Super friendly and fast. They came in and gave a quick fair estimate. I agreed and they got straight to work. Took them no time at all to have everything removed. It was stress free, I definitely will use them again in the future.

When looking for a junk hauling company I came across Busy Bees junk removal company. When I discovered they were a veteran owned company my decision was made to deal with them. The guys that picked up my old love seat were very friendly and efficient. Whenever I need junk removal again I will call Busy Bees.

An amazing experience, they were very kind and had no issues with taking out multiple heavy couches. Along with a huge fridge which they ended up needing to disassemble. They were very respectful with the hoarding situation, and didn't judge whatsoever. Overall 10/10, I very much recommend!!

Very easy process to text for a quote! They arrived within a two hour window with a text when they were on the way. Within minutes they loaded my junk after a fare quote and were gone after a hearty handshake and a job well done. I’ll be recommending to my friends and family!

We just had the best experience with Busy Bee Junk Removal. I called them earlier today inquiring about getting some old stuff out of my backyard. After completing the quick questionnaire on their website, I promptly received a phone call and they were able to come out today to give us an estimate at no cost to us. They were on time, professional, and extremely kind. After my husband went through the process of the estimate we decided to go with them and they were quick and efficient. Hands-down, this is one of the best experiences I’ve had with a junk removal company. I will be going with them again if needed in the future.

Jim & Alex arrived within 5 minutes of their text. They were both very personal & helpful. They assessed, gave an estimate and moved very quickly. I appreciated their kind assistance on moving heavier items off of high shelves.They were knowledgeable about paint removal. Johnny at the scheduling office gave me a great suggestion to bring used paint to Sherwin-Williams to recycle for free. All help was much appreciated.

I hired these guys twice. First time was a reasonable flat rate cost, super quick and efficient job. Second time it was less stuff, but on top of the flat rate they added total weight on top of that price. Supposedly to save us some money. Because of this, the less stuff cost MORE than when I had the larger load! While the way they billed it makes sense the second time around (still way to expensive in my opinion), it’s inconsistent. Having the crew have the option to do Flat rate OR rate plus weight is unfair to the customer. They basically have the discretion to decide what pricing will make them the most money in the moment. Fix your billing process so it’s consistent across the board. It felt like a betrayal of trust. You made me trust you the first time, then you took advantage of me the second. UPDATE: After seeing how upset I was, the company reached out to me personally. After some long conversations and deliberation we were able to workout a more agreeable outcome. It appears there was miscommunication on both sides that made the pricing of the job seem unclear and unfair in the eyes of me a returning customer. In hindsight, I appreciate how much they care about the quality of their service, and how much they genuinely seem worried about customer feedback. Emotions aside and in spite of the miscommunication that never should have took place in the first place, they are fast and efficient haulers. The response time for a consultation is quick, and they’re easy to contact and communicate with in case of any issues. Busy Bees, I appreciate the conversation, and I’m glad we worked something out.

100/10 Highly recommend!!!! These people are amazing!!!! In second thought… amazing is too small of a word…. The efficiency their team has is magical! It took them absolutely no time to clear piles and piles and piles of junk that had been left on my property. They helped me feel like I actually want to go outside in my yard now!! Hire these people.

I can not say enough about the outstanding job they did or the big hearts the owners have. I will forever recommend them to everyone I know when junk removal or junk hauling is needed. Even after a miscommunication between myself and the owner, I was willing to accept things as they were. But he wanted me to be a HAPPY customer, so he went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied, which just speaks volumes to how trustworthy he is and how much they value their customers. I called Busy Bees after seeing their signs and good comments on Facebook. They were fantastic to work with. Quickly replied to my text and always kept me up to date on arrival times. I had them take one full truckload away and I am working on my second. Their vehicle was clean and professional looking as was team all dressed in black with face masks. They worked inside my home and were polite and fast! I had 'stuff/junk ' that had collected over the years and they just carried it away, no shame or embarrassment to me by the team. You won't be disappointed. I like the idea of keeping my dollars local with a family business. I would recommend them to any of my friends or family.
