Fast and more affordable than some of the other tow companies. I had to have my car towed twice, and Herb's was more straight forward on pricing (no hidden charges), just as fast, and more affordable over all.
The driver who towed the car was shocked when he saw what happened to the car in the search warrant. Really cool guy. He went to the car several times to find items we needed. He went over and beyond to help us.
After getting the run around and two unsuccessful attempts from AAA, Herb's Towing saved us. They were able to resolve our situation and we were able to avoid a tow to the dealership. They totally went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. Excellent assistance, communication, professialism, and resolve. HIGHLY recommended.
I forgot to get the drivers name but he helped us change our tire after we just came back from the fair. He was really kind and we had such a great conversation about kids and family. He also recommended we attend the graham fair. He literally saved us. We were stuck in a parking lot in the middle of the night. He was so kind and professional. We appreciate his kindness so much! Will recommend this company in the future!
I will just say that I have worked professionally with this company for years, and they are far and away the best tow company I've ever come across. Literally the nicest people. You can't go wrong with them!

Herb's Towing Services was a lifesaver when my car broke down on the highway. They arrived quickly, handled my car with care, and the driver was professional and friendly. The pricing was fair and transparent. Highly recommend their reliable and efficient service.
Everyone there was so kind, professional, knowledgeable and fast! They got out to the scene within minutes and had my car on the truck and out of there faster than I could blink. I’m so greatful they were there in my time of stress!
This place is NO GOOD!! I got there when they opened Monday morning, They took my money like everything was good to go, After my cash was tucked away... She said oh by the way the yard got broken into last night your truck was one of em.
They told me call my insurance they weren't liable. My window was busted my system was gone dash was destroyed. An they still charged me full price for locking it in the yard.
The only reason this place gets ANY stars is because of Kim. She was somewhat kind and very helpful when my partner and I went to pick up his vehicle. She even informed us about the dispute process when the we argued the bill was unfair and met us at the door with a copy of some papers we requested a few days later.
HOWEVER, the man that works there is RUDE. 1) I called several times to try to collect the vehicle on my partner’s behalf and he explained that he can only release the car to the person on the registration—but when I explained that my partner didn’t have his ID and wasn’t going to be able to get a replacement or even a temporary ID for weeks because his wallet was IN the car he refused to let me or anyone else search the vehicle for his wallet/ID, even after I explained my partner was homeless and living out of his car. 2) He then proceeded to complain in a totally unprofessional manner about how he doesn’t like letting people go through their cars because “these tweakers take forever.” I reminded him that sometimes people are just HOMELESS and need time to get their things in order, especially if they are not able to redeem their car and have to just clear out their belongings.
Also, even though you can’t pick your car up on weekends, they still charge you storage fees for those days. It’s state sanctioned ROBBERY. Ugh.
Called they said they would tow my car home ,well that did not happen so i called back and no one would anwser the phone.So tried calling the next day and there was no problem they towed my car and the service was great.
Must be a difficult business. They typically interact with people who's car has been impounded or taken away from the scene of an accident a loved one has been involved in (my situation). They treated me very fairly and with compassion, and walked me through options to help me address this promptly. Thanks!

I broke down on the freeway today so I called Herb's Towing and spoke with Kim. She was very friendly and sent a tow truck right away, just like she said she would. The tow truck driver DJ, was quick to arrive and I was amazed by how quick he had my vehicle up on his truck and ready to go. Overall it was a very smooth transaction, considering how stressful it could have been. They know what they are doing.
I contacted Herbs Towing for help. I had lost the laser cut key and it was going to cost upwards of 1000.00 with towing fees to get fixed.
When I contacted Herbs I was not sure what I was going to do. I work helping people and there was no way I was going to absorb a bill that big...Not right now.
Instead of sticking it to me because I was stuck, they referred me to a trusted company that completed the job for a fraction of the original cost.
Herbs towing is awesome and a company I would gladly hire and work with anytime.
These guys are fair, honest, and easy to work with.....How many towing companies can someone say that about.

Police towed my car..my bill was 1800.00 ,you guys had my truck for 23 days!!I came into your office with $610.00,...I couldn't believe you gave me my truck back!!!!,😅,you said after all said and done ,you wouldnt get much more than that!!....he didn't have to do that!!but he did and i can't expressive my thankfulness enough to them!,when I thought I had no chance at getting it back I asked if I could come get my personals,they even let me come back two more times so I could get everything!!I thank them so much ,only if every police agency used these guys to tow,lol...so I guess thanks to pierce county sheriffs department and not puyallup!lol...I payed $550.00for my truck being in impound for 2 hours after they towed for being parked wrong..now that was bad!these guys had it 23 days ,..so I was lucky!thank you herbs towing so very much!!!!
Rude! They are very unprofessional and not helpful. Rushed me to have my car picked up by 4:30 ( even though they close at 5:00) and herbs didn’t have my car ready by 5:55!!! The lady told me there care machine was down so I had to pay cash, another lie! All these people that work here are heartless rude people. Will never use Herbs again!
After calling 6 different companies to check prices, by far they are the best , for a 5.5 mile drive I had to pay only $140.00 when other companies try to charge me $330 + tax , they are very friendly, showed up on time , I will definitely will call them again if I need a tow truck.
Heartfelt thank you to the woman taking my call this afternoon and to the young man, DJ, that towed my vehicle off the highway and delivered to my home. Even in the height of rush hour, he was on time, courteous, and professional. Fee was quite reasonable. I hope to not need their service again but if I do.....
I was at work and a client of ours locked her keys in her car. Our client (like many I work with) had absolutely no money to pay for a locksmith. I called three other companies that couldn't help accommodate us. The lady that answered at Herbs's was so kind and understanding and went the extra mile to work something out with me. Thank you to the owner and the tow truck driver for your service and understanding. It is nice to know we have a great company in our community with heart!
