Except for the fact that I had to have my car repaired, everything from the drop off, where one of their guys walked around my car and gave me the potential repairs that might be needed and estimated the length of time needed to fix it, to the daily updates of being on track for it to be completed, was great. Bonus points for finishing a day early! When I went to pick it up, another gentleman walked me around the car for my final inspection, explaining what they did. The repair was perfect and I couldn’t even see where the damage had been! An added bonus was that they interacted directly with my insurance company , paperwork and all.

I can't recommend this location enough! Roberto was fantastic with his communication while my vehicle was getting repaired. I felt at ease while my subaru was in their shop. The work the techs did, especially Darren, was top notch. I couldn't ask for a better experience. My vehicle came out looking brand new. I'd give them a million stars!

Very positive experience with Crash Champions when my front bumper needed replacing due to a pesky post that got in my way! Thank you Roberto and the whole team. Picked up my car and the repair/repaint and thorough cleaning they did afterwards made the car look brand new.

Great service from Roberto and the crew. They were communicative throughtout the process and delivered my car when promised. I had my rear bumper repaired and they did a great job of explaining how they were going to fix it and the final result was very good.

Don’t take your car to this body shop unless you want cold hearted liars working on your vehicle. I had to come back to Crash Champion 7 different times and they still couldn’t get my headlights aligned evenly. They even bought a used fender and didn’t bother to paint the inside of the fender. I had to stop by this shop today so they can fix the passenger door lock that they broke. when I got home I noticed someone put a small bent on the same fender they had repaired. Remember that they only paint the outside of the parts. I feel very uncomfortable with these people working on my vehicle. I won’t ever go back. Per Mr. New Yorker. Keep in mind the owner is the same owner but they change the name due to bad views in the pass. Robert and Jordan like to hustle people for the business.

The whole communication across Crash Champions, Progressive, and Enterprise rental was smooth and effective. Tina, Roberto, and the team were very helpful and transparent. I got my car back in a week with the completion of two major repairs and one minor repair, and the car was washed and the interior was cleaned. I strongly recommend their services if you need help!

I was rear eneded and decided to bring my vehicle to Crash Champions based off the positive reviews. And from the start I knew I made a good decision from when I brought it in for the assessment and quote, to scheduling, and the constant communication about the progress and status of my vehicle, to even when I picked it up today it was cleaner inside than it was when I left it with them. Also cant mention enough how professional and helpful the staff here is. My car was hit by another car while parked in a parking lot in November 2023. After calling numerous auto body shops that told me that they could not even perform a damage inspection until January or February 2024, I finally reached out to Juanita Collision Center. Compared to the other auto body shops that I contacted, Juanita Collision was so much friendlier and invited me to stop by the same day for a damage inspection. They were booked until March 2024 for repairs but since my car was drivable and they were so friendly, I booked the repairs. Once I dropped my car off, they provided updates each day of the expected completion date and handled everything directly with the insurance company. I am so happy with their services and my car looks incredible. Thank you so much Juanita Collision Center. Car accidents are stressful, but Juanita Collision made the process so much easier. If you are looking for a repair shop, I 100% recommend Juanita Collision Center.

Juanita collision is my go to for car repairs. They are friendly, courteous and get the job done in as timely a manner as possible. I recently had a significant door dent repaired and when I picked up my car, it was not only clean on the outside but vacuumed and wiped down on the inside. It almost smelled new! In addition, my car was warmed up when I picked it up (we had some really cold temps). Outstanding customer service!

My experience at Juanita Collision Center couldn't have gone better. They not only repaired the scrape but wiped down the inside. It looks and has the smell of a new car!! Great service and attention to detail. I was very pleased at how smoothly they dealt with my insurance company regarding the claim made and arranging for the rental car I needed. They went the extra step of detailing and cleaning my car inside and outside before returning it to me. I’m very happy and will use their services again if ever needed. Highly recommended!!!

This team is incredible - the entire staff is warm and responsive, and they do exceptional work. I was rear ended and my husband and I were looking for a collision repair center in our area. Because we were partnering with our insurance for the fix, the process required some coordination. Juanita Collision helped us navigate the entire process of getting our car fixed, fielding many calls from us (thank you, Jordan!!) and always giving us timely updates and estimates. When we picked up the car, we were so impressed by the level of detail and attention shown to the repairs... our car is so immaculate, shiny, and clean that it feels like new! We can't thank this amazing team enough and recommend them unreservedly!

They did a great job with my car, and when returned had cleaned the interior as well! I’m very happy with the job they did. I will say that I had to reach out first to them about the timeline of when my car would be done, but following that they kept me well updated. Customer service was great and accommodating.

Have used this place and have always appreciated their professionalism and the quality of their work. My only disappointment this time around was their lack of communication. My car needed a repair. We had to wait a long time for the part and when it finally came we got an appointment and took the car in. I was not given an estimate for return. 3 weeks went by and when I called they apparently had to another part and it was on back order. I guess I just would have appreciated knowing that and some updates as things went on, even to know that they were still waiting. It was frustrating and since it was through insurance and they were questioning my rental. Anyway, work was good just long and lacked communication.

I highly recommend Juanita Collision Center. They did an great job on my car, it looks absolutely amazing! My car was parked on the side of the street and someone hit it unfortunately. Roberto looked at my car right way and took pictures of the damage. He was so kind and helpful. Tina coordinated my rental car for me, she was very professional and communicated everything I needed to know. Jordan was also extremely helpful with questions I had. He called me back in a timely manor or sometimes he was the one that picked up the phone, so my questions were answered right away. If I need my car fixed again, I will definitely be returning.

Highly appreciative of Juanita. When I was rear-ended by a distracted driver, Juanita was one of few collision centers even prepared to offer an immediate estimate. I did face delays in Ford’s supply chain, but Juanita was active in their communication and expectation setting. I am especially appreciative of the respect they have for their own processes; they never once looked for a shortcut. Results are attached. A job well-done, I’d say.

I was rear ended in March 2022-- minor damage, but needed to be checked all the same. I chose Juanita Collision based on their excellent reviews, and I'm happy I did. There was a bit of a wait to get my car in to them, but to me that just speaks to their quality that they have such constant business, and I was in no hurry. Once they had my car, they found additional damages and filed with the insurance on my behalf for a payment adjustment. They also found incomplete work from a previous repair and took care of that, too. They have a secure, locked area that they keep the cars in, and that gave me such peace of mind while my car was with them. The repair did take longer than initially estimated (~ 2 1/2 weeks total) but that was entirely due to lack of communication from the insurance company (which has been a problem consistently) and delays from the manufacturer on some parts they needed, which was to be expected given the global supply chain issues. My car looks beautiful, and they gave it back to me freshly washed and cleaned, inside and out. I'm very pleased, and glad I chose this shop.

Juanita Collision did an excellent job with my 2017 Toyota 4Runner repair. I take very good care of all my vehicles. I am very picky when it comes to repairing my vehicle back to the condition before it was damaged. There was extensive damage to the driver side wheel/suspension as well as fender, door and front bumper body panel damage. It was a ton of labor/hours to get the firewall welded and put everything back together. SUV is back to better than original condition and I am very happy with the final product. Juanita Collision has been in the business more than 50 years and it shows. It was a bit longer than I expected for the repairs, and this was due to several factors including the holidays and coordinating with other shops (suspension and electrical). Even with a few delays to deal with Jordan was always very friendly, responsive, and professional throughout the entire process. They communicated expectations and answered any concerns I had. I enjoyed the customer service they provided. Highly recommend Juanita Collision for your next vehicle collision repair.

They coordinated everything from the rental car to billing insurance and this made it super easy for me. This is the third or fourth time I’ve been to Juanita Collision and every time they’ve been super friendly, very communicative, and the work was great. Picked up my car today and they’d done some extra painting to fix some scrapes and the side of the car that they replaced looked amazing. My car was also sparkling clean inside and out. And they met a deadline that was shorter than they’d expected it to take. All round ideal. Highly recommend.

Excellent service and great work. I had to have the bumper replaced on my 2009 Honda Accord. Jordan was very friendly and professional from giving me the initial written estimate to sending me final text to let me know that the work is done. He answered all my questions with great details and provided updates to let me know of the progress. Highly recommend this place! Everyone in the office was also very good. I had an amazing experience working with the team at Juanita Collision Center. I am so grateful that I was recommended to them through State Farm and they are 100% worth your time and money. I went in after my car mirror had been kicked off, and they managed to fit me into their busy schedule and got my car back to me faster than estimated even after finding more damage! They helped me coordinate a rental car that was there when I dropped off my vehicle at 8AM on a Thursday. Upon return my vehicle was practically like new and the team had even detailed my car, which was such a nice surprise. They made everything as seamless as possible for the customer.

Jenny at the front desk is wonderful at communication and Mike who wrote up my estimate was quick and efficient. First time I've used a collision center. Juanita collision center were outstanding. Brought my car in for a quote. I had a full quote within 10 min. The quote was explained to me. Things they recommend I get fixed and those that could wait. They did a fantastic job. The paintwork looks great. Fast communications via email. Didnt have to wait more than an hour for a response during working hours. They were very accommodating about when I can collect my car, due to a business trip I had.
