I called and they were able to help me immediately. Super friendly mechanic that was able to diagnose my problem (manifold exhaust leak) and show me what needed to be done even though it was outside their area of work. They charged a reasonable price and I'd certainly go back to them if any of my cars has a problem they can fix.

I recommend this place for sure! Transparent and professional with their work. I brought in my BMW there for a new muffler install and it went smoothly, the job looked really clean and the result came out very good.

I brought in my Volvo V90 wagon for a new custom exhaust system, and Jorge and his crew couldn't have been better. They removed most of the stock system and installed an incredibly clean dual exhaust that sounds phenomenal. They even sent an employee across town to grab exhaust tips that they didn't have in stock. They took the time to call me in and make sure I liked the exhaust note, and to inspect their work. I couldn't recommend them more, and will be bringing my classic Mustang back to them next spring.

Took my project subaru wagon to Muffler King to have some exhaust work done and my overall experience with them was great. I absolutely love the sound my wagon makes now and they also fixed my exhaust leaks at the connecting points which I wasn’t planning on do quite yet but glad I decided to let them fox it. On top of that they even welded an exhaust support plate that I completely forgot had broke into 2-pieces so thank you for that. I highly recommend them for any exhaust work you might need as I would definitely use their services again in the future if needed.

I've been to these guys 3 times. 1st was a flex pipe, and I thought at the time it was a reasonable price. Then 2 bolts came out that I knew they worked on. Fixed it myself later on. 2nd was for an exhaust system on my car. 2600 dollars! I thought, "we'll it will be a really good exhaust system." Welds are subpar, and it's all poor quality metal. Ripped off, to say the least. I should have bought my own aftermarket exhaust over what they shoved under my car. 3rd time was for a simple weld on muffler. They finished the job in an hour. They wanted 300 dollars for welding a muffler that I provided. Ripped off again. This shop should be called Ripoff Kings. They get away with this because they are one of the only muffler shops in Kirkland. I'd avoid this shop. I gave my hard earned money and faith to guys who do not care that much. I understand there is overhead and whatnot, but I know they are gouging people with price. Their price doesn't match the work you see. They get the job done, but at a price that doesn't match quality.

Great to work with. Fair price for the work I had them do. Mounted my Diesel exhaust turbo-back and lined every up perfectly on my van. Not necessarily an easy task for many to handle. Will be bringing more rigs over

They add a magnaflow system to my f150 2005 they did exactly everything they promised for the exact amount we talk about it . I had an amazing experience , excellent customer service , great prices , on time and great quality work. I recommend 100% everyone to muffler king on Kirkland you guys won’t be disappointed. Thanks again I’ll will be back for sure to get more stuff done .

George is super 👿 , malicious and he likes to disrespect the residence of Kirkland because he knows we are good hard-working people. He won’t dare go and do his Scamming in Tacoma or in Mexico. I don’t recommend anyone to come to this shop they charged me almost $200 to cut the Cadillac converter heat shield off my Honda van. They made the check engine light come on, I can still hear the heat shield vibrating when I’m driving, which means it didn’t get cut properly. They're full of lies. They’ll tell you one thing on the phone and when you come in person, they’ll say they never said that, they’re terrible. They need to be shut down. It’s full of Hispanic immigrants that love to lie. God know’s.

I wanted them to take off the old headers that had (2) $1000 OEM catalytic converters on them to put on long headers and told them I wanted to keep the old headers. When I picked up the vehicle they played dumb and refused to give me back my headers!!! Cheaters and liars out to steal your money! Will forever have hate for them. Additional Response: Yes, this is a review for the correct shop - good attempt to pretend this is a mistaken review. "Muffler King" in Kirkland. You did in fact steal my still working OEM catalytic converters when I replaced my headers and refused to give them back after I had told Jorge I wanted to keep them before the work was done. Liars always say they are an honest shop. Telling me to read other reviews doesn't excuse you from screwing me over. Unfortunately, I gave you the opportunity and your shop showed me who you really are and I hope other people take great caution when dealing with you.

We dropped our '35 ford truck off to have some exhaust work done and were very pleased with the results. They had outstanding service and immaculate quality of work. They took great care in my vehicle and ensuring I was happy. We can't recommend them enough.

I went to Muffler King after quoted a very high price and two week delivery for a new exhaust on my car. I was able to get an appointment the next day, and the quote was 1/3 of what I had been quoted elsewhere. The work was done the same day. There were no unexpected extra expenses and my car runs great

Thursday night all of the sudden my car sounded like a hot rod as I was crossing an intersection! What the heck?that's me?? I have an old car '98 BMW. Friday morning after calling 2 other places. Antonio said they had time, come on in. Jorge diagnosed the problem. Since a part was unavailable for my car, he actually welded the pipe to seal it. So grateful he could do that. A real mechanic. My car has smelled like exhaust for at least 4 yrs. A small crack, getting bigger and bigger until it failed. He probably could have diagnosed the problem a long time ago if I had come to him He has a special tool to hear leaks! Picked it up Tuesday am. No loud sound and no exhaust smell!!! Boy am I happy. I would highly recommended Muffler King, honest and trustworthy. Thank you so much!

This shop is amazing! I went to one place that could not even figure out what to do with the hole in my exhaust and could not bid it. Went to the dealer and they quoted $720 to replace my exhaust. Along the way someone mentioned Muffler King. I am so glad they did. They were able to repair my exhaust and a bracket that was holding it for $215.99 including tax! they apologize it was so high . they got it in and done in less than 24 hours from my first call to them. They are amazing, fair, nice. Thank you Muffler King!!!!!!

I experienced great customer service today. I recently purchased a new Ferrari and the previous owner had disconnected the vacuum tubes to my exhaust valves. Needless to say the car sounded way too loud/terrible. George put my car on the rack and took the time to track down the lines and found a way to work around having to remove the bumper to fix it. Most shops would have given up and told me to take it to Ferrari to fix it but he used extensive knowledge and expertise to solve the problem. The car now sounds amazing! Thank you so much George! Muffler King now has a new customer for life.

This business is top of the line in customer service, friendliness and knowledge. I had my catalytic converter stolen and after calling around I found Muffler King! They told me to bring my van right in and they got it done within 5 hours and I was able to return and pick up my van right before closing. They did a great job and now I'm back on the road safe and sound. Couldn't recommend then enough!!

We were traveling through and our car broke down on the 405. Another shop diagnosed that the catalytic converter plugged the exhaust and needed replacing but they couldn't get it done for a few days. I called around and Ed, who is super personable, told us to bring it by and they could do it the next day. They actually were able to get it done that afternoon and we made it home that night. Great guys, great service and fair pricing. Highly recommend this shop.

A little slower than I wanted but the did some quality work on my audi a4 rear muffler delete at a affordable price. Overall I would go back for sure.

These guys are great! I've used this place on more than one occasion. They have a great reputation for a good reason. I did have to make an appointment, and on the day that I went they had two people out sick so I had to wait an extra 30 minutes, but it wasn't too much of a hardship. The work they do is excellent. They are knowledgeable and deal with a variety of cars from exotic to antique to collectible. These guys know their stuff, and treat your stuff with respect. I used them recently to align the right two tips on my Corvette, as the bracket was not holding properly from the original install at a different shop. They aligned the two tips that were misaligned, with three small spot welds to hold it in place, and charged me a very fair price! Superb prices and great workmanship.

Under new ownership and delivered an exceptional job well done. My car never sounded better and the time it took them was very reasonable. I will definitely use them again and I highly recommend these guys. They truly are the Muffler Kings.

I recommend Muffler King. Tim and his crew installed a new exhaust system in my 1955 Ford F100. Every step of their service was amazing. Helpful information and an estimate, great service, completed earlier than anticipated, and good quality.

These guys did a great job replacing my exhaust kit. They scheduled me in quickly. Their prices were considerably better than other places. They do a free diagnostic test for you. The only downside is that there is no support to get you back home after dropoff or for getting back to the shop when your car is ready. I recommend this place for any exhaust work that you may need.

When my very rare Isuzu Vehicross was new in 1999, I had a custom exhaust installed elsewhere. Since then, and even after multiple muffler/tailpipe replacements over 190K miles, there was an annoying vibration, especially at idle in D. Last month Muffler King replaced another worn out muffler and tailpipe, and it is vibration-free after 20 years ! Thank you MK!

Muffler king is a very accurate name for the bussines.. They really are the kings of muffler work period. Clean work and the right way. If you want something done right than look no further. Tim the owner is a great guy. I just had my Mercedes tips done the other day and they did an amazing job. I've always done my cars here because I am very picky and they do a perfect job all the time.
