Responded fast and tow truck driver was professional , the owner of the company does a great job of walking you through from start to finish excellent customer service.
Chad was unusually pleasant to talk to. They were able to pick up my 2016 Kia Rio after it wouldn't start, put me on the schedule for the next day. the tow guy TIM was great, showed up within the 2 hour window, took great care of my car, and dropped off my car at the shop. Tim is an A++ employee. He even took the time to talk me in his busy schedule.

My customer hired these guys to bring His car over to my house so I didn’t not hire them, but I had to interact with them to receive the car. I had to move One of my car, but it was dead. One of the tow truck guys was able to jump the car for me with a jumper. They didn’t have to do that so I would use them for my service next time.
Tow driver was extremely professional and knew exactly what he was doing. I've had tows for various reasons throughout the years and never seen one go as smoothly or efficiently as Veterans Towing. 10/10 will only contact them going forward
Very quick, professional, and friendly. I was really impressed with how safety conscious he was - my car was broken down in the turn lane during rush hour so there was a lot of traffic but he was really looking out for me while hooking the car up and gathering my info. I would definitely recommend to friends and family.

On very short notice, I needed my son's car towed home, late in the evening, during a severe storm, and I had no idea who to call. I saw that Veteran Towing was owned and operated by a fellow vet, so I took a chance with them. I was not disappointed. He Showed up exactly on time, handled my son's car carefully and professionally, quickly towed it to my home, and carefully placed it exactly where I requested. On top of that, it was truly nice to chat with another vet who has been-there-and-done-that. It was great dealing with someone who understood service before self, and who had instilled in him integrity and a strong work ethic. I have no doubt that if it hadn't gone flawlessly, Veteran Towing would have quickly made it right and not given endless excuses (which I had experienced in the past with a tow company). If you need a vehicle towed, you don't need to look any further. I hope to never have to tow a vehicle again, but should I end up needing to I will only place one call: Veteran Towing.

Today I needed to get my vehicle towed and I didn’t know which company to contact. I googled military discount vehicle towing. The price was reasonable for the distance and the driver Chad Voorhis was very respectable and honest in making sure that the cargo he was delivering, was treated as if it was his. Job well done.
Awesome company. We were broke down on the side of the road, when a guy pulls over to help me and my son push our car to a side street. He pulls out his business card says he’s the owner, his truck is on its way and to text my address. We were only 1/2 mile from home (so my wife and son walked home)but within ten minutes his truck pulls up and towed me and the car home. Absolutely great group of guys. I would definitely recommend them and they will be my go to for any future needs.
My pickup broke down in Graham, Washington a few weeks ago. I called Chad Voorhis at Veteran Towing to get my truck and I home, approximately 30 miles away.
Chad arrived on scene quickly. As a former Police Sergeant, I have dealt with numerous Tow drivers in the past. I can honestly say Chad is one of the best, if not THE best, I have used. He was very professional, very quick, and very reasonably priced.

He real saved my butt, my truck died on meridian and for 3 minutes the cars were backing up and getting distracted before I grabbed my phone he pulled up right in front of me and threw my dodge on his tow trailer in about 20 seconds dropped me off for free said I don't even worry about it I've been there.. that's love right there.
