upon delivery. He's such a nice man and really takes care of your vehicle while it's in his possession.
John is extremely friendly and helpful. I needed my truck towed to a tire shop on a specific date and time, and he was able to not only pick up my truck, but he even sent a photo when my truck arrived at the tire shop. I'd definitely use his services again, should the need arise.
1st place I called. I didn’t have to call anyone else. Price was that good! Late at night. Car broke down. Was very fast and worked with me greatly. I used Rock-N-Tow to pull our Jeep out of a shipping container, and put into our garage. The owner of the company came out to the house, with in 30 minutes of the call, and completed the job within 30 minutes, exceeding our expectations! He helped get the Jeep aligned in the garage and was super friendly! His rate was much less then I expected, especially for the quality of service provided!

Hi , I was in South Hill, he was able to get to me in 15 minutes and got me home. Reasonable price. While I hope I don't need another tow, If I do and I'm close to them they are the first on the call list.
